Dont get Stacy bro... My head hurts she drove the spikes into my head on the clippers. Raised her voice at me twice after asking MVP or triple play. I answered then she raised her voice angrily asking if I want shampoo like its not part of the triple play??? Just a monotone voice the whole time while her coworkers had lots of energy. I usually come here and enjoy it but this left me with a bad taste in my mouth. She ended up getting a tip cause I couldnt figure out how to put the tip to $0 on their machine. If your on the fence about this place I would just go else where for an over priced cut.

When asked how I wanted my haircut I stated Im growing the back out so just a lite trim in back. They ended up cutting most of the length off. Im done with Sport Clips.

Manager Lee was so rude . She shouted on me . She could have given the directions in polite way or directions should be posted . I took my 5 year old son for hair cut n went with him to service area n she just shouted em to leave as I was not aware of it. My hair stylist felt so bad n she apologized to me. Hairstylist was too good. I was using this place from last 2 years Bt not now. Manager needs more training to be a team leader .

First time ever going to sport clips. I loved every minute

Great Place. I have been here twice now. The stylists are among the best. The ONLY problem I have is that I paid for the MVP and had the hot towel treatment. Both times Ive been there the towels smell moldy and my face smells moldy for the rest of the day. Perhaps they arent getting cleaned properly or allowed to thoroughly dry. I want to come back but Im super hesitant.

Checked in online and showed up 20 mins later and was removed but it says you get 30 mins. Lady was rude too, stay away

Tried to get my grandson’s hair cut. Everyone’s mask was on & in place. Before he was even signed in, he coughed twice with mask on. He has no fever, no signs but sometimes coughs because of asthma. Sarah, who was NOT his stylist, kicked us out without asking a single question. RUDE & unprofessional!!! Save your money. Go elsewhere. Only got 1 star because you can’t give 0 stars

Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever got. Requested a simple cut. 1 on the sides. Mid fade. Thin it out on top. What I got was a buzz cut. I will never be back. Would give 0 stars if I could. They had 2 people on my hair. I think the first girl was new. The fade did not start until practically the top of my head. That is a high and tight. The second person asked if I wanted my hair finger length and proceeded to cut it super short. Finger length NOT FINGER WIDTH. Just terrible.

My fiance says its awesome.💇🏻‍♂️ He has the plantinum package and says its the Best. He gets two different head massages with his haircuts for around $35 dollars! As a woman, this is absolutely insane 🤯 to me where is my head massage with my $55 dollar haircut 💇🏻‍♀️🙊

Best haircut you can get around for a man

I had a horrible experience my first visit but decided months later to give this shop another try. On my second visit I arrived on time to learn my online appointment was accidentally deleted. The web site listed me as currently being serviced. I waited an additional 30 minutes to receive a haircut. Gloria the stylist was friendly and professional. I will not be returning to this location due to multiple clerical errors.

Biatch hung up on me. Im not gonna buy from this chain ever again. Still wont answer.

I had Jenny and she was amazing! Super efficient and got what I wanted spot on. Super quick too. Also got great feedback from another stylist but didnt catch her name, either Cat or Christine. Thank you for the styling material tip! And dont worry, I wouldnt ever get a mullet. 😜

A little expensive unless you have a coupon but well worth the money as my sons hair cut turned out great. Loves of TVs for the man who loves sports. I also liked that you can schedule on line and the wait time in posted on another TV so you can see how long until its your turn. They also seemed to have a decent selection of hair products for men.

Went for hair cut. Told the gal I wanted a two on the sides and two inches left on top. Even gave her a picture to show what I wanted. She started out fine but left the top a lil long. Asked for her to take a little more off and she took way more than an inch and a half..... end result looked like she uses the number 2the whole time. Could of done it myself for cheaper

I just wanted to freshen up my undercut that ive gotten done before at this location (done by Sarah who was so nice and made sure everything was okay. Even checking in with another stylist to make sure it was even BEFORE she started) I knew the experience wasnt going to be great when Gloria said my name and when I stood up, she gave me the nastiest look realizing that im not one of the other male customers in store. After telling her I just wanted to reshave what I had done before, she gave me another disgusted look and began to work. I felt the razor shave HIGHER than before as she hadnt even LOOKED at what I had before. I left with a lopsided shave and honestly im so upset. I work in retail and know about good customer service skills. Gloria doesnt do a good job of making others feel welcomed or respected. It seemed like she wanted to just rush me out of the store as soon as possible.

I was the 4th customer in the door on Sunday morning at 11 when they opened shop. They skipped me in line. When asked if I was skipped the worker pulled the sign up sheet out of the trash after questioning the authenticity of my claim like I was just making stuff up and then said well fit you in before taking another person back and cutting his hair. Mistakes happen but to not even apologize and to skip me in line yet again? No thanks. I walked out having wasted 45 minutes and still having shaggy hair. First time visiting this sports clips and last time.
