They do a good job here on haircuts and for an affordable price. Much of the nearby orthodox Jewish community comes here and theyre all aware of the various religious rules about haircuts. They even do an outstanding job on kids who arent always cooperative.The only reason Im docking a star is because theres always a long wait. Come any time on a Sunday and youll certainly wait at least an hour. Even at 11 on a Tuesday youll probably have to wait 30 minutes plus.

Vista Barbershop is easily my favorite barbershop in Atlanta. Alex is a gifted barber and always does an absolutely fantastic job with my hair. Hes also extremely consistent, which means Im always happy with how I look by the time I leave the shop.As much as I love this place though, there are a couple of caveats that you should be aware of. First off, take cash with you if you have it available, as youll be charged an extra dollar for your haircut if you use a credit card. You should also be prepared to wait if you go in for a haircut (especially if youre there to see Alex), as the barbershop does not do reservations. Id recommend calling in ahead of time to see what the wait is looking like before you head in.

Best place to get a cut in the area and possible ITP. Alex, Josh, Hai, and Tequila are all amazing. Only place I’ve gotten my haircut for over 5 yrs.

I had one barber that I liked in the past 15 years, the rest were so so. After trying a few places in Atlanta, I gave Vista Barbershop a try and have found my new permanent place to get haircuts. Alex, one of the barbers who I think owns the salon, is very skilled, professional, and makes sure that you get the exact haircut you want. Aside from the excellent haircut, which is what I really only cared about, the shop itself was kept very clean and looked very inviting on the inside. You can see the owners care about where they work. The price is also right, cheaper than any of the other regular chains.

Ive been going to this barber since I moved to Atlanta 6 years ago and I cant complain. Prices are right, the head barber is always friendly and welcoming and the haircuts are done quick and are a quality job. With the cost of a haircut going up everywhere you look, this guy has kept his prices at the exact same level for 6 years running. That is to be applauded.

After a long search for a barber shop and many mediocre haircuts later, I’m grateful to finally find a good, reasonably priced place to go. Tukela has been awesome. She really takes her time, pays close attention to detail, and consistently does a great job every time. Highly recommend this place.

Tukela is the barber that takes care of my haircut each week and she always does an excellent job. Tukela happened to be the barber I wound up having the first time I visited the shop and I’ve requested her for each visit every since. She has a delightful personality and there is a great collection of pleasant personalities throughout the shop. It’s a very nice environment overall and I enjoy my visits each week and would highly recommended this barbershop to anyone looking for a nice place to have their hair cut.

Been growing my beard out, but wanted to get it cleaned up/shaped for an event. First move was to shave off half of it?? Upper lip isnt trimmed symmetrical at all, sides are hills, not clean lined... and the neck isnt better. Also dude cant hot shave, literally told me he uses an electric trimmer. Off to get whats left fixed.

This is good place for hair cut because I know this place for many years. But surprise me that they got new people who work there. I dont know where former employees who work there was not there anymore

Listen guys, Ive been to that barber shop and they give the best haircuts Ive ever seen. They have over twenty-five years of experience, no wonder they cut fast, they want you to look clean and be on your way. And yeah that big guy he has a strong accent, but hes hilarious and Ive always left the Barbershop with a smile on my face. He also gets the job done right. One of the stylists cuts ladies hair too. I got my hair cut today after my husband cut his. It was very inexpensive and the lady did a great job (25 yrs experience).

I walked in yesterday afternoon around 6PM without an appointment. This was my first time and was thankful they stayed open til 7. I signed in and took a seat within 10 mins I was called. I was with Hai who made sure he knew what I wanted and did a thorough consultation. He made good conversation but didnt force an unnatural conversation. He was very meticulous in his work. It being my first time, he was sure that I had a great experience. The price was $17 Mens Haircut + $1 Credit Card Fee=$18 for a great haircut. This price is very competitive and the service and detail was impressive. My hair grows fast and I cant justify paying $30 just for a hair cut not including tip. Great atmosphere and clean shop. Al of the barbers seemed to be very skilled and pleasant and all did good work from what I could see.

Worst cut of my life...Not only did my barber treat the experience like there was a 10 minute timer on the cut, but the clipper was dull thus pulling my hair out. The Barber decided to ignore the way I wanted my hair cut and did his own thing. I am unsure why I paid for this cut. I hate bashing small business, especially after all these great reviews, but this guy needs a reality check and some coaching. I will not be back.

And I dont normally write bad reviews, but today Im going to since he deserve it. The haircut was terrible, and below the standard-- unless you came from the Middle East like he did.. He cut my hair in less than 7 mins and nobodys waiting in line. He tells you that your haircut is supposed to look like that...a crooked,unfinished haircut. The most painful thing is, I gave this scumbag $15 and I gave him $2 tip (since I feel sorry for his business). I dont need to put up with his lousy service, there are plenty of great Barbers in Decatur and Tucker area.I wont be back. This barbershop just lost a great customer. If you dont believe me, be a foolish customer, waste your time and money, and left unsatisfied..
