I have been going to Bella for 3-4 years for my full body waxes. The prices are better than most wax centers and the customer service is always phenomenal. I also love their availability. I can usually book an appointment same-day and I really appreciate that. I have been scheduling with Raissa for years and she is my favorite part of the experience. She is very sweet, funny, and does her job very well. I feel very welcomed there and I plan to continue to go to Bella for many more years to come.

Awesome experience!!! Giovanna was amazing!!! She was very informative and patient as it was my first time getting Brazilian sugaring. Giovanna made it a pleasurable experience. There was no pain associated with the sugaring and was super fast. I’m NEVER waxing down there again as I have sensitive skin and prone to ingrown. I would break out horribly within two days of waxing with ingrown hairs. Today makes a week since I have done my Brazilian sugaring and not one ingrown! I’m a customer for life. Amazing work ladies.

I went to get a brazilian done somewhere else thats about $10 cheaper than Bellas however my experience was terrible, very painful and not completely waxed😒. Going to Bellas a month later to get a brazilian was the best decision made. Giovanni is a sweetheart, professional, fast, and gave me a pain free experience 🙌🏾. Ive been going to Bella Wax for a while now, but my experience today was beyond my highest expectations. I needed to be seen quickly because I am in a rush for Holidays. When I walked in I was quickly seen by Joana who was super sweet, very professional and has been gaining experience in cosmetics for about eight years. She did a fabulous job listening to me and shaped my eyebrows perfectly. I highly recommend this place and Joana. The prices are reasonable, I have always been treated very well and walk away completely satisfied every time.

So, Ive been looking for a waxing facility because the woman from my old facility I used to go to moved back to the UK, I ran into this one because it is fairly close to my job and the reviews were great. I called in and asked for the soonest appt as I was trying to go on my lunch break, it was 1:26pm and they gave me an appt for 1:45pm (my job is 9 mins away) I got there and Raisa(waxer) came and got me to begin the process. She talked to me the entirety of the process and was extremely thorough. Shes got a client for life, literally. I am beyond impressed with the results, and her patience and just thoroughness!

I usually go to Wax Me Brazilian, a 6 min drive from Bella, but Wax Me didnt have the appointment time I needed. Next time Ill wait for the appt time I want at Wax Me instead of going to Bella. My opinion below - overall, I think Bella is overrated and over priced.Pros: clean, efficient, and close to my home.Cons: no online reservation system (had to call) and was unsatisfied with service. Not sure whats up with their wax - they waxed the areas at least 3 times. Ive never had to have the same area waxed more than 2x. Went to get their full body wax ($65) and wanted to substitute the lip for eyebrows, a $5 difference that they wouldnt let me sub and pay. They charged me for the full body and eyebrows separate. Parking at this strip is also limited and tight. Just fyi, Wax Mes full body ($65) includes legs, arms, Brazilian, and lip or eyebrows.

BEWARE. WAXED OFF HALF MY EYEBROW BY MISTAKE. I visited on Saturday for an eyebrow wax. They were in a rush and made a huge mistake, waxing off the outside half of my left eyebrow. I am left with one normal eyebrow and one half that will take months to grow out and look normal. The worst part is - I didnt notice when they hurriedly presented me with the tiny mirror to check. I didnt notice until I got home. However, when I called to complain - THEY KNEW AND WERE AFRAID TO TELL ME. THEY ACTUALLY LET ME PAY AND TIP (!!?!?!!) THE LADY WITHOUT ADMITTING THE MISTAKE. I will not go back and want to warn everyone to go somewhere else. Its bad enough to make a mistake, but to try and pretend it didnt happen is completely unacceptable.

HORRIBLE!!! I went there two times, 1 was a great experience the second time I will NEVER GO BACK!! I called a made an appointment for 7:15, I got there at 7:10, waited for 25 minutes while the workers talked about candy crush and their phones. Whatever. Then another lady came in and they took her right away. I walked up to the lady in the front and asked her what had happened bc i saw on the sheet we both had an appointment for 7:15 and I was early (mind you, i just came to get my eyebrows done) and the lady on the front desk said well she was late, and If someone is late we take them right away so it doesnt cause any delays, reminder, they close at 8 and it is 7:30 now. I was so frustrated I left and went next door to get my eyebrows done for 8$ and they did it flawless. Do not waste your money or your time with people that do not understand basic customer service. I am never returning!
