Great customer service. I was on my lunch hour when I peeked through the window of this shop that I pass on my way to Mr. Pickles. Soon I was greeted by an employee who asked me how they could help. Im a woman peeking in a barbershop but I thought I would ask since I really needed a trim to cut off the dead ends of my hair. To my wonderful surprise the employee could help. When I got back to work people were complimenting me on my hair and all I said was they just took about 4 inches off the end but what a great place to get a trim. Also the price point was great. Ill be coming back again for another trim.

For my first time going to this barber I’m extremely impressed. Mike gave me an excellent haircut that somehow turned out exactly how I wanted it too. Most guys like me are very particular about who cuts their hair, that’s why we can’t use other generic barbers. Mikes shop isn’t a generic shop, They are a specialty barber where you come in and trust the quality. My favorite barber

I went in for my 1st haircut in this shop, and I left extremely satisfied! Unh, not sure of the spelling, is a very friendly and talented barber! The way she cut it and the way she took her time to make sure it is right! Its now my regular/only barber shop.

My grandpa Henry Caldera use to work their as a barber and all I can say is that he loved that place and treated it and the people within it like family. Im glad to see them doing what makes them happy and I hope everyone follows in their footsteps.

I recently moved to Auburn from San Jose, and was in desperate need of a *good* haircut (not a Great Clips haircut). I walked right in and was greeted by the owner, Michael, who immediately had me sit down. He listened to the style I wanted, asked a few questions, and delivered 100% what I was looking for. Michael is an extremely friendly individual, and we had a great conversation for the 15 minutes I was there. The shop itself is a quaint little place, with tons of pictures, collectibles, and historical items on the walls. Its also very clean and well kept. Extremely reasonable pricing. Ive definitely found my new permanent Barber.

Quick great service

I’ve never asked for my money back on my haircut in my life, this was the first place I’ve ever had to ask for money back on a haircut. Didn’t even pay attention to the haircut, took her maybe 10 minutes to do it. Did not line the beard up in a straight line, I asked specifically three times when I sat down to not take any length off of my beard, the first thing she does is take the length off of my beard. She was raking my head with the clippers and didn’t even cover my head, all I wanted was a buzz cut and she couldn’t do that right. There’s patches of long hair when I left there, she trimmed my right ear but not my left ear. Terrible barber, terrible service, but at least I got my money back.
