Discount tires is also a very good place to get your tires. I went there to get an air check and found out I had a bad tire and my valve stems were bad they replaced my tire and all my valve stems for $84 your price might vary of course but I thought it was a good deal since I have an E350 Ford super duty van. They do have waiting room a few chairs but cant hold a lot of people. Very courteous and professional I would recommend them.

I keep getting surprised about Discount Tires service. I bought tires here years ago when I had a Toyota Matrix. The experience was great. I have since sold that car and yet I still come back to this place whenever my tires are low. They dont even ask if you are a returning customer. They just fill your tires no questions asked. In the last two months, I have visited this store twice to due to low tire pressure warnings. I thought it was just the transition from summer to fall/winter. 2nd time I got my pressure checked, I was told if it happens again to bring it into check the tires and get it patched if needed. Thats what I did and they found a screw in my passenger front tire and patched it up without charging me a penny. Needless to say, I will be returning to this store in the future. I have been planning on getting bigger wheels and tires for my car soon and will make sure to buy from them.

Until about five years ago I always went to another big-name tire outfit. But they changed so drastically and their prices went up I started looking for another place. By chance I went to Discount Tire in Auburn and found their prices to be much better and their customer service to be really outstanding. I now go there exclusively having five vehicles and three trailers it saves me a lot of money. And I send a lot of my friends there. They always treated fairly and save money as well. Called an hour before they closed after discovering a nail in my tire. I knew it was last minute but being a delivery driver I had to have it fixed pronto. Upon arrival they actually showed me the tire had been completely compromised by the nail and stayed after close to put my new tires on. Now Im all set for my job and the winter. They were so, so awesome and polite and kind. I am beyond grateful they went out of their way to help me and make sure I was taken care of. The only tire shop I will ever go to. Amazing customer service here at this location. I needed a full set of new tires(I mean really needed new tires 😬) and was easily able to set an appointment for a Tuesday. I recieved a call from Sam on Monday afternoon, that my tires were in and ready to be put on anytime before closing. I went in, and Sams phone etiquette was matched in person with excellent care to each customer. They quickly grabbed my information and I was in and out within 30 minutes. All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Waiting area was very clean, and my tires are great!

Discount Tire in Auburn Wa I think is the BEST! It only took them 30 minutes to put 2 new tires on and they were busy!! That has never happened before in the other tire shops I have been to. It was clean and following social guidelines but was also not rude when needed to get close, of course we were wearing our masks. Very knowledgeable and not at all pushing for more expensive tires.. or other products, they even warrantied my 2 front tires that I bought at another place because it was closer and I had to drive on a flat tire. I am impressed and will make sure I go to Discount Tire from now on!!!!

I was a walk in and needed a tire rotation, tire balance and also had a nail in my tire. They did all of that including removing the nail and plugging my tire. All done for free since I’m a discount tire customer. Samuel was my service advisor and he was very helpful. The entire team here at the Auburn Discount is very friendly and helpful. They gave me an estimated complete time and that’s exactly when they had me out the door. Again this is all without an appointment. Great service and I will definitely be buying and installing my new tires the next time I need them here at this specific discount tire location in Auburn.

Not sure how these guys have such high reviews... I called them the other day to ask what it would cost to have them mount a new set of 225/40R18 tires (which I already have) on my existing wheels. The guy told me it would be $114 after tax. He broke it down to $5 to dismount the old tire, $5 to mount the new tire and $16 to balance, per corner, plus tax. I wrote that all down then misplaced it, so I called back to inquire again... And also to double check that I wasnt going to get surprised when I came in. Glad I did!This time, I was told it would be $174 after tax! I remembered it being much cheaper than that when I called a couple days prior and, in that same moment, found the price I wrote down, detailing exactly what I specified above. When I explained this to the snarky kid I was talking to on the phone, he told me that person must have misunderstood me because those were prices for 15 wheels and he couldnt do anything about me being misled.I then called Discount Tire in Renton, just to cross check these prices, and I was quoted $145 after tax... Seems these guys just make it up as they go. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your wheel/tire needs.

I had a wonderful experience here! It was my first time and I needed to patch a hole. Not only was it free to do this but they removed my donut and placed my original tire. The people there were really nice and they check the tire pressure and fill the ones that needed air. Will definitely return here and recommend.

My fiancé and I went in as a walk-in we were on a time crunch and had to get tires the same day. Even though they were super busy Jimmy worked with us to get us the best deal on a great set of tires he pushed the order through and got us out of here in such a short amount of time. I had low pressure in one tire and took my vehicle to Discount Tires in Auburn. The employees there were fantastic! Courteous, helpful, and professional. They discovered BOTH a nail and a screw in the tire. They patched the holes, equalized pressure in all four tires, and rotated them as well. All at no charge, just a handshake and a thank you.I was very impressed and will come back!

Discount Tires has always had the lowest prices around on new tires. They also provide the best service Ive received from any tire/wheel shop and that service is the same across all locations from my experience. I brought in my car to have them take a look because Ive had a problem with a slow leak. They removed a wire bristle from the tire, plugged the hole and tested it to make sure it held air before releasing the vehicle to me all free of charge. Will continue to purchase my tires from Discount as I have for the past three vehicles Ive owned.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE out of every discount tire Ive been to. I got down and got some tires awhile ago and they got me out within 40 minutes (mind you, they were SUPER busy). As I was driving home I noticed a hubcap came off and the others were loose. I called in the next day and a guy by the named of JOE or JOEY answered and I told him about the situation and he told me to come down and they would take care of it. I didnt know what that meant at the time so I came down there, he looked at the hubcap to see what kind it was and he told me he would order it for me and call me when it was ready to be picked up. I was skeptical at first because I thought he was going to dish me off to the side and get with the next client. This wasnt the case. He went out of his way, called me back telling me to come down and pick them up and was utterly surprised!!!! I couldnt make it so I asked my wife to get them and they took the old ones off and put new ones on. What a way to FOLLOW THROUGH! Not a lot of companies do this and I cant appreciate JOE/JOEY enough for going out of his way to keep his customers happy. THANKS AGAIN!

Always great service here. They have been helpful in all aspects of purchasing of tires. The service of road hazzard standing behind what they sell. Not to mention fixing my flats. Also if you need air pressure checks they are free even if not a customer. They will put the correct pressure in your tires and you dont even have to get out of your car. The #1 reason i started going to discount tore is that they beat all the prices of everyone else. Discount Tire did that bye a minimum of $350 total that included my extended warranty road hazard the whole nine yard. Keep up the good work Discount Tire. Great job!

My go to place for all my tires. The so awesome work quickly and will price match any online or in store price. The warranty certificates are the best deal ever because tires will inevitably get damaged so it’s nice to have that peace of mind. They had a small misunderstanding with my last order, they only got 4 tires and I had requested 5. But they worked quickly to fix it so overall it was a good experience

Came in the other day to replace my admittedly bald tyres. Rep was super friendly and fun to talk to. They got my tyres replaced a ton quicker than previously expected (expected 90 min - 2 hrs and it was done in under an hour. It was a really nice experience overall
