My agent has been great during this time while my car is being repaired, I had an issue with Enterprise about my rental vehicle, and my agent called on my behalf and helped me with the issues. It feels great to have an agent ready to call and support me!

I have been with Allstate for many years, always ready to serve me in a professional way. Dave always answers my questions on what ever I need insured.

Does not have good communication, and no follow through which hurts the people you are representing. Have to call, write, and email in order to get information noted and followed though. I have a disabled very sick kid and must have honest representation because I do not have the time or resources to make sure other people are doing their job. Not following through on ordering an inspection is an agents job! Forgetting until you are reminded by the client again is unacceptable, and is not the fault of Allstate corporation or myself as the client when you fail to do your job.

Allstate has been my insurance company for many years now. Their agents have established exceptional customer service by providing personal relationships with their customers. Additionally, the prices Allstate offers are truly the best in the business. I have had quotes done with many other insurance companies in the past, and none of them come close to Allstate. Who doesnt like saving money? I recommend Allstate to everyone. Thank you, Allstate, for all that you do!

He and his assistant always sound irritated when you call- about anything. We were sent a super vague letter saying our 150 year old post and beam house needed a new roof or we would be dropped. Sent a letter explaining that post and beam roofs are wavy and that our contractor said it was good for another five years. Called to follow up- was promised a call back- never happened. Called again- promised a call back and a re-evaluation. Never happened. Called back and now he is telling me different reasons than originally sited. They are underhanded and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere!

This man was rude in manner and speech to me when I moved to Maine from a different region. Brought with me my Allstate history, that I was disabled, on Social Security and needed my payments to be withdrawn on the 1st of every month just like before in other State. Without my knowledge this man ran my card on the 13th for three months. So I bought a new car and the dealer said first thing, after setting up the new policy over the phone, Is he always ill-tempered?
