Alexa has been SO sweet and helpful! I contacted her last year about a quote, but it ended up not being the right time for me to switch over. Just had the experience of sitting down and reviewing our homeowners and car insurance policies to make sure our family was receiving the best deals that Allstate has to offer. I do no think every agency offers this service!! They actually contacted me asking me to come in!

Complete waste of my time. Regretted ever responding to the mailer I received. They talk a good game but ultimately caused me more problems than anything. Went from potentially excited about savings to completely letdown within a month and a half. Will never consider using Allstate or this Agency again.

I’m from out of state and buying a house in Dadeville AL. I needed to get Homeowners Insurance so went off a recommendation from my brother who is In Dadeville. I live in a large Metroplex and my first impression was huge; a live person actually answered the phone-Alexa!
