My pedicure looked good!But my nails were awful. The lady filed my nails inward andShe did not clean up around the edges. It looks very unprofessional like she just put the dipped powder on without any maintenance done afterwards.

I was happy with my nails. I came here because I missed my nail appointment with my regular nail salon. My friend had told me about this place. The only thing I was disappointed with is that I made an appointment at 12p and didnt get in the chair until 1:15p. It wouldve been nice for them to let me know they couldnt see me until then. It was a Saturday so I get it was busy. But I am just happy with the outcome. Now I know I have a backup salon to go to when my nail lady isnt available.UPDATE: So I went back to my normal nail tech. Come to find out they put acrylic on my nails, not SNS like I had asked for. Which makes my natural nails thin and brittle. I dont think I will be returning after all of this.

I got acrylic tips and gel polish but they lasted two days. I noticed the edges of the nail were popping up and as soon as I put pressure on my nail it popped right off. The lady who did my nails rushed VERY fast and took her only 15 minutes to do my nails. I think that this nail spa is great for some people but for me personally, my experience was not good. I spent 50 dollars and it lasted me two days :(

My go to nail salon. I just moved from that side of town so now I’m a hour away. They are a bit pricey but with the right nail tech your nails will turn out fabulous! I just started getting sns and this is with tips added. I wish they had a closer location to Jonesboro but until then I’ll keep driving the distance 😆

Service was great that’s why I gave four stars. First time here. Though I came in for a simple manicure because I’ve been on this natural nail journey and it’s faster to complete typically. This was not the case here. It took two hours. Apparently they gave me a lady who only did toes so she had trouble doing my manicure. I felt offended that they would place me with someone who was not experienced in handling hands. She drilled my nails too long so they are thinner than usual now. She could not get my shape right and had to constantly ask for help which was alarming to me. She was nice as well as the staff. Though I felt it was a little frustrating that I had to constantly explain to her how to do almond shape nails and so on. May go back not sure I just won’t let them put me with anybody if I do.

I scheduled an appointment for 6:15pm with Diana pedicure. The wait time was 20 minutes, Diana prepared the pedicure bowl water prior to me sitting in the pedicure chair.Diane then proceed to clean my feet with the same nasty towel that she used to clean one of the pedicure chairs. When I brought all these matters to her attention see photo below. She walked away & never return.My feet was left in cold water from 6:43 pm to 7:13pm, I was then told Diane would not be doing my pedicure from another employee. I had someone tell John I needed to speak with him, being I couldn’t because my feet was sitting in cold water. John stated someone else would be doing my pedicure. Because Diane no longer wanted to do my pedicure. Absolutely not an issue being how unsanitary Diane is, however it’s unprofessional. Unfortunately google wouldn’t allow zero star.

LOVE’d this place and the atmosphere! I came during closing time and they still took the time to take care of what I wanted. I can’t recall his name but a guy worked on my nails and he did great! Even had a selection of drink options 😍

I have been here 3 times and each time I was extremely disappointed. They rush through the pedicures. I promise you I was done in 20 min. I went back thinking maybe next time will be better and its very close to my job. I honestly hate it. I never leave bad reviews but this place is really terrible!

Giving them 2 stars because I usually come to this nail salon all the time and love the service. Yesterday I came in and wanted designs on my nails and pedicure. I was pleased with my pedicure but the lady Mina who did my nails seemed bothered and irritated because i wanted designs but was not giving me any ideas. So i asked about a particular color and she told me they didn’t have it and cleary thought giving me a hard time was funny because her and the other nail tech was laughing after us going back and forth about designs and nail colors smh. When I went to check out i told this information to the front desk and he told me they did have the color i was looking for. Mina is very unprofessional and attitude sucked. Makes the salon look bad.

Nice atmosphere but the tech was really careless with my feet. There are clear coat bubbles on top of my nail polish and streaks at the bottom from not fully covering the nail. I think she was in a rush to get me in the other techs chair to do my hands. And I was frustrated cuz my massage chair wasnt working, and it was packed so they couldnt move me.Id give them another chance because its great ambiance but not the best first impression. Just make sure theyre not rushing, and if they are, review it carefully. Went with a friend and her pedicure was flawless so I wont be malicious and say its a bad establishment.

I come here every couple of weeks for gel manicure and pedicure spending anywhere from $50 to $100.I asked about the dipping manicure last wed and was told its easier on your nails a d it should last about 3 weeks and come back if any issues. So I tried it.Yesterday I saw one of my nails was cracked so came today to get a repair. When I was going to leave i was told $3 for repair. I asked why if its supposed to last 3 weeks would I have to pay for a repair.So I paid the $3 but wont be back.You loose a repeat customer over $3???

I used Allure Nails for individual lash extensions and a powder manicure. The service was horrible and felt rushed. I asked for natural lashes and the lashes were very dramatic for one, in addition three days later majority of the lashes were gone from my left eye. Resulting in me having to remove lashes from both eyes. One eye was filled with so much glue that the glue is still stuck on my lashes and I fear I may loose my real lashes. In addition, the powder nails were done with too much product as my nails feel very tight, and the nail woman didn’t even have the courtesy to wash her hands when doing my service.

Love Allure Nail Spa! Theyre clean, friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented!I recently became a huge fan of dipping powder, but am pretty picky about the application and tried 3-4 different salons before I found Allure. They do AMAZING dip nails!! The technicians take their time smoothing and evening out the powder/polish, which I really appreciate, and they do not load on tons of powder like other places, so your nails still feel like your nails. My manicures are chip-free and shiny for 2-3 weeks and would probably last longer, but I get eager to change up my color :) After a manicure at Allure, I honestly stare at my nails all day for days because they look so amazing!Hue is my favorite tech, and Ben and Jay are also great!! Highly recommended.

Not sure if I will go back, I think when you pay $42 just for a pedicure you should get a hot towel for both feet!! Instead one towel trying to wrap both feet in!!Ridiculous and not good customer service 😒

This place is hit or miss. One time I went and had the best experience! I came back today and my manicurist was rude, snarky, rough, and injured my finger. Then John the manager had the nerve to charge me $30 for a simple fill-in because I used a different nail polish color for each finger. I could see if I wanted designs, but me paying you to open up and close a nail polish bottle??? I won’t be back. I suggest Angel Nails by Grindhouse Burgers. Go over there and ask for Wen. I don’t have these problems with them! They are consistent.

I visited this place for the first time on yesterday after being referred by my daughter. I got a full set. The technician was moving so fast that she did the sloppiest full set of nails that I’ve ever seen. She put more acrylic on my skin and cuticles than she did on the nail itself. I made the manager aware of this and he tried to get someone else in the shop to fix her mess. The person told the manager that he didn’t want to do it and that was that. So I sat waiting for someone to agree to fix my nails. My daughter ended up having to sit in there and fix my nails herself. The manager gave me a whopping $17 back. Needless to say, I will not be going back

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and was out in a bout 2 hrs, not bad. Only waited like 30-45 mins, they were friendly enough. Nails came out cute though! I got the Luxury Pedicure and full set for $159, I went to Ben!

This was my 1st time going. They were pretty busy and I still didn’t have to wait long. They did an excellent job on my nails and my feet. Very impressed. Tiffany did my feet and Ben did my nails. I will be going back again.

I have always had a good experience here, but Stephen always did my nails. I called recently and they said he doesn’t work here anymore. I’d like to know where’d he go but Tiffany always does great on my pedicures. I need Stephen for my nails 😭

I love going to allure because there’s always a lot of people working so you don’t have to wait. They are very quick to help you and everyone has been nice to me. And my nails always last at least two weeks

This place used to be a good place but John and his arrogance has run it into the ground.He can’t keep workers and the hot water is always off. I was there when it got turned off one time. It looks like a shop in the hood with junk all over the place, boxes, merch on tables their trying to sell, boxes of product on floor for months.They cater to the WHITE client and jump through hoops for them, when they make their money off of the Black client, who John dismisses should they have an issue or concern. He told me when I asked him to translate to a nail tech who spoke no English. “Whatever your result is in the end ...is just your result... What do u want me to do about it?” I was one of his first clients that walked through the door the day the opened. But after he spoke to me like he did today, I will NEVER step foot back in that place and I’ll be taking a host of people with me!That’s why it’s very difficult to support the Asian movement because we support them and it’s not reciprocal.They have no respect for the Black dollar or Black people. Bye ALLURE nails with you COLD water for pedicures that you have to heat up in coffee pots because the gas has been shut off. And your HOT wine and HOT bottled water!

Between Michael Lily and Hannah they all get five stars for customer service and quality work. Very pleased. Got sns gel spa pedi and eyebrows. Will be back.

Got SNS and was really well done. They take the time and layer the powder correctly. However, I also got a regular pedicure which they completed in 15 minutes. The nails were not properly painted.

The spa is clean and the staff are friendly. They did a good job on my pedicure. The prices were fair. Im only taking stars away because while I was there they were not enforcing their mask policy or social distancing. When Ive been before they were leaving one empty chair between groups. When I went last time they were busy and were seating every chair. Id recommend avoiding weekends if possible.

I’ve actually been to this nail salon before and loved the service. Today I made an appointment with my friend to get a mani/pedi. They did quickly seat us and sanitize everything prior to us sitting down. That’s where the pleasant experience ended. The young woman who did my mani/pedi seemed rushed and clearly my nails were messed up when she was finished. When I brought it to her attention she just slapped another coat on top of the nails that had been indented making the color not uniform and thick. When I asked her to make all my nails match she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have time to do so. I brought this information to the front desks attention and they said “she would be spoken to” and offered nothing else to me. After I made it clear I wouldn’t be returning to this salon due to poor service I believe the manager offered to redo my mani but at that point I’ve already wasted 2 hours in that salon and I’m not willing to wait any longer. In addition to that, they require you to wear a mask/purchase one from them prior to entering the salon which is great. But some of their own staff don’t wear a mask at all times which doesn’t make any sense.Honestly, there are plenty of salons in Atlanta and I’d recommend trying another salon before you’re disappointed with the quality of your nails and experience poor customer service.

I love this place! Every time I come I love my experience. The owner John always answers the phone when I make my appointment and he is always fast, friendly, and professional. Today I had Tiffany on my mani and Jodi on my pedi and they were both wonderful and gave me beautiful nails. The prices are great too. Located right in a strip with a bunch of restaurants so it’s the perfect spot for a dinner + nails date with your friends. Love Allure 💕

This was the first time I went to this place. I asked for a simple French tip. The service was horrible. It was rushed and the nail tech appeared to not know what she was doing. The job was extremely sloppy. After several attempts of me asking for it to be fixed, I gave up and left.

I have been a customer since 2019 and unfortunately I will not be returning. Ever since the pandemic, things have gone downhill. Scheduling appts is pointless because you will still have to wait 45-60min even if you arrive on time to be acknowledged by the technician. Seems as if appts are continuously scheduled for the continuous flow of money instead of factoring in time for the technicians. The facility also is not clean and the gentlemen who runs the front desk never wears his mask and never has while communicating with customers. I was cut while receiving a pedicure and the technician never apologized or mentioned it. Instead, she hurriedly put some type of powder over the cut which is dangerous and can possibly lead to infection.

The location is nice and spacious, and the staff was nice. Three stars because even though it is a nail salon, the chemical smell should not knock you out the moment you walk in and remain on your clothes long after you left. Please get a ventilation system! They also do not use seperate/individual bowls for SNS powder, and do not have guests wash hands before service; this is unsanitary. I was also left trying to pick cured SNS off of my skin around my nails once I got home... small amounts I admit, but not something I should have to do after paid professional service.

His is the first time i went to this nail salon. at first i looked them up here on google and the pictures shown were amazing, and that’s what sold me to come here. the nice man on the second table to left did my nails. i had some ugly acrylics on before and i wanted them taken off, and a whole new set. it was 10$ for a soak off and he made my natural nails look great and even clipped my cuticles. i told him i wanted a gel acrylic set and i like my nails long! the shape is amazing as well as the quality. and you definitely get what you pay for !!!! i also got my middle fingers blinged out and a color change on my toes and my total came to 100$ !!it is so worth the higher price tag. AMAZING QUALITY. i will be coming back every 2 weeks for a fill :)

This is my new favorite nail salon! They are always very kind and professional and do an amazing job on my nails and toes each time! I usually get SNS and it always lasts. My natural nails are always taken care of and have grown and are very healthy. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to this place before for a pedicure so I thought I’d try them for a fresh SNS set. I got hearts applied to my nails. One fell off not even 24 hours after getting my nails done. I went to get it fixed and was told I would have to wait hours behind others who had to get their nails completely done. I just needed one heart placed on one nail but they acted like I wanted them to perform a miracle. I definitely won’t be back. Their nail tech who did my nails was very subpar. Her nails were better than mine when she finished.

This nail salon has a beautiful and professional looking exterior. The interior is well appointed and modern. I came here because they are located in my new neighborhood and they had good reviews. I noticed in a review I read that the reviewer had mentioned the name Kevin as someone who had done a good job on their nails. When I enquired about him, someone said, Hes married! Really? I was only interested in his ability as a nail technician. Most all their clientele is african american, but they chatter in their native language and laugh around us as if were invisible. When I walked in, there was a whole gaggle of women who could have done my nails, sitting to the side, ostensibly sizing up potential patrons. Instead of giving me someone experienced, they gave me Tiffany, who actually did a good job. When I checked out, they didnt charge me for the manicure, which I had to tell the manicurist 3 times that I wanted it. So they had to charge my card twice because they caught their own error. Thats the first time thats happened. They have a rewards program, that I doubt seriously that Ill get to benefit from. I grade them a C.

Always love them, and everyone is so talented! They make it look so easy (and beautiful). My nails are always *chefs kiss* perfect and they give complimentary drinks as well (wine, soda, water). Very friendly and personable staff. 10/10 would recommend

The good: parking isn’t too hard. Location easy to find, in the same parking lot as zaxbys.The bad: literally everything else. They aren’t very sanitary. The nails techs rush even when no one is present.If you don’t like something on your nails, they will argue with you for 5 whole minutes instead of taking the 30 seconds to fix it. I experienced it for pedicures and manicures.Full set will start lifting within 3 days. They charge to fix it.The prices are not competitive. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache!!

I was referred to this nail salon by a buddy of mine the service was ok. My issue is I was cut by this nail tech on each of my big toes trimming them I stop the tech told her to put alcohol on the area to clean it not a very good job doing that either went home to provide first aid to myself called spoke with manager he seemed disinterested in providing a remedy for my issue needless to say I wont be going back there again.

I went in for full service. Took a long time go get seated but it was okay I understand being busy. Once I was seated for my pedi. I was serviced with pedi only. They didn’t do them at the same time because they continued to take new customers instead. So once again I was patient and then once my pedi was done the tech continued to keep me busy by rubbing my legs for an extended amount of time. I literally waited again to have my nails done. I was finally seated and then they asked me to get acrylic instead of sns and I refused the offer bec that wasn’t what I came for. The tech then rushed on my SNS nails. I was in the nail salon for about three hours and watched multiple people come and go. It was over priced for the services that were barely rendered and my nails look like trash a week later. NEVER AGAIN!

This is the best nail shop on Northside drive. I’ve been to all of the nail shops in this area and nothing can compare to this place;) Their customer service was 100! My pedicure looks awesome as well. You won’t be disappointed at all. I just made this my favorite nail shop in downtown Atlanta! So glad I finally found a welcoming nail shop!

You must request Lilly. She is the BEST you will ever have. A perfectist she delivers perfect pedicures and amazing SNS every time. I have been going to Lilly since COVID and she practices safety precautions to the utmost. I truly appreciate her. Tip- She is off on Thursdays and try to book with her directly. The front desk plays games.

Do not go to this nail place. They rush through your nails and are just trying to get as many people as they can through the door.I asked for SNS and was told that the “manicure” part was “extra”. So my nail tech started putting the dip on without filing or cleaning my nails. He also just slopped the dip powder and coat on my nail leaving residue all over my fingers when I was finished which you can see in the photos.Go somewhere else where they will take time to do your hands and make it worth the $50 for the manicure. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

I have been visiting Allure Nails West Midtown for over a year. I have thoroughly enjoyed Zach doing my SNS. He’s so professional, great nail technician and just a nice guy. He picks the best colors. For my pedicures, I like Lily and Hanna. They never rush and make sure my nails are the way I like them.

I never write reviews. First time here was a few days ago for my birthday. Lisa did an amazing job on my feet and made me laugh. So it already started off great. Then I get to Ben...when I tell you he looked at the picture I wanted(for my acrylic nails) and TOOK HOS TIME to get it exactly like the picture. I mean shape(perfect) smokthness(perfect) like 10/10. Hands down. Will definitely be returning.

Super clean, huge space with a lot of staff and a ton of dip color options. Complementary wine/soda/water. Plenty of parking. Been a few times but today just blew me away! I got Tricolor nails, with a glitter accent and tips/oval shaped - they are absolutely perfect. I’ve been going to Allure Nail Spa for a couple months now and I get amazing service every time. I get and SNS manicure and Gel pedicure and it always lasts 3-4 weeks without any chipping or cracking. Evelyn (Manicure) and Andrea (Pedicure), who did my nails today are amazing and so sweet! I also regularly see Ben and Anna and they are both fabulous as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone in the Midtown area to visit this salon for any service you may wish to get.

I love this nail salon! I got my powder nails done there 2 weeks ago, and I just noticed that I can still get 1 more week out of them! This has never happened before w other nail salons that literally destroyed my nails by drilling them too much. The man who did my nails was attentive/cautious to make sure he didn’t destroy them again. Everyone is so nice too! I went opening day, and it just keeps getting better as I return to them. Well worth the money spent! The salon is very nice and aesthetically pleasing. Everything looks clean and in order. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and approached with the menu for services. While I spent more than I usually do - the quality of service, atmosphere, and final results were well worth it .I got a deluxe pedicure with a design, a gel fill-in, and my eyebrows waxed. I was serviced very quickly and my nails are gorgeous. Will definitely return and make this my regular spot.

Me an my sister will NEVER come here again. They will scam you for your money and not give you what you asked for. We got serviced at the same time and the guy over filled my nails so my nails were sooooo sore and to top it off we paid for what was supposedly the best gel you could get, and me and my sister BOTH had TWO broken nails the NEXT DAY! If we didnt have to fly out of town we wouldve cant back to complain but their NOT WORTH IT. Better of using traveling nail techs who can actually do nail art not just hang pretty pics of styles yall CANT DO!

Fast service. The atmosphere is relaxing. Every time I visit this nail salon I leave feeling like I got my money’s worth. They take pride in styling your nails in a healthy manner (which is the most important part to me).

Im sad that Tim left. I dont like how they arent consistent with how they price services. Prices should never be different based on the amount of money you assume the customer has. Set the prices and stay consistent. Lola is the best at pedicures.

Zach gets me right Everytime I come to town. I drive way from TN for the perfectionism and the care of doing someones nails and toes. There is a big difference when I get my nails done here from when I come there. Its worth the drive
