Have been coming to Third Dimensions for a while now and I truly love the experience and the service. I always feel welcomed and very relaxed throughout the process. Have had my haircut several times there. Have had a couple different hair stylists which were really good but Deana is now my one and only stylist. Very frustrated. I had really bad post partum hair loss and I decided to chop my own hair. I went here and asked them to even it out. Ive only ever once had my hair cut in a salon before and this was the 2nd time. She brushed it out and just started cutting. I thought my hair shouldve been wet and it wasnt but I wasnt sure because again this was my 2nd time ever cutting it. When she was done she told me to look ans it looked ok but my hair is frizzy and kind of wavy. I flat ironed my hair a week later and it was noticeably uneven! When I tried to put it in a bun huge chunks of hair stuck out. I tried calling but I wasnt able to get anyone. I work and I have 6 kids. I dont have time to call all day. I went in on my day off and wasted $30, well $40 because I tipped her. I dont even want to go back to anyone anywhere because now Im scared it will get even shorter when someone tries to fix it. I realize not everyone here is trash but that one bad one is enough for me to stat away.

Great haircuts, coloring and customer service!

I made an appointment 1 week ago for a cut. I just got a call about my appointment that is in 3 hrs telling me they double booked. They are keeping the appointment for the color/cut vs just my cut. Its very apparent that they are keeping the appointment that will get them the most money. Salons have only been open now for less than 2 weeks since the re-opening from covid. I do not recommend this place unless your having exclusive services done as they will cancel on you in a heart beat to make more money.

I went in asking for a brown balayage and i came out with bright yellow roots red hair and orange highlights, she was extremely rough with my hair and continued to remind me that she was tired and wanted to go home. I paid 500 dollars, didn’t get the look i wanted and left in pain from all the rough pulling of my hair.

Rachel gave me such a good cut! She listened to what I wanted, and did exactly what I asked for. She was awesome, made my thick hair look good and its so much more manageable. If you have thick hair, I highly recommend her.

If I could give zero stars I would. My journey with this place started feb of last year, I got my hair foiled, they messed it up, they did offer to fix it so I went in a week later, to get it fixed, the girl that did my hair left a 40v in my hair for 5 hours, resulting in MAJOR hair loss, their solution? buy more product and get 10 inches cut off my hair, its been a year and some now and I had such damage to my hair that I had to shave it and I hadnt done anything to it since then because it simply couldnt handle it.

First time there after my stylist for the last four years from another salon quit. Went there for convenience. Ended up extremely pleased. Cynthia cut my hair. Very happy. Will be returning!

Excellent experience here. I walked in and received a lovely haircut. I dont normally walk in, because I can get kinda anal about my hair. I left with a beautiful haircut. I looked through the hair products that were on sale and chose a product that was on sale for $8.00. Theyre so cool here, they just gave it to me. I came back for a girls day and paid for 3 of my girlfriends to get their haircut.

I love getting my hair cut here! Soomie is the best and really friendly ! I was a little standoffish at first to get a hair cut in a grocery store but its the best! Easy to get an appointment, reasonably priced ad a great atmosphere. This is the only place Ill go!

Of all days to have an unexpected issue my birthday had to be the day. I called and scheduled an appointment with my regular hairstylist at the salon and requested a wash, condition and style. I show up for the appointment on time and low and behold my appointment is only for a haircut. Go figure! I spoke with the manager and she had the nerve to tell me I should have specified my hair needs at the time of my call. I told her real quick that’s a customer service issue that she needs to address with her employees. Needless to say they just lost a customer due to their own customer service issues.

Got a gift card that was supposed to cover a basic haircut at least thats what they told the person who got me the gift card. When I called to try and schedule an appointment I found out that itll be almost double what the gift card was for. The last time I did get my haircut here it was completely uneven. I was only going to use the gift card since it was given to me but knowing it wont even cover a basic hair cut Im not even going to bother. This place needs to list actual real prices and quit making prices up. I wish I could just return the gift card and give the person their money back. What a waste. If you want to deal with liars and people who dont know what theyre doing this is the place for you.

Went in to get cut/color (platinum). My hair is pink, champagne really and while it doesn’t look terrible, it’s not what I paid for(hence 2 stars instead of one).

Ive had stylists at this salon for over 20 years. Quality cuts. Ive always liked the cut or foils too.

Lol.. I asked for a style but they give me one I didnt ask for and messed up my hair. If you are a kid whos 12, they will think you are easily dumbfounded.

Worst hair salon I’ve been to.!!! The red haired lady that cut my hair didn’t know what she was doing. I’ve asked for layers, but she suggested that I shouldn’t get layers due to my wavy hair and then decided to cut two inches off my hair instead. I paid 35 dollars for a crappy haircut.
