Not good when professional recruiters are not responding to phone calls.

The recruiters at this place could not be any more cold and unprofessional. They beg you to let them represent you when the economy is good and ghost you when it suits them. The sad part is that this culture of unprofessionalism starts at the top down. I have multiple co-workers that have gone through the same experience with several different recuiters at First Pro. Amanda seems to be the rudest of them all.

I do not recommend. Id love to see positive experiences that negates my review. Maybe its me but this seems to be a shady company out to pay as little as possible for great talent.

Amazing company to work with. Heather Foreman is the Best! She has been a great help to me and my family at such a fast pace. Communicates well and is very upfront and honest. She took her time to go over the positions available and explained everything perfectly in order to succeed.
