I have been going here for a few years now and love it! The atmosphere is fun and my trainer, Bryan, really pushes me to do lift heavier than I would on my own. Great staff!!

This business is terrible. I went in 2020 for a few months and cancelled my membership 10/2020. They randomly started to recharge my card on file in 2021 which is FRAUDULENT. I have attempted to contact them and no answer with a full mailbox. I have contacted chase my bank and thank god they were able to fix this issue. Disgusting

The gym equipment is fine. Customer service is terrible. I have visited 5 times just trying to renew my membership. From those 5 visits, I have spoken with 3 people in person, none of whom know how to renew a membership, none offered to put me in touch with anyone who could, and none were able to tell me when such a person would be at the gym. Only the third person offered to take a message for the general manager. Dont bother calling because no one ever answers the phone and the voice-mail has been full for months. Want to sign up online? Good luck with that. The website is garbage and any attempt to move forward online as an existing customer will be futile. I am trying to support a small local business, but this is the worst.

I just started at this gym but I have no complaints thus far. Im not a big box gym type of guy so this works fine. Of course that comes with less bells and whistles. Dont always need the extra though. Could easily go to 5 stars as I get acquainted with this place more

If you want to get your workout on without chit chat....this is the only place to go. Its smaller than most gyms, but its perfect to get it in and go about your day. The price is perfect and the personal trainers are willing to help even when they are not asked. Great staff... keep up the good work!

I really love this gym. I love the local atmosphere and just the environment in general. This is a very diverse place. I see people of every walk of life and every race work out in this gym which is pretty cool I think. I would also say this gym is pretty reasonably priced amongst other gyms in the area. My one BIG comment is that they need to update some of their machines and weights. A facelift in general would do this gym very well.

I love the layout of the facility. Also, I dont have to wait for machines.

I absolutely love this gym! I have been missing Crossfit. Now, I can do everything Crossfit here without paying the Crossfit money! One day, I will go back to Crossfit, but I dont think Ill every leave this gym !

Ive been looking for a gym right after I moved to EAV. The staff is super chill, the clientele is nice, the place is clean. They have every piece of workout equipment you could want to include heavy ropes, punching bags, a peg board, etc. They have classes you can take for an additional fee, same with the heavy lifting room. Open 24hrs, no regrets making this my gym

Like some other reviewers have pointed out, this is NOT the anti-military or police gym (thats different gym close by)... nor have I ever seen or heard anything of the sort here. I love this place. Its 24 hours, relatively cheap, has a variety of classes, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly with me.My husband and many of our friends go here and we love it. No one has ever reported racism, sexism, or anti-anything going to this gym... Its awesome. 4/5 stars only because it is on the smaller side compared to some other gyms. Weve also never had any booting problems, but we dont park in the gym lot unless were going to the gym.

Charging while shut down for Covid -19 unable to stop charging you unless you pay the charges. Scam unable to stop being charged. Complete rip off

My favorite gym Ive ever frequented across planet Earth. Relaxed vibe, nice folks, nothing pretentious, nobody trying to impress anyone. Seriously, this is the best gym. Never too busy either. A great find!

I called and made a one time payment on my boyfriends account and yet they tied my card up to his account as a whole. My boyfriend thought he was paying it overtime and I decided to do the books for my account and realized that I was charged 3 more times than expected while finding out they put my card on his file. I made a compromise and informed them I would rather them waive the start up fee for me to start working out and they stated the owner would be in touch . Its been 4 days and I havent received a call or anything from them!

An awesome locally-owned gym. The equipment is in great shape. A small selection of good classes. And the general vibe is friendly and energetic - a welcome departure from both the homely frump of a community center and the douchebag attitude of many popular gyms.

In my opinion most of the workers lack PEOPLE SKILLS. A skill manatory for working at the front desk. If you want peoples business, you have to be about business. Treat ALL people in a professional manner. I know you cant please everyone, but a satisfied customer is good for business. A satisfied customer is the best source of advertisement, think about it!🤔

King of the 24-hour-accessible gyms on the east side. Well outfitted, usually not very crowded. Way better than Snap Fitness, which is the only real alternative in the area.

Great general fitness gym at a reasonable price. Open 24 hours. They have showers.I won’t list all the equipment, but there’s a good mix of machines and free weights. There’s even a heavy bag.

Do not confuse with the racist CLOSED EAV Barbell club. This is NOT the same gym. Village fitness welcomes military and law enforcement officers. A police officer was spotting me yesterday and you can see plenty of military. They are also very inclusive and accepting of every walk of life. Everyone is welcome here.The owners are awesome and the staff always helpful and friendly.Plenty of parking and all members get passes for their vehicles. Towing is conducted in the lot so that we can have parking in this busy area of the village.Equipment is always clean and I have never had issues with billing or customer service.It is a great gym that offers spin classes, TRX, kickboxing, and a power lifting room. A great price along with a great mix of athletes, older neighbors, and people just starting their fitness journey. This is a great neighborhood gym. Those reasons in addition to the location is why I am signing up for a 4th year.

I got a five day guest pass but was unable to use all five days. I was new to the gym and I had to learn most of the equipment for the first time and on my own. I ended up very sore. I asked if I could spread the days out instead of using all five days consecutively so I could decide what I need from a gym and if this gym had what I needed. The female in charge at the time refused to do that and used that as an opportunity to try to sale me on a membership, which I thought was in poor taste .

I love this gym, its small but it has all the equipment you need. Obviously its crowded during peak hours. Ive read some reviews that say they were discriminated against, but as a Hispanic female, I never felt like I was treated unfairly.I also read someones review that said they are anti Military and anti police, and that is FALSE. They gave me a great membership deal because Im in the military and when I had to cancel my membership for work reasons they were accommodating.Only giving 4 stars because it is small.

I attempted to get a membership one day, during the middle of the day, during business hours and the young lady at the desk was not very helpful or informative. It was not a pleasant experience, encouraging me to spend my money at the establishment. I went in thinking it would be a a great gym because I live in the neighborhood but I decided to go elsewhere.

Decent gym for the price. Horrible and rude staff. Canceled my membership and the lady said I wouldnt receive any more payments after the last two came out. They charged me $50 and said it was because I had 3 people on my account but its just me and my bf. So someone else mysteriously got added and Im paying for their account. When you call the voicemail is full. I cant wait to get the number for corporate.

This gym is awesome. Its a laid back place for real people who just want to get in a good work out. No gym bunnies or annoying muscled-out dudes lifting 5,000 pounds. Plus, its 24 hours. The trainers rocks. And frankly, Cara, if you hadnt been booted in the Village before, youre lucky. Everyone is booting and has been for months. Its not really fair to bash on Village Fitness because they caught you parking in their lot when you shouldnt have been there.

Love the yoga here. Ive had a membership here for over a year and my membership is never drafted the right price its $40 dollars when it should be $15. Ive contacted them and was told it was free for the next 18 months because the past 6 months was charged wrong. After dropping down to $15 my account is still charged $40. Im so frustrated Village Fitness.

Very shady staff and borderline racist. If youre not black or Hispanic you do not matter to these people. Also the equipment is usually dirty. I cancelled my membership so I thought but I keep getting charged. Nothing but a bunch of thugs.

Such a fantastic find! Hidden gem of gyms in the area. Deceiving from the outside but there is a lot of space here, and allllllll of the equipment you could possible need. Machines, cables, free weights, cardio, boxing, yoga, powerlifting. Definitely worthwhile to go check it out.

STAY AWAY, VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! Craptacular customer service. They renewed my membership even after filling out paperwork not to. The phone number takes you to a message inbox. The phone published on the site has a full inbox. These people are impossible to get a hold of.

Awesome gym 24/7 no hassle and showers

*******They just recently got valet parking for Fri/Sat nights to help cut down on problems******* Ive been a member here for 6 months and I havent had any complaints. We just recently signed up for training and we love Reggie and Chris. Ive worked out at all times of the day and night (work schedule varies from nights to days) and found that early morning is the least crowded. I tried to go one day around 6:30pm and there wasnt ANY parking either in the lot or around the street, so figured it was packed and didnt workout that day. I recently went in around 10:00pm and saw only a few people in there. Also, tanning is SUPER cheap for members and they have both a standup and a lay down bed. And as far as the being booted for parking in there lot...GOOD! like I said I go at all times of the day and night and I dont want to be forced to park far away because jerks use their parking lot.

Take kickboxing classes with Reggie - awesome teacher, great attitude, dedicated & very experienced. Just do it!!!

I think these guys only bought this place for the kickbacks they get for booting. After living in the area for over five years weve always been proud of the lack of parking a**holeness in our little village, but tonight on a rainy Wednesday, a group of friends met at the Graveyard to celebrate my landing a new job only to exit after less than a couple of hours to find my friends car booted in an otherwise isolated parking lot. Dont get me wrong, I totally understand protecting patrons rights to park during busy festival weekends, etc....but SERIOUSLY? There are seriously 3xs as many empty spots as there are occupied... Way to F**k up the oasis of parking non-drama perfection weve all known and loved. I hope youre proud of yourselves, afterall, youre at the forefront of the yuppy ruination of what used to be a GREAT Atlanta neighborhood.

Due to this gyms anti police policy. At any time of the day drug dealers can be seen outside this gym, not a place I would want to bring my kids or leave my car while I get a work out.

I have been attempting to cancel my membership with this tiny, dark and awkward Gym for over a year. Unhelpful staff and in a bad neighborhood with a history of crime.

Went here on Sunday during business hours (as posted on their door) to try and get a membership. Doors were locked so only members can get in, I could see the office door was open but no employee in sight, called the number and no one answered.

Discriminates against people. Management is very rude. Place needs to be shut down.
