I absolutely love living hear.The views are unique and the apartment floor plan are surprisingly expansive. All units are split level with bedrooms on upper floors and have at least one balcony but most of two. The walls are constructed of very thick sheet rock which makes for almost whisper quiet neighbors even when throwing a party.All units have huge windows to take full advantage of the city scape. Units 11-15 arguably have the best views which consists of a mostly western view but able to see both north and south. Unit 11 has the best views of all being able to see dramatic sunsets and a few mountains to the north overlooking the Varsity restaurant.All units have washer and dryer built in along with over range microwave dish washer and disposal drain. Water is the only utility that is included in rent but is set at a flat rate which never fluctuates. Parking is possibly the best in the city. There is a main two level parking deck mostly for the business that occupy all the lower floors but can be used for visitors parking.The residential parking is positioned inside the building directly under the residential half of the building. It has three layers of security one being key code entry into residential parking, second is garage door radio keys and last is the main garage door to access the lobby also requires a key access. All parking is free to residents and guests.There is also a 24-hour guard on duty who regularly walks the property. There are only 15 units and all reside on the top floor with private elevator access and all lower floors are commercial spaces occupied by a dentistry plastic surgeon and a few others. Securing a unit hear is difficult as there is always a waiting list of 40+ and most tenants including my self often never leave.Baltimore Row is possibly one of the most unique places to live that has many attributes that set it apart from the norm of city living the only drawback...no swimming pool which is easily overlooked considering the location, quality and price. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for elevated city living without the riff raff. Good luck at securing a unit though.
