This place is literally the BEST. I hate how people are trying there hardest to take down there business cause they are late or they dont know how to do nails, first off is they are late they prolly have something goin on at home so dont just adress them sayin your late let me give you a one star review. Yall should stop worrying bout other peoples lives and should worry about yourself. cause the dont have to do this if they dont want to they just choose to do it for you. Online it says they close at 7 so I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned and French tips at 5:30 and they said they were closed

They are very unprofessional and rude. I would have given them zero stars if I could. They never have parking spots available because they are too scared to tell the people outside gambling to leave. They don’t allow kids to come in but dogs are welcome. The only person who knows how to somewhat do nails is the man in the shop. The wife moves slow and the grandma is just there to be there. I only visit this location because it is the closest shop to where I live but today was the last time I will be doing business with them. If you want great nails find a black nail tech because they are not it. And no we were not an hour late and we called before coming. And stop lying they are not valued customers they don’t even step foot into your shop. Your response is exactly what I mean when I say unprofessional but I’m not here to argue.

So Im from out of town visiting my husbands family and wanted a pedicure. This is literally the BEST pedicure Ive ever gotten. My pedicurist name is Vo. He was meticulous! He got in every nuck and cranny and paid great attention to detail. I dont get impressed often but today was the day. I usually have a tip ready but I always so satisfied I actually doubled it. Whenever I am in town I will definetly come back and specifically request Vo. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Star Nails to any and everyone!

NEGATIVE ZERO. -0.😠👎💩Horrible service AND RUDE BECAUSE PEOPLE WANT THEY NAILS DONE IF YOU A BUSINESS DO WHAT YOU IN BUSINESS FOR i I knew something was going to be wrong when I had a full set done in less than 30 minutes it was rushed Nails havent even been on for 2 weeks and they are lifting acrylic overlay with it was a mess acrylic over top has broken off which is causing the nails to lift because it should have been filed away from the beginning then the acrylic just running over over the top of that where it wasnt cleaned away I was cleaning acrylic constantly from around my fingers after I left the salon they never once told me to wash my hands which I immediately did afterwards which I also found to be odd and then when I returned to show them the work that was done and what was happening they wanted to deny any ownership to it said its been over two weeks when it has not and would not fix this horrible mess please please stay away from this salon

Jackie, Nini and Kim are family! After 10+ years, I dont think another shop could handle me because Nini and Kim always take good care of my natural nails. At ages 18 and 16, Nini still will not allow my daughters to get a ”Full Set”! Shoot the oldest just got her eyebrows arched a year ago because Nini said it was time. Love them because I know they care! And all money aint good money...Keep doing what you do Jackie and Nini! ✌️🏽

I’m new to the area and needed a new salon to get my eyebrows done. I walked in and was greeted and served immediately. The place was clean and organized. The lady was polite and courteous. She took her time and asked questions about my preferred eyebrow style. She was gentle and professional. She did an amazing job and was fast! 10/10 recommend and I will be going back for my pedicure.

He helped me grow my real nails long and healthy now i don’t even do fake nails !

It was clean and santized every time a customer was finished it got done all over again (that area) it was complamentary each customer left .

ABSOLUTE WORST NAIL SALON I’VE EVER BEEN TO. It was my first time coming here. My nail popped off the very next day! I came they were closed, Sunday. 4 whole nails popped off in 2 days. FOUR!! I should’ve been skeptical when a women spoke about the same situation when I walked in. They did not accommodate me what so ever. After speaking to me over the phone with a whole different story. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Very professional and clean environment! Jackie, Mimi and Kim are awesome! Theyre talented technicians. Everytime I go, I am very pleased with their service. They make you feel welcomed. I have referred many people and will continue doing so. If you havent stopped by I strongly recommend you give them a try! You will not be disappointed.

This store uses false advertising to lure you into the shop and then began bullying you into purchasing other products. Its been two years since my last visit. There are other shops in the area that offers a better products and customer service

When I first arrived I was given a massage chair right away and Kim was the only pedicure tech available. Shes too quick, too strong and rough not thorough enough. She cut me twice and was ready to attack the other foot! I asked for the manager and request another tech to finish!I didnt ask her name but she wears glasses. SHES THE MOST ATTENTIVE, THOROUGH, AND PROFFESIONAL TECH THUS FAR! FOR THAT I CHANGE MY RATING TO 4 STARS BECAUSE IM TOTALLY SATISFIED! I would have given 5 stars if they didnt lie to me about the price! I paid regular price $28 1 month ago and today the lady say $39.00. THE MANAGER CALL HISSELF SAVING THE DAY BY OFFERING A DISCOUNT...I PAID REGULAR PRICE $28.00...WITH A GENOROUS TIP...IM NO FOOL, BUT ITS OK, AT LEAST MY FEET ARE FRESH ONCE AGAIN, LOL

I love them! They do such a great job! All of the nail techs are really good and theyre nice people. Theyre fast. Jackie, MiMi and Kim are all amazing. They tell you the truth about your nails, thats another thing i like. If you wanted to get something done to your nails thats not gonna last long, they will tell you. Other places will just take your money and not care. Every since i started going here, i never went anywhere else. These nail techs are talented. Ill always be a customer, I go every two weeks! 💅😍😉
