Love this gym! Really friendly staff and members. Has all the basic equipment and it’s never crazy busy. Plus the price is right!

This is the the best gym in Atlanta. It has everything you could want or need for a great workout plus the staff are very friendly and helpful. What I love most about Gravity is that even though its a nice sized gym with lots to offer, it doesnt have the commercial, overcrowded and impersonal feel of gyms like LA Fitness. The owners are on site and available and Gravity is sort of like a big family. There is also a great group of trainers available and they dont require contracts like LA Fitness. Now, during the Pandemic, Gravity requires masks, has distanced the equipment, provides everyone with a spray bottle and towel to clean off the equipment after each use, and limits the number of people who can be in the gym. It all works out great and I feel safe working out there. Co-owner Aaron is a caring and knowledgable trainer who has led many improvements to the gym since co-purchasing it recently. Gravity really embraces the community and has become Atlantas #1 gym.

Gravity is Great I have been a member for many years.They do a Great Job insuring the safety of the members.Upon entering your temperature is taken and you are given a towel and cleaning solution to clean the equipment before and after use.The best thing is MASKS ARE REQUIRED.

Nice space to workout. Theyve done a great job since the pandemic. Equipment is spaced out well, and they give you a spray bottle and towel to clean equipment before and after use. Everyone on staff is friendly helpful.

I worked out at this gym for several years under the guidance of Aaron Pols as my personal trainer. The ONLY reason I no longer visit this facility is because I sold my condo around the corner and moved to Norcross. Both the staff and the members are the most patient and kind gym goers Ive ever encountered (WAY better than those I have to deal with at LA Fitness now). I want to congratulate the new owner and hes only made positive improvements that Im sure all members are grateful for. If you need a personal trainer, I highly recommend asking for Aaron Pols. Under his guidance, I transformed my body into the best shape, and physique Ive ever been in.

Very impressed with the cleaning/disinfecting of the gym and the attention to keeping patrons safe from the recent covid-19 epidemic. I have been hesitant to get back out (and my only outings now are to the gym), however, the practices at Gravity Fitness put me at ease. Social distancing is maintained with the equipment placement, temperatures checked upon entry, patrons given disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use, the masked staff constantly wiping down the equipment and weights, and there is a precise system of rotating items to avoid cross-contamination. Most patrons are wearing masks (and all respect social distancing), and there is even a time of day in which all are required to wear masks if that makes you more comfortable. I have been a member of Gravity Fitness for two years and I love this place: the set-up, the friendly staff, the excellent trainers, and the family like environment where all are welcome. In addition, I have been very impressed with them taking serious precautions to keep patrons safe.

Joining Gravity Fitness has been a very good decision. The gym is very comfortable and well equipped, the staff is very nice and professional and also they have taken all the precautions regarding the pandemic.

This place is awesome, great range of equipment. A great gym or anyone who wants to get physically stronger. The trainers are always ready to help, always motivating and care so much about clients satisfaction. Also its very clean and tidy.A pleasure to work out there!

Spacious and I never have to wait for equipment

Mike the owner is fantastic! Came in from out of town and he was extremely friendly and down to earth. The equipment was spaced apart where you don’t feel clutter and everything was new. The locker room was very clean as well. Fair pricing too! Highly recommend for a gym if you’re from out of town or even a local.

Gravity is a hidden gem (Gem. Gym. Get it?). Tucked away in a small commercial park, this gym has all of the equipment Ive ever needed as an aspiring competitive fitness athlete: high quality squat cages, quality pec decks, and the exceedingly rare lat pullover. In my experience, the gym is never that crowded, even at peak hours, and the membership is extremely straight forward and affordable.

People seem to be very friendly there. There is always someone to greet me at the door when I come it. Gravity has a good atmosphere to it.

I heard a lot of good feedback about Gravitee so I decided to try the gym out. I found the gym to be very clean, terrific maintained equipment that is new and lots of it. The free weight room is Olympic grade and by far the best in Atlanta. Ive been a member now for over 4 months and I must say I made the right choice in becoming a member. The staff is very friendly, trainers are definitely the best of the best. If your serious about the gym as I am I highly recommend. BTW, Im not a class person but Im hooked on kickboxing, abs and cycle class. It compliments my strength training. Yoga is great as well.

Gravity is by far the best gym in Atlanta! I have been to two other gyms in the city and none of them can equal the knowledgeable friendly staff, the immense options of free weights and machines, or the amenities offered. The trainers at Gravity are top notch and professional. I also like that a majority of the attendees are there to work out, not just socialize. I have been attending this gym for over a year and I have no plans to switch-- despite the fact I commute from the east side!

Im out of town/country looking for a gym for me to train. Read some good reviews about Gravity. They got all the equipment you need to get a good workout done. They have two weights lifting rooms. The one with the dumbells feels very dark because of bad lighting. It also smells a bit. They wanted to charge me double monthly fee because i was from out of town and couldnt do a long term membership. That didnt feel right to me so i went out to search for another gym.

Terrible management and ownership, who refuse to honor contract provision 9, which allows immediate cancellation when substantial changes are made to gym. Recently rejoined and was told steam room would be reopened, then informed weeks later it would no longer be available. Owner refused to speak with me, having a mgr. refuse to let me out of contract, insisting I pay 60 days. Incredibly unreasonable, rude. We will be going to court if they ask me for one cent.

Best local gym with the best trainers for every level, just getting in shape or training for competition this is the gym for you. Great prices, staff, and the owner is super friendly.

Great alternative for LA Fitness at Ansley!!!I only needed a 2 week membership until my school gym opened up again, but if I didnt have a school gym at my disposal I would be a member here. If you pay for a year it ends up being the same price as LA fitness. Even better, because no initiation fee.They have all the free weights, machines and cardio equipment PLUS equient like foam rollers and feet glider things that LA fitness doesnt have. And they have Cpncept 2 Indoor rower, not the crappy Matrix rowers LA Fitnesa has. Usually not packed either, even at peak hours. All the amenities and a small friendly staff. And lots of parking!This place is great especially if you dont like crowded, mainstream, corporate places. Support your local private business!

Great staff, very clean. Love training at Gravity!

I was a member of this gym for 14 years. It is not in great repair and does not offer very much as far as gyms go (no pool, sauna, game courts, limited classes etc.), but the members are cool and its low-key. When I moved out of the area I asked to cancel my membership three weeks in advance. The owner told me that they have a 4 week cancellation policy and I would in fact be paying for the next month regardless of my status as a long time member with an account in good standing. During our conversation the owner became short-tempered with me and even began to raise his voice. I expressed my understanding of his policy, but asked him if he could waive my final months payment considering my loyalty. He regained his composure and said he would think about it. I figured he realized he had lost control and was going to act with integrity and forgive my final payment. Nope. So instead of a positive review I will tell you again: the gym is low-key and most of the people are cool, but over the years...from management to new management...they gym has been poorly run and continues to suffer at the hands of unprofessional individuals who lack integrity and have a poor understanding of basic business management principles.
