Came in for the first time as a walk in this past Saturday. Active shop with a lot of traffic. These guys really take pride in their craft. Lamont did an excellent job on my fade. Checked in on length as he went. Great service and vibe.

Reggie was awesome! Took his time which the end product shows...I got a killer fade. Everyone was nice and Reggie made me feel welcome. Definitely will be back. Would recommend.

This was a new experience for me and was a but nervous. I walked in and everyone spoke, then I sat down. After 20 minutes the barber in the 1st chair(sorry I did not get his name) asked did I have a particular barber. I replied no, the first available would be fine. Then he asked the others who could provide service. The barber in the 2nd and 3rd chair happily said I can take you. I waited maybe another 20 minutes and I was asked to sit in the 3rd chair. I meet the most polite young man Ray. Ray asked how I would like my hair and I explained I am new at this. Ray explained some basic things, I made my decision and he began to cut my hair. About 20 minutes later I got a hair cut and my eyebrows arched. We made small talk during the service, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service. I would definitely recommend service at Playmakers.

I had one good experience there and 1 bad one, I cant speak for everyone, but the female barber was rather unprofessional. Was on her phone for a good 15 minutes and pushed my line back a little too much.

My 1st time there and I liked it. Down home, old school feel but i saw really good cutting goin on while I was waiting on any barber to finish. My barber was in the 1st chair when i entered the shop. He was friendly, talkative and gave me a great cut. I will be goin back and hes close to my home. My last barber just went up on his prices without telling me anything. I think thats very unprofessional considering I followed him all over Atl for 5yrs. Anyway, I have a new shop I can get a cut at. My new barber gets 5 stars!!

My first experience with Ray and he did a great job! Often a busy place so I would recommend an appointment. Haircuts in ATL can be expensive compared to the midwest so be prepared.

This is one of the best barbershops I have ever been a customer of, the owner Reggie and his barbers, Dontrell Mapp my barber are two of the greatest gentleman you will encounter very professional atmosphere friendly laid-back atmosphere all the barbers have been here years plus is conveniently located close to downtown for shopping and dining.

Highly recommended. Moving from out of town and finding the right barber can be a challenge but they tightened my hair and beard up right.

By appointment only most of the time but thats a good thing because that means the cut is are good. Which they are.
