AAA had notified me of their business choice to not renew my policy, and were unable to find another company who would insure my home...At Allstate, the agents helped me get homeowners insurance the day I walked into the office! We had a good rapport, and I moved my auto and umbrella from AAA to Allstate the same day.

We have had a wonderful relationship with our local Allstate insurance group. They are professional and helpful. We are very satisfied. Wm. Witzke and staff are very helpful.. We are in a fire zone area and this insurance group hasnt treated us unjustly.

I signed up for insurance several years ago at the Allstate, William Witzke agent location. I moved from the area a year later, but kept the affordable insurance and positive staff. William followed up with me periodically, along with his staff, to insure my insurance. I recently changed my insurance due to the pandemic and lack of needed miles. The staff was ever so accommodating and once I travel more, I will return to Allstate. I was in good hands!

Luckily, weve not had the experience of filing a claim for a loss, but they are always available, courteous, and very willing to go over my policies. I love the feeling of the office, the staff, and of course William!I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I initially gave only four stars, which felt uncomfortable for me because this Allstate agent and all his staff have been Responsive with Professional, Quality service, as Ive selected. Iheld back a stat simply because my rates have crept upward very, very slightly over the five years of my patronage. I only drive 2,000 miles a year now, and have hoped to see rates drop for me.Nonetheless, I wouldnt trade their positive attributes away for a couple $3-$10 per month in premiums.Tom Bock

Weve been with Allstate for our home on 10 acres since 1986. They were great during the 49er fire, and actually compensated for some tree loss. Were sure that wouldnt happen in the present day and age of extreme fires. However, weve never been threatened with cancellation either.

Mr.Witzke and his team (shout out to Mike), helped my wife and I get set up with term life insurance. I liked that they were very thorough in presenting us with all of our choices, and helped to educate me on aspects I was a bit naive about. Mr.Witzke has the heart of a teacher. Thanks!

First class service. Their add fast friendly claims service is Accurate. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful with rate quotes and policy changes. Phone reminders if you overlooked a payment not to bug you but to protect your interests. I appreciate their services. Wish that they could control Rates.

I had to file a claim because rats decided to move into my car (and I found out too late.. sneaky little brats) and everyone made my experience so easy! I didn’t have any issues getting them to cover expenses and I had my car back, good as new without having to pay anything out of pocket. When I got a new car William helped me switch my vehicles on my policies through email! I love the great customer service here!

William Witzke and his entire staff have been great to work with. William personally went to bat for us when Allstate wanted to cancel our homeowners insurance policy. They have saved us money with helpful tips about when it is worth filing a claim on our auto policy. They were quick and efficient in putting a new renters policy in place when my parents moved to Auburn recently. I highly recommend this agency.

Ive been with Allstate for 2 years now. Ive changed and added many things on my policies, and going in to the office feels like I am right at home. Everyone there is always smiling and happy to help in any way. A few times when I forgot to make a payment, thankfully, they called me and left a nice message to remind me. the owner and her husband are a very complimentary team to run such an upstanding business. I drive up from Lincoln to handle any changes in person, as the whole team is such a delight to be around.All in all, The experience is totally worth a pleasant drive up to the foothills.

This used to be a great office. Not sure what happened. Been an Allstate customer over 20 years. This location is horrible. If your planning on purchasing insurance thru Allstate I would recomend dealing with a different location. Their office policys are not Allstate policies, just their way of getting out of doing there jobs and attempting to provide semi decent customer service. If your attempting to purchase a new care beware. Attempting to add a new vehicle over the phone in order to show proof of insurance can be impossible with this location due to the policies of the office.

The Agency is always quick to respond to questions or concerns and the front office people do not mind explaining an answer more than once to senior customers.
