From giving me quotes on renters insurance, letting me know at what point we needed to start our renters insurance to answering questions about mortgage refinance. I cant thank Sue enough for all the help she has provided me in an unusual situation. I originally had an account here and moved to Georgia and transferred my service there but ended up canceling service. However, Sue has gone above and beyond in fixing the errors in the system even though I am no long a customer.

I have to put a dent in all of this 5 star fun. I was with State Farm for 28 years, 5 policies with no claims. They obviously do not care about things like that so I switched and really like my new company Allstate - and I saved $400. Not a good neighbor to me, more like the one that runs over your dog and keeps going. Careful, you may be next. A former, loyal SF customer.

I typically do not write reviews. However, I had and continue to have a fantastic experience with Kathy Powells office. After doing lots of research on insurance options/companies/policies/online only/etc. I decided on State Farm based on her reviews. I was leaving town for the summer and had to get insurance set up before I left town to begin in the middle of the summer. Multiple agents in her office spent lots of time and effort on working with my circumstances. They even searched long and hard to make a multi-car discount happen by using family, which was not expected. They sent me a refund check working out all the details behind the scenes. In a world where there are many internet options that may be appealing initially, sitting on the side of the road in a potential accident I would want a quality, caring, real person from the community to be there.

There is a reason State Farm is the #1 Insurance Company. Its because of agents like Kathy Powell! I have had nothing but a great experience since I have been insured with her agency. I transferred my childrens life policies to State Farm from Gerber Life and really appreciated how Kathys team explained all of the coverages and benefits to me.

We were clients of Rusty Sheehan for decades and when he retired we were reassigned to this office and it has been an absolute nightmare. We had 3 vehicles on the account and needed one to be separated with a change of address. The other 2 were to remain the same. They called 3 times for my address in the course of a month, each time acting like weve never spoken and Id never given the info. Finally when I get my statement in the mail I find that they have the vehicles and addresses mixed up. Im being billed for the 2 vehicles that were not supposed to change. Ridiculous and frankly embarrassing experience. Morgan was great and kind enough to finally correct everything and transfer our business back to the 2nd ave office. The guy I dealt with initially (can not remember his name) was the incompetent one who created this disaster.

I was told my policy would be cancelled and that the draft would not be taken out of my account. It drafted and now they are saying they have to request a check be sent to me which is going to take days. I told them this was supposed to have been taken care of and they said they can see where it should have been done and wasn’t and they can’t put the money back in my account. I close on a house in 4 days and that was supposed to be part of my closing costs.

I would definitely recommend this office. The customer service is fantastic, and they work hard to make sure you are happy.

Let me start off by saying I have never left a review for anything in my life until now. I had 2 minor speeding tickets from 2 years ago on my record and when I called for a quote they said it would be no problem. They processed everything and wrote my policy, then they day after I received my insurance cards in the mail I received a letter saying they could not cover me and my policy would be canceled in 2 weeks!! I never got a call or email or anything from the agency just a letter that said they were dropping me. RIDICULOUS! Now I have to find another policy and the money to pay for it in less than 2 weeks.
