My agent Kidasha was the best. She was so patient with me. She gave me a good price and discounts so I wouldn’t have to keep driving without insurance. The down payment was too high at first but she got it down a lot. She even took the extra time of helping me activate my debit card card so I could pay for it. It all started when I bought a brand new Nissan Versa in April, only to have it wrecked a week later in a front-end collision by an uninsured driver. It took me more than a month to save a little money and come up with a second down payment to buy another car. Unfortunately due to the fact that Id had two fender benders in the last 3 years that I was at fault for, this third accident theoretically gave Allstate the idea that it was okay to raise my rates to triple what they had been. My new car now cost half of what I had to pay for insurance on it. I struggled through a few months, stealing from Peter to pay Paul just to make the bills each month. And this on a disability check. Then my neighbor said call Direct Auto, we got great ratesjj. And I did, thank-you Kidasha, I am no longer paying more for my car insurance than for my car, Im no longer stealing from Peter to pay Paul every month to pay the bills and Im finally able to breathe easy knowing that my check is enough to cover all my expesenses. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate all shes done for me.
