When I called about an employment opportunity and spoke to a recruiter they said “BROOKSOURCE” in an irritated way . I asked about employment opportunities, and she cut me off and said “listen, idk anything about that, you gotta wait for whoever posted that to call you” . I said “are you able to help with any employment opportunities?” . She simply said “no” . I said “okay thank u so mu-“ and she hung up on me before I could finish … RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t waste your time applying, they won’t help you.

Couldnt be happier to work for Brooksource! They were quick to find me employment and have made it a point to contact me to check up and see how things were going. McKenzie and Maddie are amazing people! Definitely recommend Brooksource and if you can...definitely ask for Maddie and McKenzie! Job well done and thank you so much!

I am extremely dissatisfied & disappointed in working with Brooksource. They found me, and reached out to me (via email) for a position. I was a little taken aback that they didn’t call, but nonetheless I contacted the recruiter back within 24 hours from receipt of the email. When I spoke with the recruiter, he told me about a position, and was supposed to call me back the next day, before the Christmas holiday to discuss how we were gonna move forward... he never called back. I waited until after the holiday & into the new year (almost 2 weeks) before taking the initiative to call him back. He claimed he hadn’t heard anything, Because he’s been gone for 2 weeks, but will check on it and call back, again on the next day. Again, he never called. So I waited over a week, and called back. I left a message w/ reception after she said “I know he’s here today, but he’s in a meeting”, so I left the message informing her that I’ve been waiting for his call over a week. Less than a hour later reception calls me back to say “he’s out for the day w/scheduled PTO.” I suspect they will never find me a position & I won’t be getting that call back next week.

I agree 100% with Allison below from a year ago. My experience with Wynne and McCall is almost identical. I too was a contractor at Turner and Wynne and McCall customer service is NONE existent. Yes they become very difficult to work with when you speak up and challenge their service. They will even fabricate information because you challenged them, please beware. Normally when a contract is not renewed the agency typically sends you a separation notice stating contract ended, I was kindly informed that has to be requested, They had my personal things for a month and never contacted to say we have your things, I had to call them. I had to return company items on my own because they were not going to be able to get free parking. In the same time period no contact to say how is your job hunt, nothing it as if you never worked for Brooksource. I would not recommend ANYONE to work with this agency in any fashion. McCall is the account manager, Wynne is the recruiter. You get better service at a empty building.

Keely shocked me with the unprofessionalism and disrespectfulness that she showed. I did not feel comfortable with moving forward for a position that she proposed, and emailed her hours before the meet while also apologizing. Once she got into touch with me, she wanted to talk about how I went about the situation because of her 7am calls going answered. She repeatedly expressed So you didnt have your phone on you? No? Oh, not at all?.. Me: I was sleep at the time. Keely: Oh, so i guess you sent the message while you were sleep, huh etc, etc. .... As if i was her child or significant other. The way that she communicated was totally out of line, as I began to express to her after becoming increasingly irritated with her comments. I was baffled with her responses to me, instead of her asking what made me uncomfortable with the position, or how could Brooksource be of any help in the situation. Extreme unprofessionalism all the way around. Baffling! I am very happy that I did not move forward as it was obviously for her benefit only, not the candidates!!p.s. I have worked with this agency before and never this type of occurrence.*Pics attached*

Im torn as I write this. I have worked with a handful of different IT Staffing companies before and a few different recruiters with Brooksource itself. Overall they are good nice people, but the response and feedback from recruiters ultimately falls upon the individual person. Ive had some that were super responsive and getting back to me with follow ups.. and Ive had some that were well... it seemed that they were extremely green in the staffing world and had absolutely no follow up about positions they were working with you for.

My experience with this staffing agency is eh, I think it really all depends on which staffing agent you work with, I worked with Wynne and McCall. If you disagree with them in any way, then they become difficult to work with.I got a job at Turner through this staffing agency. Wynne was interesting, to say the least. She didnt seem to care that much about my time. Whenever we would schedule a time to speak (even for my interview), she was always at least 30 minutes to an hour late; I would often have to call her because she forgot. She was once supposed to call me at 2pm to go over some things and didnt end up calling me until 4pm. No apology or anything. After I got hired, I went to their office to fill out paperwork, which took me about an hour to complete. Wynne told me when I was done to go to her desk and give her my papers. I must have been going too slow because every 20 minutes, she kept coming into the room and asking me, Are you done? I would say Still working on it, and she would leave, but come back again after 20 minutes. Finally, she got tired of doing that and just sat next to me, waiting for me to finish, so that was annoying. Before I got hired for the job, I had mentioned that I wanted a higher starting salary. Her first response was, You were expecting to make that much in Atlanta? I have never heard a recruiter say anything like this before. Most HR personnel should expect some negotiation after theyve hired someone, so her response was odd. After some strenuous back and forth, I finally was able to go up a bit.Once I started working at Turner, this other woman who I never met, McCall would often come by and have meetings about me with my supervisor. I thought this was odd, primarily because I never even met McCall and she never introduced herself to me. I also found it strange that they would have meetings about me, but I was not included in the meeting. After their meeting about me, they never even told me what they talked about, strange.Anyways, the job at Turner was terrible. The department was unorganized and to make a long story short, I ended up quitting. Friday night, I sent Wynne a long, detailed email explaining to her my decision to quit and not return to work on Monday. In my email, I explained to her why I was dissatisfied with my job, in a very professional way. On Monday, I was expecting her to call me or at least reply to my email (for her to hear my side of things) and maybe say something along the lines of Im sorry you didnt like it there. But instead of doing that, she just posts my job on Linkedin, which meant she saw my email, ignored it.A week goes by and I finally hear from Wynne on a Thursday. She emails me saying that she has my last paycheck and asked if she should mail it to me or if I wanted to come by and pick it up. I tell her to just mail it. Then Friday comes & she calls me at 3:00pm saying that she needs for me to return my Turner badge. There was urgency in her voice and she was asking how soon I could get it over to her. Surprised, I told her I could drop it off in an hour. As I was driving, I couldnt help but think of how much of my time they wasted. If Wynne knew that I had to return my badge and come back to their office, why not tell me to drop off my badge and pick up my final paycheck at the same time? The only reason Wynne still contacted me after I quit, was just to return my badge & get my paycheck, not to hear about what went wrong at Turner. Wynne didnt want to hear what I had to say and lost any interest in me. The whole experience felt novice and unprofessional. This is a place that doesnt care about you; they just want to fill roles as quickly as they can and look good in front of their clients. If you dont like the job that you get through them, dont expect for them to be understanding or anything like that; they will always side with the client over you. The lack of sympathy and concern, in addition to this staffing agency not being very efficient or professional, is why I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone.

Its been over an year I am trying to get a job through brooksource. I applied to many jobs and no one ever came back to me even with a NO. Then about 2 months before I was able to connect to one of their recruiters on LinkedIn and got a call from her to get to know about me and that was the only call with brooksource ever (she never answered call after). At first she was nice but after sometime she stopped replying to my messages on LinkedIn I used to send her for follow up about every other week. They always have jobs listed on their website and all those are fake I am sure. I tried to reach out to their Atlanta office, after about 15 calls someone answers the call and everytime they have the same answer WE GAVE THAT JOB TO SOMEONE TODAY.
