Im big on customer service so I give them an A+ in that category. I like that they are still following the distance and sanitation rules, and keep the facility clean and organized. Theres something for EVERYONE! My favorite is the massage room. The only thing I would put on my wish list for this particular location is a Sauna room; otherwise Im very happy!

The gym is fine but be careful not to leave valuables in car, thank goodness I keep my items in my gym bag. Seen multiple cars with broken in glass. If you do go here, part in a clearly visible area. They need security or police visits. I want to feel safe when going to the gym.

The location is good. Some of the equipment could use some love. They had plenty of cleaning supplies to wipe down before and after use. However, if you are a guest prepare for a lengthy sign up process. Just ridiculous and the staff had not work around and didnt know much. Otherwise good.

COVID ALERT - COVID ALERT - COVID ALERT !!!!!Management is very disgustingly RUDE! Due to COVID, I am very concerned to go into Public unless absolutely necessary. Because I no longer live in the Atlanta area and the fact that Ive NEVER used the membership, I asked if my membership could be canceled via email. Although management was willing to put my membership on HOLD via email, theyve REFUSED to cancel my membership via email. Someone in my household was diagnosed w/ COVID recently; therefore, I had to go to my doctors office for testing and received a POSITIVE Covid test result! I spoke with Chance, who is the locations operations manager, who is who refused to cancel my membership. When asking him to escalate my concerns to his superiors, I was advised that I already told you and theyll just refer you back to me anyway (which is not what I asked). I have been going back and forth for WEEKS about this. Due to HIPPA, I shouldnt have to disclose my Protected Health Information. And EVEN THOUGH I have my paperwork to prove that Ive tested positive for COVID and Ive been requested to quarantine for weeks, I still never received any response from a superior. I just want to let you know that THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY and THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC!! They refuse to cancel my membership and STILL are asking me to put the publics health at risk and go into the post office to send them a certified letter for cancellation of my membership. It would make more sense if they couldnt verify me through email, but the fact that an email was taken to set up my account with them, and the fact that Ive been communicating via email with them... additionally, the words on an email are just as binding as a piece of mail in the court of law, its beyond FATHOMABLE and very unconscionable that they would continue to refuse to cancel my membership and put the post office employees, their employees, AND the members of their gyms SAFETY at risk!

This was the worst experience ever!!!!! First they let me sign up for the black membership then AFTER I PAID they told me I couldnt use the massage or the trainer due to covid... Then they had issues with my account and caused me a $35 over draft fee with my bank. I tried to cancel the membership online but I was made to drive all the way to the location to cancel in person. THEEEENNNN, I was charged ANOTHER $40 (which they called an annual fee, that I was told nothing about) but that also caused another $35 over draft fee. I spoke to the manager who did not want to help me or refund my money. So over all I had to pay $70 from my own money for errors that were not caused by me. This is unfair and very unprofessional. I have come to the realization that I was pretty much SCAMMED!!! And to make matters worst, I only used this gym ONE TIME!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!! PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THE FINE PRINT BECAUSE THEY ARE TAKING MONEY WITHOUT TELLING PEOPLE!!!!!! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The price is just right for what you’ll get at this gym. It is clean and has a ton of cardio equipment. Just not enough weight training equipment. I can’t believe they don’t have a scale at the gym. Friendly staff members and clean overall.

Its is a very convenient affordable place to exercise. I am speaking for me im a little old school barbell type. So this rating is for me. I highly still recommend that anyone can get a great workout there.

I recently had to change from the Mableton location to this one after a recent move, I was a bit weary because I grew up in this area and it was nothing to be fond of in my memory. But when I transferred I was pleasantly relieved to know the staffing was just a professional and the members were just as kind and courteous. The only minor difference is that there was not a personal trainer I could find for advice and not all of the members were wearing mask even though it was stated on the doors before you enter, overall I would just take away one star for that because some of those things are not controlled by staffing. Otherwise it’s a decent place to get in shape and stay healthy

I exercise at this gym in between my training sessions. Im there about three to four times a week. This gym is clean, the staff greets you at the door and has no problem answering any questions. The environment is laid back and you can work out at your own pace without any distractions or interruptions. Everyone wipes down the equipment after they finish their workouts and social distancing is practiced.

Ehhhh.... always too busy for me to go. I hate having to fight for equipment.

Facility is nice, bathrooms are clean, music is louder than most PF and has a real gym feel, not like some of the others that feel like an elderly fitness center. Only concern is the signs to lock you car door and hide all valuables. But I havent had any issues.

The Greenbriar location is clean with great strength training equipment. Members are very cognizant of wiping down the equipment used.

Always have a good experience when coming to the Greenbriar PF. It was not packed, they kept everything self and comfortable, and the employees are always helpful.

This is a great Planet Fitness. The staff is always great. The place is very clean, and they are constantly spraying and cleaning.

This is a great neighborhood gym. There is plenty of parking, enough equipment not to have to wait or wait long to use it, it is open 24 hours and the staff is eager to help you when needed. I also like that the gym is clean and plays decent music. This is helps make my experience enjoyable.

This club has come a long way! When I first joined approximately 10 months ago it was unclean and agents were rude and unprofessional! However, it is now a 180, very clean and staff members are helpful, kind, and professional. They are under new management and it shows! This is the best planet fitness in Atlanta.... its a hidden gem... Some hear its by greenbriar n be like no, but its a YES!!! Professional, friendly staff, bathroom always clean and tons of machines and space!!!

The out of shape manager exudes nothing but a disgusting attitude and zero Leadership or customer service skills. Her narcissistic tone and childish mannerism are the reason why the place is losing business. Left with a toxic after taste from her ignorant behavior, cringeworthy at best.

The many times that I visit this gym, I find it to have the machines that I need to use. The treadmills are plenty. As are the stationary bicycles. As far as the weight machines go, they have a variety of them aimed at working out different parts of the body. For the most part, the machines are clean as they advise that after using the equipment, you wipe them down with the sanitizing spray and paper towels that they provide and have set up throughout the facility. I visit two of their gyms frequently and find this to be consistent in both places. They provide assistance as well if you need it. They provide different exercising programs as well. Lockers and showers are available to use as well. I feel that this gym is worth the money.

This Planet Fitness is my sanctuary away from home. Lots of cardio equipment, for good heart health. Also various machines, free weights, and apparatuses for anaerobic exercise. Theres awesome booths for total body enhancement, tanning, and when youre in need of total relaxation theres massage chairs, as well as hydro massage beds and chairs. Although I must say the hydro chairs tend to be down quite often.

On a scale of 5 Stars I would give the gym 3, the staff 5, the overall experience 4. The gym needs more free weights, maybe a sauna room. I was told I cant bring my gallon of water in the gym but you have a gallon of tootsie rolls on the front desk. I was also told I cant grunt I have to be quiet when I lift weights. If you do your reviews PF lets you no everything up front what to expect. No this gym is not better than Golds or LA Fitness but I will give them credit its a great gym with great customer service. I have recommended at least 10 of my friends but I make sure to tell them all the details of the gym before they join.

The facility is huge but in this case this is a conAlmost square inch is covered with machines and equipment the need to create some sense of space so you can workout. There stretch area is horrible there is no room to do yoga! Or barely stretch the really need to hire a interior decorator.

I love planet fitness greenbriar location! I have been a member since Feb 2018 and until this day every interaction I have with the staff is a pleasant one. They greet you with a smile and always make sure they tell you to Enjoy your workout. I also love the fact that they keep the bathrooms and equipment clean!

This gym was a pretty good Planet Fitness. These gyms are always very clean, bright, and well-managed. The employees are nice. Their rules about not slamming weights can get a little frustrating when youre dealing with 80 pounds in each hand, but its just part of their no-intimidation policy.Overall, a great place to work out :)

Rounds of applause for the great service that this facility is providing and for the impacts of achieving and maintaining good health, this is an excellent way of contributing to the community!

Sometimes I wonder if Im in a gym or a club. Why is the music so loud you cant even hear your headphones at the highest volume? Low background music for the sake of ambiance I get, however I go to the gym to enjoy my workout.Between ppl hogging weights and the thirsty weirdo men the only pro is how close it is to where I live. The cleaning solution (for the machine) bottles near the stations are either empty or sparse. Also air fresheners wouldnt hurt considering how high many of the gym goers B.O is.As for the customer service, its touch and go.The more courteous employees seem to work the late night shift.

Its no only convenient to get to but the Crew is very nice and is always avail when needed, the trainer (Bryan) is very helpful and ready to assist in any workout concerns. Greenbriers location is always clean and has up their game while reopening during the pandemic. Everyone should love coming to Greenbriers location for a good workout.

The morning staff is polite and welcoming. Mornings are never too crowded. However, need more free weight lifting machines and at least one more leg lift machine. Other than that, I’m satisfied.

Its a nice gym I did a tour of it on Halloween 2016. Its located behind Greenbriar Mall which is very convenient since there isnt very much traffic in that area like there is at Camp Creek & Cascade which is the SOLE REASON that I was drawn to this place. They have weight machine, lots of treadmills, exercise mats, TVs,etc.But my problem is that they want DIRECT ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT such as the routing number plus your account number for your membership.I REALLY WANTED a MEMBERSHIP but I just dont feel comfortable giving them that kind of information.I even called this location & offered to use cash as a way to pay everything up front like fees then pay $10 cash every month because I was going to get the $10 plan but they said NO. And them having access to your bank account is the ONLY way for you to have a membership.This gym is new by the way. I would suggest that they have a cash & credit card option. That is my only gripe with them. Loved everything else about the inside but having direct access to my bank account is where I had to draw the line.Once this policy changes I will join immediately.But youd be a lot better off going to the YMCA. I went ahead and got a membership at the YMCA and they even offered financial assistance based on income so I only pay $20 a month and they have a pool.

Really clean and well maintained gym. I constantly see the staff cleaning the locker rooms and picking up trash in the parking lot (PS. why y’all litter?! It’s 2018). The manager James is as nice as they come and even knows member’s names.

There was all of the equipment that I could want and they had a large veriaty of equipment. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. the membership fees were very reasonable and it seemed to be run very well.

I was there today, filled my hands with soap, and none of the facets came on. I had to go upfront and talk to the front desk. All of the facets should be operational or they should be properly marked as “Out of Order” if they are out of order– and not with a handwritten note, but with a professional-looking sign with the company logo. The first soap dispenser has been out of order over two weeks plus. All amenities, equipment, and systems need to be monitored and checked on a five-hour basis based a standard company check list. The PF team needs to get in gear, get off the Internet, and get on brand management.

This gym have some strict rules. Its naturally hot in a gym and men should be able to wear tank tops that allow heat to escape from the side but it exposes to much. My advice is if your serious about working out you need to join a real gym the price is for those who are new to working out from the start.

I really wanted to get back in shape and at this price you couldnt beat it. However, if youre not knowledgeable about gym equipment I dont suggest this location. There are a lot of young people standing around talking with shirts on the say STAFF However if you ask them which machine would you recommend for abs.They look at you as if youre speaking Japanese. If youre able to find a STAFF member to show you a machine. He might show you the machine, but tell you if you dont understand how to use it just look at the pictures. This is a gym right?
