Unscrupulous!! I paid him $2080.00 as an agency fee for a domestic house keeper. The housekeeper was in our employ for only two and one half weeks. When I talked with Mr. Hanselman, he said he would get us another in a few days. After three weeks I never heard from him so I called to inquire. At that time I realized Mr. Hanselman had no intention of working with me any further. I then said I would like a refund of the $2080 I gave him. He never responded. Next thing I knew, he hung up on me. The man cannot be trusted.
