These mfs booted my car at my own apartment building in front of my building where I have been parking for three years. Two weeks before Christmas. I find that to be convenient. I CANNOT STAND PEOPLE WHO TRY TO CAPITALIZE ON OTHERS FOR SELFISH GAIN.
So on the website it says 24 hours,I called at 8:56 am and someone answered the phone.I proceed to ask about finding out information on a car that could have been towed. The guy response to me was we dont open until 10am.I then responded my apologies the website said 24hrs, he then responded no we answer the phone 24/7 but we are not open. Im now confused because it defeats the purpose to answer the phone if you are not giving out any information. To pick up only to say you are not open when your website clearly says you are 24hrs is a waste of time.
