I’ve gotten several gel nail art designs and Navy NEVER disappoints. Pedicures are a little subpar for what you pay. And some of the ladies there were acting a little weird about us asking for hubby to get a single rainbow toenail for pride….otherwise love the location and atmosphere. Definitely recommend for nails.

I had a wonderful experience at this new location. Mindy was absolutely amazing. I haven’t gotten my nails done in so long and it was truly nice to be able to take some time for myself. She was gentle yet quick and efficient. My nails look gorgeous. I’ll definitely be back!!!!

I noticed this salon when I was grabbing dinner last night and thought I would try them out. I’m so glad I did! I was lucky enough to see Mindy as a walk-in. I showed her the vibe I wanted and she didn’t steer me wrong. I love my nails! She’s got a great personality and is good at what she does. I’ll definitely be back and suggest that you call to book an appointment with her if you want cute designs. Everyone here seemed great though so definitely try them out! Manicure was one of the worst Ive paid for- she did not trim my skin around the nails well and I had to have her refile my nails and they still dont look great. Also she used an old top coat that made it bubble up.she seemed to be rushing through to get to someone else…Pedicure was better but she did not help put my sandals on after she finished and just left…unfortunately I had already tipped 20% since she asked me to pay before they finished..I have been here a few times and it seems like your experience is highly dependent on the nail tech.

Really great experience overall! Was able to get in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure. Staff was friendly and efficient. Lots of color choices and a good view of the beltline to people watch as you get your nails done. Will for sure be coming back!!

I had Tracy as a nail technician, she was very professional with a great attitude and paid attention to exactly what I want it done with my nails. Came here trying to find a new salon and they had pretty good reviews. First, the tech couldn’t do my nail design (which was simple), so fine, I picked a different one. She seemed very annoyed that I wanted a design… it was ombré… the nail tech cut me TWICE. I honestly didn’t like the nails, but it’s fine, I still paid and tipped 20% because that’s their job and they need tips. But the SNS literally started peeling off the end of my nails after 3 days. It’s now day 5 and they’ve already chipped in random places on multiple nails. I can usually keep SNS on my nails for a MONTH if I somehow have to. But I will 100% need them redone next week. This place wasn’t cheap for what seems like cheap quality. Maybe I caught the tech on an off day… I don’t know, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

The absolute best place to get your nails done! Ive been going to this salon for about a year now and cannot speak highly enough of the staff + the job they do. My nails always look great and everyone is always so friendly! Also very reasonably priced services.

Want this place to be great since it’s literally downstairs from me & the inside is nice…but every time I go in they are understaffed and can’t take anyone. Even when I call and ask about availability, they always tell me to come in and when I arrive, they can’t see me for an hour or two. Uncool. Also, the same nails I get done at another local salon Last almost twice as long as when I get the same product from this salon… So their techniques must be off or something. I asked for hombre SNS, which they said they could do, but it turned out pretty terrible, FYI. I think it entirely depends on the technician you get, and there’s no way to know who is better and if they are available when you are, just not ideal. 😑 Also, there’s no dedicated parking & almost all parking nearby is pay deck, FYI. Be prepared to walk a ways no matter what.

This was our first visit to Lacquer Nail Bar and can say we will definitely be back.The receptionist/hostess was super friendly and very helpful. The manicurists were also very friendly and did a very good job.We did the “Ultimate” pedicure (This pedicure includes the cuticle treatment, the four step system, and the hot stone massage. This pedicure is topped off with a choice of either paraffin (hot wax) treatment or a collagen (cooling gel) foot mask. Both help lock in moisture and leave the foot hydrated and smooth.). Both the hot stone massage and paraffin treatment were great!The location is great (right on the BeltLine) and very clean and has a good vibe to it.

I’ve gone twice now and both times we excellent. I got dipped nail, and both technicians I had were very detail oriented and made each of my nail come out smooth. This is one of the best nail salons I have been to!

Went here 5/14/2019. Came here wanting full acrylic set and pedicure. First time getting acrylic. The result was very thick nails and it was glued to my skin. I told them the problem so nail technician proceed to shave away the glued part between my nail and skin but ended up going too deep and made me BLEED. Granted, they did fix my nails in the end BUT what shocked me was I ended up paying full price which was $88! My dumb self also left a $10 tip out of panic and pressure. Note: I was there for a total of 3 full hours. The end result was great when fixed but not for the time and price.

Great location. The salon is open and bright. The staff is patient and thoughtful. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did a stunning job. EDIT: Reached out via Instagram to management who was more than accommodating and willing to fix my nails. Returned on 8/14/20 to the salon where Susan evaluated my nails and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix them. It was an entirely different experience and my nails now look amazing. The level of customer service that I received on 8/14 was unparalleled and I couldn’t be happier that I returned. Can’t wait to come back next time.Went here 8/13/20 and wanted to love this shop because of its great location and beautiful storefront. That being said, I received one of the worst dip manicures ever. The tips were haphazardly glued on and there was nail glue all over my fingers and skin. The shape of the nails (square) is crooked and uneven between my two hands. The lengths between my nails on both hands are completely uneven as well. The dip powder was applied entirely too thick and then shaved down, resulting in awkward color patches and a horribly thick manicure. I left the shop bleeding, due to sloppy work with the drill. I also got a facial wax, and the paper sheet on the pillow and the sheets on the bed were NOT changed before my wax or after (that I saw because the technician turned the lights off and left the room before I had even gotten up from the waxing table) I sincerely wish that I hadn’t wasted my money on trying this place and am incredibly disappointed with the quality of service that I received

I just visited the Lacquer nail bar with my sister for her birthday. When we walked in, we were not greeted. And when someone finally said something, all he said was “Yes?” There was no order of the nail service and the technician was just doing what she wanted and was very lazy. She was not following the correct procedures. I am a licensed cosmetologist, I should know and was using used tools on the clients. I had to ask her to remove the rest of the polish off of my toenails before she started adding fresh polish!! Prior to checkout, I saw a technician reach for the wine in the fridge and serve a client. I really wanted to be served a glass of wine while I enjoy my experience; However, no one offered me anything! And when I questioned the front desk about them serving beverages, she said if I wanted something I would have to ask. How in the world am I supposed to know you all had beverages if it was my first time!!? I was very disappointed. Please teach your employees some professionalism, customer service, and diversity training. I will not be coming back and will not be making referrals to your nail salon.Sent from my iPhone

I love this place. I’ve been coming continuously for a few months now. It can get a bit pricey but I always love my experience and how long my manis & pedis last (about 3 weeks to a month with SNS mani & gel pedi - which itself has lasted a month and a half before). I’ve also gotten my brows done before and loved them every time!

I am so happy I found this beautiful nail salon! The pedicures are slightly more expensive ($28 versus what I used to pay, $18) but its completely worth it.The salon is very clean and they use liners in the foot baths so I dont have to dunk my feet in a dirty tub. And I can tell they sanitize their tools after each use. The other places were always a little more questionable. Plus their nail technicians are very thorough and paint beautifully.You can book an appointment online so you dont have to wait your turn too.I will be coming here from now on! 💕

I have been here several times and have had GREAT service every time. My nails have been flawless and the vibe is super relaxed. Plus the prices are super reasonable, especially for being right on the beltline!

The service was stellar and above and beyond! I loved the view of the belt line as I was getting 5-star treatment. The staff is so welcoming and really knows their stuff. Susan was able to do my design with no problem, and Tuvi made sure I had enough wine and water, it was such a wonderful experience! 10/10, will def come back again!

I really enjoyed me pedicure here. Reasonable prices, it is in a great location right off the beltline, and the staff was very friendly. There were a ton of color and service options. And my favorite part was getting to people watch on the beltline since our chairs were facing out and there were great windows. I also loved the decor in the building. Left feeling very relaxed with nice looking nails!

The WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Place looks great but do not be fooled. Nail technician made my fingers bleed and did not even apologize. They then charged me FULL price even though their finished work was awful. Please do not come here. There are hundreds of nail salons to go to in Atlanta that will do better.

You’re really just paying for location because the prices do not match the quality. My gel pedicure was done with care but I absolutely did not care for the work done on my hands

Tried this new salon for the first time today after trying 3 others in the area. Its beautiful and very clean. They spent a lot of time with me, massage was long. I messed up my gel a couple of times and Lynn was very patient, she did a great job!

Yesterday was my third time visiting Lacquer Nails and it may be my last. My first time there, Tuvi paired me with a nail technician that did a great job. The second time, I got the same technician, but the experience was different. To begin with, Lilly didn’t tell me there would be a $10 up charge for almond shape and length of my nail until after she shaped the first couple of nails. I don’t mind the upcharge, but that should have been explained to me before she started to file my nails. The second issue is that the polish started to lift and chip after a couple of days. I came back and they fixed the issue, however, the polish/sns lifted and chipped occurred two days later. I decided to let it go although I did pay a pretty penny for the services. Yesterday, I decided to give them another chance. However, a different technician was available. Overall, I came in with long natural nails and I left with uneven almond shaped nails. I don’t think the nail tech paid any attention to how she was filing my nails because none my nails are the same shape and they are completely uneven. Please proceed with caution. I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same experiences that I did.

Have been getting my nails done here for several months and had some really great experiences. One of the best parts of this nail bar is the location! Its on the beltline so you can sit back, relax and people watch. The interior is well decorated and elegant and I love that they always offer me a glass of wine! Lacquer Nail Bar knows how to make you feel pampered. I always get my SNS mani done by John, I truly wont see anyone else! He is so meticulous and makes sure my nails look perfect. He is incredibly sweet and patient with me if I am having a hard time deciding or request subtle changes to the shape of my nails. I have had two or three appointments that have not started on time or lasted an extremely long time because I was left soaking while the technician was finishing up. However, when I reached out to the owner, Tuvi she was so sweet about it! She responded immediately and offered me a discount on my next service. Things happen and because she took the time and effort to understand what happened and make it up to me it made me feel really cared for! I recommend this place to everyone and most of my friends go here now too :)

The spa is so beautiful & their customer service was great, but the retention of their service was short. I got a sns manicure but it was so thin so in the first week my nails were already chipping and cracking. I also purchased a gel pedicure that didn’t last.

I emailed them about the complaints and was happy that they followed up with me to fix the issues. I tried this place out with my aunt (she got acrylic filled and I got SNS ombre). To start it was super difficult to find the salon, google takes you to the wrong place. During my aunts manicure the technician spilled the acrylic powder all over the table and got some on us. She didnt apologize and we were both shocked to see her push all the powder back into the container to be used again. Our dead skin and nail dust was literally all over the table so Id say that was pretty unsanitary. The whole time we were getting our nails done there were at least 3 people surrounding us talking, but we didnt know what they were saying. Either they were giving tips on how to do our nails or learning from her. It was pretty uncomfortable since they never tried to talk to us and it felt like we were on display. As soon as we got home my aunt noticed her acrylic wasnt done right. You could see her real nail in some places, and it was already pulling away from the nail so it snagged on her clothing.

I have been to Lacquer Nail Bar twice for SNS with manicure. I chose this particular salon by recommendation from a friend. It is located on the beltline, thus your service is complimented by views of that as well as a glass of wine if you choose! It is owned by all females- friends I am told! On my most recent visit, Susan completed my service. Susan did the best SNS I have ever had. I was left with healthy looking cuticles, nails perfectly shaped to my liking and a very natural looking (meaning thin and clean edges) SNS service. I am super happy with her work and will be making this my regular nail salon.

I keep trying to make an appointment but no one answers when I call. They don’t even have a proper voicemail set up - just a generic robot message to leave a name and number. With no online booking option, this isn’t a good start. Lost 3 clients in one shot.

I had the worst manicure of my life but the girl at the front was the sweetest. Thankful i did not pay for the SNS or gel.

I had a wonderful first visit to Lacquer Nail Bar! Everyone was very friendly and most importantly, my mani/pedi was great! They have positioned all of the chairs in the spa to face the Beltline. The decor is fresh, bright, and clean. I enjoyed my experience there and will definitely go back.

The good:Very warm reception. I was checked on once or twice by the manager during my service. The nail techs were very sweet. Great color selection. Very clean and beautiful space. Great place to people watch the Beltline.The bad:Sloppy paint job (you have ONE job!) on my pedicure (left my manicured nails natural). I asked nail tech for a clear coat on top of my polish and while so sweet you could only reply with “no English” (I’ve never had to ask for a top coat, so I’m not sure why this step was skipped). Nail tech on manicure didn’t ask my preference on nail shape (I assumed he’d just cut and reshape as they were), but he opted for ovalish over my existing square.Overall: I enjoyed people watching, the staff were all very sweet, certainly has potential, but I ultimately left dissatisfied with the sloppy work. Prime spot, not as prime mani/pedi.

So cute on the inside and was looking forward to getting a manicure + sns. The nail tech was very odd though. He didn’t ask me any preferences on shape, thickness, etc and it took 2x the amount of time to finish my manicure than my friend who also got the same service (which is awkward when she then has the sit next to me for another 30 minutes).He also scolded me multiple times for moving (even though I was sitting still) to the extent that I even asked him what exactly I was doing that was upsetting him? He then went on to lightly slap my hands few times. He also drenched my hands in oil to an excessive amount and then insisted I leave it on (which I had to uncomfortably excuse myself to wash off because my hands were soaked in oil).He also kept asking me strange questions like if I drive drunk and kept trying to get me to tell him specifically where I live. Multiple times he was also watching youtube videos on his phone or would pause and zone out and not explain what was going on.The manicure came out goopy, cloudy, and thick but by this point I wanted to get away from him so badly I just paid and left.

They do an okay job but are so so so so so rude. I’ve come here twice to try and give them another chance but i just won’t be coming back.

Im a Mani/pedi regular (have been for years now), and after having terrible experience after experience for months trying to find a new salon that didnt make my SNS look acrylic thick, didnt treat me like garbage, and didnt charge me an arm and leg for a nail to break a week later....I finally found this place on a whim while visiting a new office space and said whats there to lose? I had been putting it off but needed a fill in BADLY...Yall. The service is great, my tech was friendly, professional, accommodating, and actually cared about the work she was doing (her name is Kim). The price is incredibly fair, and my manicure/SNS is TOP NOTCH! Thanks so much for reinstating my hope in being able to rarely do something for me and it actually be a relaxing experience! Cant wait to go back for my pedi 🥰 Also added bonus of people watching on the beltline too!

I love everything about this nail spa. Starting with the location, directly on the Beltline.When you walk in you greeted with a genuine smile from the spa managers Tony and Tuvi.I went with my 79 year old mother, whom they treated with extra care. My mom and I now have a new monthly bonding ritual.The massage chairs are new and lined up stadium style to look out the windows to watch the menagerie of people on the Beltline.The menu for services covers the range from basic to a decadent.Lyn did my my mani and didnt skimp on the massage at all. She has great hands and an eye for detail. Le did my moms pedi and was very gentile and patient with her since she needed a bit of extra attention.I really cant say enough about the great experience we had at Laquer Nail. It has been over a week since we went and I am still talking about it.

Cute upscale salon off the beltway. Our reservation was somehow lost yet they did a great job accommodating our bridal party without prior notice. They went out of their way to make our experience great. The space is nice and modern and they have a ton of pedicure chairs available. Would return!
