Good follow up from Collin. Not too overbearing with constant phone calls. Collin wasnt offended with actual side by side quote comparison between companies so I had a true cost/benefit comparison. I appreciated his patience, knowledge and candor. I hate insurance. I hate it a little less now. I put Collin through the ringer, and he survived. That speaks well of him.

In late January I had some major car issues and needed my car towed out of city. I called my agency and they helped me find a towing service and the repair shop that worked on my particular vehicle. They also worked to reimburse me for the total cost of the tow. No hassles, no issues. Loved how they took care of me! I dont think my last insurance agent would have done that for me. Thanks guys!

I haven’t known Morgan long-but he has surpassed every agent I have had previously. He takes to time to explain complicated matters so that you understand the process. I truly appreciate Morgan taking the time to walk me through a policy and having my interest at heart. I don’t think my previous agents would have done that.

It was a rainy day on May 9 morning.l was being told by my company that l need to send a important document to them.But l am a truck driver and my semi truck was parked at Walmart, so l start to asked people where l can do the print & fax.lt will be hard because l did not have a car.With the time limit l only can walk to nearby businesses.Then l saw a State Farm Insurance Agency in cross street.l thought l am a customer of them and maybe they will help me.When l came in they are at the meeting room and a very nice lady come to meet me .l told her the help l need and l said l am a customer of State Farm.She started help me right away.She forgot to check whether l am a customer.She just trusted in you,and she make you feel warm & care.l felt that my day is been blessed with this kind lady.l said to herYou must be a Christian lady,and she said She is.Praise our LORD!May GOD Bless this business & the staffs here.I am a State Farm customer but if l am not l will become one.
