I am beyond upset at this point. I have been trying to make an appointment with this clinic and they are very disorganized. They requested I drop off all images and paperwork from previous testing in order to receive a call and be scheduled for an appointment. THESE PEOPLE LOST MY IMAGES AND PAPERWORK. The fact that they are not even taking responsibility for losing my disk with images is truly unacceptable. The run around that they have been giving me is very disappointing. How are you suppose to rely on people like this to run test and give you the right service and diagnostic if they cant even keep things in an orderly manner.
I have been using this office with Dr. Dudley for the past 4 years. Each time I go in, I do not wait longer than 10 minutes to be called back and when I’m done with the mammogram, I am given an appointment time for the following year. Yesterday it took 30 min from me pulling into the parking lot to pulling out. I received my results in 24 hours. The office is well-run and efficient.
Worst experience ever - after decades of mammograms. Tech was rude, and rough. After a suspected problem, I was put in a tiny room for more than 30 minutes. No one came by to let me know what was going on. After the bad experience, I then had to call their office because of an overcharge. The staff has changed there the past few years. I will be changing to another radiology clinic.
Unprofessional, especially the dr. All other staff was good. Dr. was extremely rude and kept telling me to move my mask up which it was already up, any higher and it would’ve covered my eyes. I don’t appreciate being spoken to as if I’m a child. I will not ever go back.
My appt. was at 8:30am, I waited patiently for 50 min. before I said something. The girl behind the desk looked around and said they had problems with a machine. I said I would leave, then the tech heard me and said she would get me back now. I think they clearly forgot me!!!!! So days later I call to ask about getting in my portal which it was not working and try this new e-mail they were sending, still didnt work. I called back 5 min. later and it said they were closed!!!! Seriously!!!!! Could she not have told me that and ask me to try and get in while on the phone!!!! I think this is a sign for me to switch to Dr.!!!!!!!!

I came in for my mammogram as a new patient. The staff greeted me warmly and put my mind at ease about the whole process. I was given information about their latest technology without even having to ask for it. I felt very comfortable knowing that the practice used all up to date technology. My entire visit lasted less than an hour. The mammogram technicians were very careful and gentle. I would highly recommend this center for anyone needing a mammogram.
I went for my mammogram. They found a problem and had me do a sonogram. They stayed late to help me. I never been to a place that did that before. Thank you so much. The price is very good. Much better than hospital!
Amazing service. They saved my sisters life. The doctor found my sisters cancer at an early stage. Her surgeon said he couldnt believe she found it because it was so tiny. My sister is alive today because of her. Our family is eternally grateful
Had been a patient at this clinic for over 10 years. Because of the inflexibility of staff, I decided to leave. Requested a copy of my records, and was informed that if the records are sent to me or if I picked them up, they would charge me, however, to send the records to my new doctor, there would be no cost. That was very puzzling to me as their expense would be exactly the same to send those records to me or to my new doctor, yet, I would be charged for that but not my doctor. When I asked what the reason behind that rationale was, what the clinic representative repeatedly stated was that it was their policy to charge the patient for the records. I still do not understand why the resistance in releasing the records to the customer, the owner of the records, actually. At this point, I just keep getting reassurance that my decision to leave this clinic is right.
I think this place is great. Nice timing and friendly staff. I tried to get into the hospital but I would have to wait 2 weeks. Here they took me fast. Ultrasound tech is really good.
Who knew I could be in and out in 45 minutes to get my mammogram. Paperwork is super quick and I HATE paperwork. My appointments was at 7:30 so I could go before work. I got my results in 3 days! When you go to the gyno it can take a month!
Had an ultrasound.. Got me in fast. I tried everywhere else. The other places had a two week wait. They got me in the next day
Loved the care and service from Doctor Dudley and her staff. I highly encourage women who are seeking excellent competent care to make an appointment with this Breast Center.

I really had a bad experience...they couldn t read my mammo in 3 days because they had to get some information from the previous mammo place.Then i had to register to the portal but the link they sent me wasn t the right one...i had to call at least four times..i have an appt with my family Dr today and he doesn t have the results of my mammo after 5 weeks...desappointed
I went for a 3D mammogram and found out medicare pays for it. Also they have low dose! Less radiation exposure than Northside!
This place was a godsend. I cried cause i was scared but the staff consoled me. It was my first one.
It is a very nice Health and Diagnostic Center.
