Washers and dryers need to be repair people dont like wasting their money on broken machines

Im here washing my clothes for the second time, Because this laundry facility is more convenient to my home.This is a complaint not a compliment ok.I washed my clothes in one of the 2.99 washer and these washer doesnt bring out enough water to filled the machine to wash clothes the proper way this is the second time it have done this plz get the washer fixed with more water or removed them.And another thing the cards that we purchased to put money on always give us problems too, We always have to get one your employee to show us how to use it so the machine can except it.Im here at the MLK location here in Atlanta, Ga and this old guy thats working here is being very rude .When I told him about the situation he said I just work here its owned by white ppl complain to them.He gave me this website too..I believe hes the only oldest guy that works here.He got very offensive with me ... .Im very concerned ppl need stop working for a paycheck if they dont know how to deal with customers.Maybe hes having a bad day...
