Daniel did another awesome job on my hair.

They may as well have been closed!! Went there 2 days in a row for a haircut and both times I was told the wait would be over 4hrs even though there was no one in any of the chairs or waiting.

Horrible job, my girlfriend could have done better. And thats not saying much

Was looking for John Frieda hair glaze, 3 stylists all on their phones came over. One said I dont know what youre talking about, one said I dont think they make it anymore the other one just looked at me weird...none actually made an effort to look on the shelves. Go back to your phones.

After arriving at 745pm, I was told that she could not do any haircuts due to them closing in 15 minutes. Ive had my hair cut here several times and it only takes 10 to 15 mins tops. I work with the public and had i told a customer i could not do what i was put in that position to do, i would lose my job. She didnt even give it a second thought to immediately deny me service i can assure you i will not be returning to this location, or any for that matter. If youre advertised open at certain hours that means you perform the services requested from open til close. Not open til its inconvenient.

Took my husband and my son and it was close to closing time, however they were not closed. Any body that has ever worked in customer service knows that the ultimate goal is to make the customer happy. This employee didnt bat and eye when she said no she couldnt do it because she was closing the store in 15 mins. The place wasnt closed so she shouldnt be turning people away! Horrible customer service! She cost herself money and the establishment as well. Will not ever be going there again.

Asked for short in back and long in front. Back wasnt even and wasnt layered properly. Had to cut some off when I got home. Never will go back there again. Doesnt even deserve a star.

Fast service, skilled and friendly staff, topped off with reasonable prices for a haircut.

I went to Smart Styles to get an ombré done. The hairdresser only bleached parts of my hair, didnt even touch my roots. This costed $140. Went back the next day to have it fixed, and had to pay an addition $80 for it to still look completely horrible.
