Russells great! His coworker is horrendous. Sean Caudle is horrible, my family has been with farmers for 20 plus years, but Sean has been consistently rude. Sean and Russel offer storage where you dont pay insurance on your paid off vehicle because its in storage. To reactivate it I called the office and Sean told me you know this taking it out of storage is more of a once a month thing, which is fine, so I asked him when the last time I activated it, which I knew was well over a month, then the excuse came that he doesnt keep track of that etc. Its not just this instance, Sean is consistently Rude, we switched insurances solely because of him.

Russ contacted me several years ago. I was like oh great another sales person. I agreed to meet with him and he not only got our insurance down but him and his staff are always helpful anytime I call. I haven’t had bad experience with other agents but Russ goes a step above and beyond
