Iron Tribe West makes working out and getting in shape so much fun! It is the highlight of my day and I always try to go the to group classes as much as I can! I started with the 6 week challenge and I was impressed with how easy it was to follow and how great my results were in just a few weeks. The owner is wonderful and the four coaches are so inspiring, so helpful and all around amazing people. They have created a loving community of people with fitness goals at all levels, so everyone who joins is instantly part of the Tribe family and can do the workouts with ease and joy. I am so grateful for having such amazing and supportive new coaches and friends in my life to help me reach my fitness goals! They are the best!

I have done challenges before and this one tops them all! Great/inspiring coaches, easy to follow meal plans and best of all the classes! The workouts are challenging but exactly what I was looking for. The coaches help you with learning the correct techniques and never leave you wondering what to do. My progress over 6 weeks was amazing not only physically but mentally! ITF has helped restore the balance I needed to get back to a healthier lifestyle. I can’t thank the team enough!!

Ive been a member with the Iron Tribe family for almost 8 months now and absolutely loved it. The coaches are fantastic, personable, and helpful. Every workout is exhausting but engaging and fresh. Coming from a gym where Id basically been on the same routine for years it was a major upgrade that was much needed. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’d recommend this fitness tribe to anyone who has ever had trouble losing weight or attaining fitness goals. I have spent 6 weeks with these coaches learning to eat right and make smart choices, working on technique when working out and the classes themselves push you in ways that are reasonable but still challenging. Every class I left I felt 10x better than when I walked in.It’s the community for me. Everyone in that building uplifts each other and that was a new experience for me. At a typical gym everyone is doing their thing. But the thing I realize that working out is so much more fun when you do it with friends. And if you can’t bring one there’s plenty to meet at ITF fitness.But for the numbers:In 6 weeks I took my body fat % to 21% to 14%.I went from 203 lbs to 196lbs.I also put on 5 lbs of muscle.Already excited for my next session!

Iron Tribe Fitness West Midtown is a great gym.  I have been going to Iron Tribe gyms for almost 6 years.  The coaches at this location are so nice and truly care about your progress.  I like the variety of times that classes are offered and the ability to book the classes through the app the gym utilizes.  If you have the opportunity to try this gym, I think you will enjoy it, especially if you need feedback from professionals and enjoy exercising with groups.  The people here will make you feel welcome no matter where you are starting your fitness journey!

Iron Tribe West Midtown is an awesome gym. I started training here after having previously been a member at LA Fitness and the difference has been night and day different. Iron Tribes programming provides opportunities for functional fitness, cardio training, as well as strength training and does it all in a way you would be hard pressed to match in a conventional gym. The workouts are tough but allow for members at any fitness level to feel comfortable in what theyre doing as well as an opportunity to constantly push yourself. The trainers both encourage and coach you like personal trainers would and are able to offer tips/pointers to make sure youre comfortable in every lift/exercise. The environment is both friendly and competitive, which Ive found has helped me to push myself to a fitness level Ive struggled to reach with past training. All in all this is a great gym, with great coaches and members, and Im happy to be a part of it.

Such a great gym. The coaches provide personal attention and modifications and there is a TON of attention to safety and sterile environment. With different types of classes, you can work towards something that meets your comfort level. It wasnt intimidating like other power gyms! A few months in, I worked up the confidence to lift a barbell for the first time and felt a lot fo confidence that I was getting guidance on how to do it safely! Very empowering and a fabulous workout.

I have trained for as long as I can remember and recently discovered Iron Tribe Fitness at West Midtown Atlanta. My experience training here for almost 2 months now has been absolutely amazing and I couldn’t possibly ask for more.Iron Tribe offers multiple classes a day and this has given me the opportunity to participate in two training sessions daily. Their high intensity interval training program is thoroughly effective and has allowed me to slowly transform my body in such a short time. The community atmosphere and team mentality topped with pure positivity is something I’ve never experienced before.The coaches are superb, extremely skilled, and loaded with positive energy. I absolutely love their encouragement and ability to integrate the groups to where it feels like an extended family. It’s definitely a place that fills me with joy and makes me want to be fully involved on a daily basis.In summary, I absolutely love Iron Tribe because of the fabulous coaches, first-class facility, and thoughtful programming. Coach Darian, Coach Adri, and Coach Jordan are the best. I’ve lost 10+ pounds since joining, and the journey has been great. Ive been going to this gym since 2016 and it is the single thing that motivates me to keep exercising and stay healthy. I love the variability of the workouts and they continue to challenge. There are two types of classes one is more cross-fit like with similar lifts and another is more HIIT.Ive progressed my lifting through the years and the coaches are amazing (really they make the place!) and feedback on form and motivating you to do more (weights, rep, etc) but respecting your boundaries. Ive also made a lot of friends at the gym as everyone is super nice and motivated as well.It may seem intimidating at first but definitely recommend at least try and the coaches will be there for you at every step! I can attest that I am the most fit I have ever been in my life and it is because of Iron Tribe.

I have been a member for nearly a year now and I couldn’t be happier. The workouts are fun. I’ve had great results (down 20 pounds and kept the weight off). The coaches are incredibly supportive and energetic (even at 5:15am!). I can’t say enough good things about the place, honestly.

I can’t speak highly enough about Iron Tribe Fitness West Midtown. First, the ITF format is well designed - especially if you have limited time to devote to working out. The workouts are challenging - but doable - and very effective. The ITF West Midtown coaches are top notch. Each workout starts with a warmup, which is followed by an explanation of the workout by the coaches. They demonstrate the proper form you should maintain, and then coach you through the workout itself. The “meat” of the workout lasts for anywhere from 21 to 25 or so minutes. They are HIIT workouts that may focus on calisthenics or weight training. Overall, the workouts are well designed and get great results. I love the ITF West Midtown instructors. They are very good at what they do, but more than that they are great people. The environment is inviting for ALL fitness levels (which must be a difficult balance to strike - but it really works!), and the members are awesome and supportive. It really is a great environment, which I think probably starts with the owners - who are also awesome. I can recommend ITF West Midtown in the highest regard and without the slightest reservation. Sign up. You won’t regret it.

This is the greatest fitness experience I have ever had. The coaches push you but yet encourage you and it has become like a family. I came to this gym the last of June on a challenge with great hesitation as I already had a LA Fitness membership. Needles to say, I have not been to LA Fitness since. I love that the classes here are only 45 mins with a warm up and cool down- other gyms I have gone to go full out for a whole hour and I just got burned out on that. These make me feel like I can workout everyday and really enjoy the workouts rather than wanting to die during them. I like how involved the coaches are, and how they really push you to become the best you! I love having coaches because I am always worried about having incorrect form and accidentally hurting myself, but I know with them there, I am in good hands! Iron Tribe has helped me build more confidence in the gym and I can’t imagine working out anywhere else now!

I joined Iron Tribe during one of their challenges and absolutely fell in love with them! The coaches take time to really help you get to your goals. They always pushed me to continue to get stronger and leaner. They also take the time to get to know you as a person and make you feel cared for and important (even at 5:15am). One word to describe Iron Tribe is FAMILY. I honestly can never repay the coaches for all they have done for me. I don’t feel like I am just another member at a gym. Every single coach welcomed me to the tribe with open arms. The members welcomed me in just as much as the coaches.I really had no idea what I was getting myself into when I joined. When I did my trial run class, I knew they were going to push me to a better version of myself. I’m a gym rat and love to be in the gym. The atmosphere and the members at Iron Tribe make my gym time all the more enjoyable and fun.The Iron Tribe coaches are nothing short of amazing. They always greet you with a smile every single time you come in. They memorize every members by the end of their first day. They cheer you on throughout the entire workout. If they see your form is wrong they will step in and correct you. They do not want to see anyone getting hurt due to poor form. If an exercise is too hard they also step in and offer modifications for all fitness levels. I have learned so much from them. My form has greatly improved from when I first started. They have done nothing but guide me and help me become a better, stronger, fitter person.My fellow Iron Tribe members are my gym family. We are constantly cheering each other throughout the work out. We all love to see each other succeed and accomplish new goals or hit new PR’s. We love to see the growth in each other. We challenge each other to keep going and to never give up during the workout. After the workout we all congratulate each regardless if we finished or not because we know we gave it our all.

ITF West Midtown is AWESOME! All of the coaches are super energetic/attentive/knowledgeable and make sure that all of the ITFers are engaged and pushed to their full potential. Its a really positive environment overall and everyone is good at motivating one another which makes you want to return the favor and push yourself further. I started with the 21-day challenge (where you are assigned a dedicated coach--shout out to Coach Jordan--and nutrition/workout plan) and was super pleased with the results. I have since joined the gym and look forward to seeing the brand/ITF family grow throughout Atlanta!

ITF seriously has the best coaches Ive ever met. I feel like they actually care about your progress, and they keep you accountable, without being judgmental or mean. Although I am typically a low-impact fitness person, I wanted to try something new, and ITF was a very safe, professional, and welcoming place to try new things. Ive learned so much at this gym - a lot about myself, and a lot about health/fitness. The awesome trainers at ITF are what really sets this gym apart from other group fitness gyms. There are modifications for all fitness levels and the trainers are constantly watching form and helping prevent injury. If youre on the fence about checking this place out, go do it! I stumbled upon their facebook ad and decided to check it out. Both myself and my husband signed up for the 6 week challenge. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and care about each member. They provided a meal plan/grocery list, helpful tips and tricks on how to eat out, and a great support system. The workouts are wonderful! The first 3 weeks they teach you step by step each major movement youll need to know. They make sure you have proper form so you wont hurt yourself. Youll gain so much confidence doing this. Then you move on to the main classes and they are hard but so much fun! After the 6 weeks, I am down 12 pounds and 6% body fat. I enjoyed every step of the way. Thanks Iron Tribe!

My wife and I signed up for the six week challenge and basically stepped into a whole different world. At the end of the six weeks I am 20lbs lighter and 8% down in body fat. The program works without a doubt. The coaches kept me engaged and seeing results weekly! Without a doubt if you are serious about making changes to your lifestyle for the better, this is the place to be. Anytime someone new starts at Iron Tribe, I always tell them the same thing: prepare to see results FAST! After 8 years in Atlanta, Ive tested out virtually all of the gyms in the city. And I would crown Iron Tribe the best of the best, time and time again.I describe it as CrossFit-style, group personal training. I started at Iron Tribe in 2015 when I got engaged. I had weight to lose and muscle to gain. I am not naturally athletic, never played sports in high school or college, and was starting from zero with no previous powerlifting experience. From day one, each of the coaches invested in me. They gave me tons of training and hands-on attention. Safety is very important to them, so they didnt turn me loose in the gym until I had proven I could properly perform each move. And, I should note, they continue to do this at the beginning of every single class, even after all these years! People noticed near-instant changes in my body when I started at Iron Tribe. I felt so confident and could not believe I was performing Olympic lifts. They have a special machine in the gym that measures your body fat, skeletal muscle mass, BMI, and more, and my results were clear from those assessments as well (weight, fat, and BMI way down, skeletal muscle mass up!). I got better results here doing 20-min workouts than I did killing myself at both CrossFit and a big box gyms for hour-long workouts. “Fun, fast, fit” is the motto for a reason.

The coaches are so energetic and welcoming, they set the tone for the atmosphere of the gym. Are you hardcore? They’ve got you covered. Need modifications to exercises? No problem and NO shame. They also know their stuff when it comes to body mechanics and form. Absolutely love this place and the results I’ve gotten in the last 6 weeks— I would NEVER have used the weights they use if left to my own devices...

I had an amazing experience taking the 6 weeks challenge. The coaches are incredible and the rest of the people who work out here are really a tribe. The workouts are very challenging but the coaches will take you from barely finishing the first workout to thinking that it was too easy after six weeks. Difficult as some exercises are, the coaches will find a modification that suits your level and pushes your limits at the same time. The other great thing about Iron Tribe is all the help and accountability you get around the diet: they make it super easy to follow and actually enjoyable while giving you constant feedback and encouragement (particularly coming from the other challengers posting pictures of their food on the Facebook group!). Five stars because they give you what they promise.

Iron Tribe has changed the way I feel about fitness and having a healthy lifestyle. I absolutely love being challenged at this gym. The coached are friendly and educated. They focus on form and making sure you’re doing every motion correctly. Outside of the actual training, I’ve met amazing people at this gym. You are not going to find another gym where the coaches personally know each and every tribe member by name and know about the intricacies of their daily lives as well as get a bomb workout in. A month ago, I walked in to Iron Tribe West Midtown to discuss what Iron Tribe did differently than other fitness classes or gyms. What did the workouts look like, what were the people like and would this be a good fit for me? I left that day feeling like I had made a decision that could be life changing. A month later, I know I did.I have tried other gyms/classes/trainers, and this is by far the most exciting, challenging, best thing Ive done. Every workout has elements of movements or activities that I never thought I could do and always wrote off as too challenging for me.But with Iron Tribe, I have a group of coaches that supports, challenges, pushes and encourages me to do the best I can, and maybe 10% more. Then theres also the group of people in class with you that becomes your team - you cheer each other on, you encourage each other and you all celebrate the wins.

I was apprehensive about doing ta fitness challenge that was to loose 6% body fat in 6 weeks..... some people told me it was a scam because of the money I had to put down. But I was hard headed and optimistic that I could persevere. I did research and found out that they are a legit company and that it is possible to loose 6% if you stay focused and follow the plan.After 6 weeks of counting my calories, going to the workouts and saying no to things like cheese and french fries I can say that I BEAT THE CHALLENGE!!!! I have fallen in love with Iron Tribe fitness. Not only are the couches knowledgeable but they are kind and very much aware of proper form while weightlifting. It’s been a journey and the facility is not only state of the art but always kept clean!Def worth a try if you want to change your life!!!!!

Ive been a member of Iron Tribe for nearly a year now. I was a skeptic at first - was it worth spending much more than a gym membership for it? I gave myself a month or two as a trial period to see if I earned the results that the coaches assured me I would receive.11 months later, and I can affirm that Iron Tribe works.Its turned into one of the best moments of my week, an hour away from the noise of the world. 6 week challenge 27 pounds lost and I cannot be more excited, I recommend Iron Tribe Fitness over any gym I have ever been to. Its a real community here, the coaches are genuine and truly care about you meeting your goals. The members band together to keep each other motivated, some in my group even linked up their workout times to come in together in workout. Starting out I was in terrible shape, I could not even walk up a flight if stairs with you being winded and now I am moving like never before, my energy levels are through the roof and this is the best I have felt in a long time. Even at my fitness level the coaches did well getting me in the swing of things and keeping me accountable throughout the process. My first couple of day I was insanely sore, but with the cool down stretched I learned, it did not last much longer than that. Iron Tribes 6 weeks fitness challenge is the perfect way to jump start your journey back to a healthier you. I started my journey at Iron Tribe Fitness (ITF) through the 6 week challenge. What an experience!! The sense of community started on the day of my initial consultation. I met with Marshall who spent extra time talking to me about the details of the challenge and what ITF stands for. I then attended my nutrition lesson/consultation, and finally, I began the challenge myself.The first three weeks were just 101 classes, where I was introduced to exercises I had never tried before the challenge (deadlifts, cleans, jerks, etc). I was assigned an AMAZING coach (Coach Katie) who was by my side every step of the way. She sent out multiple emails a week with different technique tips for the gym and recipes for the kitchen. I felt EXTREMELY well supported.I was nervous to enter the second half of the challenge and join members that had been professionals at these workouts for months and years before I had even joined. However, I was pleasantly surprised - NOT ONCE did I feel like an outsider or newbie. The sense of community is incredible!!! Everyone welcomed me, helped get me acquainted with movements and equipment, and encouraged me along the way. I never felt like I was being judged or left behind. It was like being a part of the biggest, strongest, and most caring team ever.My results were phenomenal. I stuck to the workouts and the nutrition plan very very closely and drank lots of water. I even would try to incorporate workouts on my own at home (this was purely because I was loving the way I was feeling, something completely new for me). I ended up losing over 12 pounds and over 6% body fat in 6 weeks! Thank you ITF for changing my life!!*A special note to those that are skeptical - I was you! I read every review on this page (dating back months and almost a year) before considering to go in for my initial consultation. Im so glad I took the step. I just moved up here and was excited to schedule an appt for this 6 week challenge. Fought my way through traffic and roadwork for 45 mins. Got to the gym. It looked nice and I was excited. Unfortunately, I was informed that because I was 12 mins late that I was outside of the appointment time. Then I received a text this afternoon saying that because I was a no show, I couldnt reschedule. I texted the guy from inside his gym when I was late and got no reply. Wouldnt attempt to go back to this place if someone offered to pay me. Already wasted enough of my time and obviously, 12 mins of his.
