We have been a client for many years . But not any more. Bad customer service for the last time. Farmers and Cindy Henson, in my opinion, do not have the insured’s best interests in mind and insted of being helpful it would appear they intentionally mis lead and are deceptive to their clients. This is the very first bad review I have ever left. I really only like to say positive stuff or nothing at all but I feel this is a special situation and people should know what they are getting into. Clients since about 2008.

What a horrible experience in general. After cancellation by the underwriter, Ive had payments pulled out of my account. Tried calling to see what I can do and was basically told I could not be helped and it would take 7-10 days to see my money back AFTER my cancel date... I was not told I was going to be billed anymore and it was not pro-rated for the remaining 10 days Im covered. Unacceptable.
