This was the worst experience I’ve had in my life I come in trusting this dealer for being a world wide dealer I never thought my experience was going to be one of the worst I brought a car for 15k after driving it. 10 minutes After it broke down this was not my fault I trusted this dealer and they gave me the worst opción of fixing the problem. What a waste of time, I will never recommend this place.

Had several messages indicating problems with my Honda Pilot. Hinshaw’s asked me to bring the vehicle in that day and following a brief inspection asked if I could leave it for a few hours. They provided a free loaner vehicle and within a couple of hours called and indicated repairs were completed.This was the first unscheduled maintenance issue with a five year old vehicle and it was addressed to my complete satisfaction, quickly and at no cost. As always, I was very pleased with Hinshaw’s customer support!

This was our 2nd experience buying a car from Hinshaws Honda in Auburn Washington. We worked closely with the general manager Monte McCain and his sales staff. Our experience throughout our life has always been that buying a car is a dreaded event. Not with Hinshaws and not with Monty and his staff. We felt like It was so important to them that we were happy and joyful about our purchase, and they were so honest and fair. There was no pressure of any type. They got us exactly what we wanted, andhonestly I think they gave us way too good of a deal. Mechanic Mike was on top of it! Car had to be towed from freeway, a matter one call car was fixed next day. Information was explained clearly and why. Family and I have bought from here for the past 5-6 years. Service department is still good but I went in to trade my vehicle and they would not work with me with pricing. Also they go off of Kelley blue book for trade ins. I had a 2018 civic hatch with 25k miles in very good condition and they still gave me pricing for “fair” trade in value.Disappointed; HOWEVER, south Tacoma Honda gave me a way better trade in and worked with me with pricing highly recommend checking them out first.

Had a awesome experience. I have what they refer to as bad credit The salesman Ryan and the finance managers were able to help me. They worked with the price of the car to help me. Good or bad credit, I will return. I was treated fairly with utmost respect and dignity. Covid was not kind to me. I lost my home, my livelihood, and almost all my worldly possessions. I gave it 5 stars before, I had to edit it and lower it. I bought a 2019 hrv on 6/15, I went in on 6/21 to get an oil change, a g-tech cleaning or what not, and to bring up a concern about my stereo not working properly. They didnt do the g-tech and stated my stereo was fine. When I went on the test drive, I focused of course on the mechanical aspects. Once I bought it, since day one, my stereos Bluetooth/android auto has issues. I have to reset the stereo everyday or wait one hour for it to work. Now, months later, I have to reset twice for it to work. I have taken videos for the past 3 days to show the problems I have had EVERYDAY since I BOUGHT IT. They didnt want to see it or seemed to care or believe me. I called honda corporate and they just said maybe go to a different Honda to get it diagnosed since they have to confirm the issue. I only gave it an extra star due to the rep Jensen who seemed to actually want to help. Update 9/29. They confirmed What I Stated and will we replacing the Stereo. Thank Jesus.

My goodness, I had the worst Friday the 13th when I ran over razor blades in the middle of the road. Hinshaw Honda had my tires replaced in 30 minutes. Great workers, great lobby to wait in, and they have free cookies. 10/10 would recommend Steve and the crew here!

I bought a Honda CR-V from Charles a year ago and had a great experience! Charles was recommended to me from Mike Sands in the service department because I had talked to him about a bad experience I had at Hyundai prior to me looking at Hinshaw Honda. So last week my 20 year old daughter had a sudden stroke while driving- (she is recovering now thank god)I called mike and Charles again asked if they had any cars to fit my budget. They were so great also involving the sales manager Jason they sold me a great car and at a great price! They really care about there customers and do everything they can to help out. Our family and friends only use Hinshaw Honda for our vehicle needs and we strongly recommend you check them out too, don’t take my word for it. This team at Hinshaw is top class and deserves an award for there customer service and compassion towards there customers. This is something that is definitely lacking in other dealerships and they should take note.

I originally came in to see what was going on with my minivan, but it turned out the repairs would have costed me a lot more than I wanted. I ended up trading in my van the same day and got a car that worked out for me just fine. Vivian was amazing and really listened to my concerns and needs of what I need right now in a vehicle and she spoke with her Manager Tim who helped me out with finding the right car for me! Just a note to start off. I love cars but Prefer a root canal to looking at and buying cars at dealerships!We have an older CRV and wanted to see what the newer ones were like. Last week we went to Hinshaw’s to look and were met by Ed Molina. Ed is a great guy with a great sense of humor. We told Ed we were just looking, not buying and he happily showed us a 2019 and we drove it as well. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever.Ed called me the next day to thank us for stopping by. Again, no pressure, just a thank you call.We told Ed we might be interested the following week. Ed told us to call his cell phone if we needed him on his day off. We did call on his day off and he gladly met us at the dealership and had the 2019 prepped and ready to go.After some discussion we opted for a 2021 and he had the exact same car in 2021. We worked through the dreaded trade in negotiations and came to an amicable agreement. The rest was a cakewalk.Thomas, the finance manager was just amazing to work with. He had prepared multiple options and all was done in short time.Thanks to Ed and Thomas for making a great experience. Please be up front about the price/cost of the service, because while my car was in service, I was informed twice of the price changes due to this and that, but it was just for an oil change. Also, as discussed at the start, they were supposed to do a muti-inspection check as well. I asked for the report, they say they did, but I got no report on it. They say they did, and I just need to believe them. But how would I know what need service next or in the future if I cant see whats in the report.

We found the car that we really wanted for my daughter. But I just wish that they have a lot choices of used car. That will fit in are budget.
