Though I didn’t get work done, I appreciate this business because they didn’t do work just to do work but actually investigated what could have been wrong with my car and provided me with recommendations.Highly recommend taking your car here for honest and professional work!

Super honest and professional work team.Travis and his wife help us everytime with our work vans and personal carsThey fix whatever we need, also things that dodge dealership cannot fix. Knows them profession. I would highly recommend to anyone that has muffle, exhaust or any other issues with their vehicle.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, Travs is OVERPRICED, NOT PROFESSIONAL, AND WILL RUIN YOUR CAR.I took my c8 corvette to Travs to have a set of AR Headers put in, he originally told me it would take 1-2 days and to drop it off on a monday. After he had the car for a week and did not call me about the job being done I called him and he said the car would be done in the next 24 hours. He had the car for another week and a half before giving it back. Next he proceeded to charge me $1500 for the job that should have taken a day (3-6 hours MAX). 2 days after having the car back it begun dying, after charging the battery it worked again but drained it again. The car was taken to the dealership who replaced the battery, but said that Travs must have installed the headers incorrectly or messed up an electrical component. Travs then refused to answer my call or another shops call about the car.

Trav’s changed out the headers on my son’s c8 corvette. After they took weeks to complete the job, and over charged for the work, we finally got the car back. Then the car started dying all the time. A brand new corvette with only 4000 miles on it has now been towed multiple times, jumped multiple times & is sitting in a lot waiting to be transported to another place so a real mechanic can work on it. The car had no issues prior to him touching it, he did something to the wiring while working on the car. Trav’s refused my calls, hung up on me repeatedly, then blocked my number. When I finally called from another phone and Trav answered he told me “I am done with that car”and refused to even look at it to figure out what went wrong with the install. He then proceeded to tell me “your son doesn’t deserve that car” and call me a “bitch” and hang up on me.

I have not and will never use Trav’s Performance Exhaust. The owner Travis Navarre is a THIEF. He took $500 for work to be done on a vehicle belonging to my husband and our vehicle was never picked up from our property, parts were never ordered, work was never done in any capacity. When my husband called to confront him Travis blocked my husband’s number. We attempted to contact him at his business and again he blocked the number. My husband tried again to attempt to reason with him by using my phone. Travis has denied any wrong doing and has refused to refund the money.

Absolutely terrible. Rude counter help. Had catalytic converter and muffler replaced and when we picked it up they charged a $50+ surcharge to use a debit card. We got home and it is still noisy. Took it back and they kept it for four days. Never called. We had to call them twice. Then they tried to charge another $150 saying they replaced the oxygen sensor. When my wife questioned that she was put on hold, then lady came back to say she had mixed up with another black van owned by someone with same first name. So, they did nothing to ours. We will never go back.

Travis the owner took a deposit for work. Never did any work. Cashed check anyway. Refuses to even talk about it. Beware of this business

Travis and his crew are absolutely fantastic! The work he did on my vehicle far exceeded what I had imagined for my ride. Ill always take my car to him for work, hands down.

Not a good experience at all - My son had to take the car back after we were told it needed a new catalytic converter but the check engine light was still on....took it back and turned light off then two days later it broke down when he was three hours away on a Sunday - hundreds of dollars later and a new mechanic indicated it wasnt installed properly but The shop said we should have had it towed back to them prior to fixing - After charging $2000 for repairs they added a credit card service charge to our bill. I wrote asking for some concessions as the email they gave me went unanswered and never got a reply. If my husband was in the country I would consider a small claims case and may still do so....RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The owner was patient and knowledgeable. He discussed all of my options, the prices for each, and the time. My service appointment was 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday and he had finished all my work before 9am. Both the owner and the lady working the front were polite and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called to see about getting a new muffler on my Jeep the other day and was given a quote that I could not refuse. Brought my Jeep in the next morning, and it was done the same day. The people at Trav’s were honest with me and treated me with respect. Also have not had any issues since the install, in fact my Jeep idles a little better. The muffler also sounds exactly how I hoped. Thanks Trav’s!

Wish I could put 0 stars. Took my car to this shop to get the catalytic converter replaced and he ran a compression test on the engine instead, which I did not authorize. I would never suggest a place that does not get authorizations on work preformed. What I did authorize was it to be put on a lift and the exhaust removed. Putting a compression test was a waste of my time and money as well as not a test one would use for a blown CAT, save yourself the headache and go to a more reputable muffler shop. I think maybe the owner and the workers would do some good to read exhaust systems for dummies so they dont make the same mistakes in the future. With that being said, do you really want someone working on your vehicle that doesnt understand basic troubleshooting and how to properly run diagnostics. Either way after he tells me my engine is trash (Im interested as to how that happened in his hands) he offered to buy my vehicle, can we say shady. The most interesting part is all the assumptions without proper diagnosis. When I questioned the compression test, I never authorized, Travis the owner hung up on me, not sure why he felt the necessity to charge someone for something he couldnt even explain the necessity for. Honestly, this is not a good place as there are certified, reputable muffler shops in the surrounding areas, use those other places so you dont have the same horrible thing happen to your vehicle with no explanation. Buyer beware of shady tactics and unexperienced mechanics.**I want to note that Im pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are from his friends and family. Every 5 star review is from someone who has only 1 review or a husband and wife with the same review. He could be paying for the reviews or offering discounts Ive seen shady businesses do this before.

He a good muffler guy auto mechanics very negative assured me by repairing back brakes that will take of pressure. Which was like .I asked a couple of times about master cylinder and brake booster. His reply . most time that not the issue charged 330 for nothing. I ended up putting on s brake master cyclinder and before I brought my vehicle back for repair and being charged 78 for diagnostic the front desk help told me she will take this fee after bring my auto back. Which was a lie. After this bogus repair call at 1130 am. I told him to put auto back together because I am giving him 200 plus to do another repair,I get there 4 hours later to pick up my auto it is not even there. I am waiting in lobby they are standing in garage hiding . I will recommend this shop for mechanical repairs unless exhaust repair ? No people skills when it comes to their guess work. Because evidently they guesswork is not great.

Best muffler work this side of the Mississippi. Very good knowledge of exhaust. True 3in exhaust on f body. Pretty impressive. However has very slow race car.

Very disappointed in the welds done to exhaust, owner “Trav” used very cheap hangers, two months after having exhaust done claimed “those tires made the hangers break but i will weld it up for 20$”, he will not back up any work nor will he do good work, two other muffler shops i have used had no issues with hangers or treatment from business.

They perform major and minor mechanical repairs for all Auto motive repair and performance exhaust. They have tires as well as repair tires with plugs and patches.
