I just switched from Progressive and have absolutely loved the personal touch at this friendly local branch of AmFam. Its been nice to have real humans to help me out and truly look at my policy/needs as an individual. Theres no phone tree, no hold music, no putting me off or canned/unsure/inaccurate responses. You can call or email them (directly!), talk to the same small group of knowledgeable reps, and get straightforward help. They also found a way to get me a really amazing rate that I didnt expect based on the pile of quotes Id gotten elsewhere, then helped me bundle and decrease that cost even further for setting up auto-pay and such. Their service has been fabulous so far and Im confident that if/when any driving issues come up, theyll have my back in a way that Progressive definitely didnt (Ill spare you my rants, this is only about raves!). They work hard to help me find ways to keep our premiums at the lowest rate possible. Steven has personally helped me on several occasions and is very fast to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. Worse insurance company possible, made my claim a living hell. Go somewhere else for insuarance, there rates were better but you get what you pay for. The people in this office were helpful, well Hani was atleast. Cant speak for anyone else. Statefarm is the place to go.

Steven has rarely been there answer my phone calls and his staff is not very knowledgeable because the lady I spoke to several times has to constantly put me on hold while she IMs her co-worker to get an answer. As a result of not being able to communicate with the agent directly, I ended up getting transferred to claims when I simply had inquiries and never requested a claim to be processed. As a result of this, a false claim was processed. I do NOT recommend this agency to anyone. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere. I feel that this team is unprofessional, not very knowledgeable and lacks customer service skills. .

He is polite, knowledgeable, makes you feel like you are the most important client he has, and the willingness to take as much time as necessary to explain his services with you.I have been asked by other insurance companies to consider their services, or to transfer my policies to them. I can honestly tell you that I have politely refused the offers.
