Very professional and high quality work. I was disappointed with their transparency on the pricing. On the quote that I received, there was a line item designated as CORE (PART: DME (CORE)). What I did not realize, was that Core was Roccos designation that the old part would not be returned to the customer. There was no definition of Core on the quote which does say that old parts will be returned to the customer if requested (which I did request). I consulted with another auto repair shop and they had never heard of the term Core and were surprised that Roccos kept the old part since a new part was installed (not a refurbished one). While Roccos admitted that the language was not clear, they made no effort to remedy the situation. This left me disappointed and a little irritated. The point of the story: buyer beware.
Roccos is a great alternative to the dealerships. Not inexpensive, but less than you’ll pay at the dealers. Took good care of my Mini and I will be back.
Second time Ive used Roccos in Cheshire Bridge for repairs on my 2006 Volvo XC90. I was very disappointed this time because I took my vehicle for a check engine light repair related to cam shaft/crankshaft timing issue and it took them 2 weeks to figure it out and took $3900 from my pocket to get my SUV out of there. The diagnostic didnt take long but the actual repair took 2 weeks. Of those 2 weeks I had to call them multiple times to know the status of the repair because communication from them was poor. Every time I called, then they sent a revision to the invoice because they found something else and something else and something else. They rely too much on the online invoice/email/txt notification system and never call to really explain whats happening. Charges started at the upper one thousand dollars range and I ended up paying $3900 after two weeks. They even told me one Friday morning to pick up my car at 5:30pm and when I arrived, the car wasnt ready and then told me it was not gonna be even ready on Saturday. I was certainly not happy and they asked me if I wanted a Manager to give me a call on Monday. That was over a week ago and I havent heard from the manager. I ended up picking up the car the following Tuesday and, no, no manager was there to explain what happened or apologize for the situation. I did talk to a person at the front desk who did say was sorry for the situation but when I asked for an explanation the response was that theyve been having issues and delays getting parts. Why didnt they tell me that in the first place? The person said that management decided they would rather not tell clients there will be delays to avoid angry customers. Well, I am not that kind of customer. I would rather expect honesty from the shop as to what is happening and to provide a clear picture in order to make a decision. But they force the situation in a way that youre stuck without a car and have to end up accepting the recommended work just to get your car back. Seems like in my case they didnt get the check engine light OFF right away and kept adding items to replace claiming those items could be the cause of the timing issue. Thats what I think but, since they were not honest with me from the get go, I might never know what really happened. The car is running but when I start it in the mornings it still attempts to stall as it did before I took it to the shop. The check engine light came back and later started flashing and turned off. They claim there is a 2yr warranty for the repair but unfortunately the trust has been destroyed. I dont want to be without a car for 2 weeks ever again. I used to take my Volvo to that same location when it was Highland Automotive and never had a problem. They were less expensive and extremely responsive. Much better shop. Unfortunately not many Volvo shops were I live, which is 45 miles from Roccos. The fame that this shop is the best working on European cars is making them not care about their customers. They were not professional. Its a shame. I dont recommend people with European cars to take their vehicles to this shop or to any of their other locations.

I have a 2007 sprinter that had issues that turned out to be a bad head gasket. Rocco’s provided a competitive estimate and because they specialize in Mercedes and their professional manner of doing business I chose them. There were unforeseen problems but Rocco’s went out of their way with added work and stayed within the original estimate. The van runs great and I can honestly say I would do it all over again! Thank you to Rocco and all your great staff!

Very professional, trustworthy, did great work on an old 2009 VW Touareg (its paid for, 185000 miles, looking forwards to the next 200k). Im not an easy customer, I never let others fix my car. But a drive shaft is more than I can handle. I will be using them again.

This was my first time using Roccos European Garage and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Cody was awesome and gave me very detailed information on what was wrong with my car. I was able to review and approve the service details via text message, and my car was detailed once service was complete. My car now runs great with no issues. Im a very happy customer!
I had my car serviced here the other day for an electrical issue and they charged me $250 for a test and a part replacement.In the end, it didnt fix the issue and now they are asking me to pay another $750 for a full test without giving any assurance that it will fix the issue nor it will be the final price I have to pay. This looks to be a way for them to keep charging the customer without taking any responsibility on their part. It is really disappointing by this kind of practice.
I was recommended Roccos after many places dont service my Fiat 500 Sport. I was gonna give 4 stars and was skeptical to use Roccos because of the price...but its honestly worth it. They corrected something that was happening with my tires + fixed my air conditioning. Love that they washed my car when they were done! Very professional and driving my car after the fix felt like I had brand new tires! Convenient location (for me) and easy to communicate.
I have been dealing with this company for years. I love getting my vehicle serviced. When I tell you it is an experience! I absolutely love Cody and apricate his professionalism. However, he has now gone to another potion. I really didnt think I would have the same experience without dealing with him. BUT SUPRISINGLY I really didnt miss him. Sorry Cody! The lady I worked with was just as knowledgeable, professional, and charming as Cody. Also guys, she actually went into the system to check to see if I had a warranty and I did. YAYYYYY she saved me some big buck. I absolutely love getting my car serviced. I know that sounds crazy but it is true. Thank you guys for being consistent for all of these years! This place was recommended to me by my boyfriend who had his car serviced here once. I initially brought my newly purchased Mercedes here for a used vehicle inspection. Kiki at the front desk has always been my point of contact.A check for payment was sent via FedEx to the repair facility for the total cost of repairs, Kiki advised once the certified check was received she would promptly contact me. After several days of not hearing from Kiki I contacted her at the repair shop inquiring if the payment had been received. She continued to tell me no check was received. Keep in mind this check was sent via certified mail and required a signature upon delivery.It was not until I questioned her and advised her that I had proof of delivery,and it was signed for by someone within the shop did she say they received the payment, she lied to me and said “well it didn’t have ur name on it or the company we anticipated” I knew she was lying because I was sent a photo of the check it had my information, the company name and even my car VIN! I felt as if this shop was going to just take the check cash it and continue to lie and tell me it has not been received.After over $1300 paid for a door handle light bulb and two new tires I had only 1 request of putting my used tires in my trunk as they were not bad tires,no nails holes, or damage they just had different tread which caused them to need replacing.I made this request to Kiki, ofcourse when I came to pick up my vehicle my request had not been honored and they discarded my two tires I asked to keep! Not only this, however, as I’m driving home my tire pressure light for the two brand new tires that they replaced came on!I immediately called the shop while driving home to inform them of this! When questioning Kiki of what happened to my tires being put in my trunk she apologized and let me know she neglected to inform the mechanic of my request.On top of everything else this shop neglected to provide me with a receipt, when I picked up my vehicle Kiki advised she would send the receipt to my email WHICH I NEVER GOT even after I waited two hours what PROFESSIONAL establishment can you go spend over $1300 and not receive a receipt of payment?! I had to call 2-3 times asking for JUST A RECEIPT, any type of documentation of payment! I had to return to the shop the next day for a receipt and for them to look at the brand new tires they JUST PUT ON!Never going back here. Kiki loves to say it was a miscommunication but u can only use that sorry excuse so many times before it’s evident lack of detail and care.
I take my porsche there almost all time, quality job and very reasonable prices...they will even still call be taking any luxurious car there for any repairyou to check on your car if everything is okay..thumbs up👍

I asked this place to do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking to buy. They missed significant issues with the vehicle, including a bent rim and damaged tire. The inspection they provided was not very exhaustive and they gave me very little information on the issues with the vehicle. I would not use them again.

Unfortunately, in Atlanta, quality customer service is a thing of the past. That being the case, Ill usually pay a little extra for better service where I can find it. So when a friend told me how good Roccos was to him and his Maserati, I expected to pay for it.But because I wanted my car serviced well and I appreciate the ethics of good service I made an appointment. To my delight I received the service that my friend told me about....to my surprise I didnt have to pay extra for it. I actually ended up paying less than the quotes I had gotten from other shops. Ill be a returning customer.
My family drove to Atlanta from out of state Thanksgiving morning and the warning light for low coolant came on just minutes from arriving at our house. We called several auto repair shops on Friday morning but none were able to accommodate us before the weekend.I called Roccos and spoke to a pleasant lady named Kiki and explained our situation - my family was supposed to head back home by the end of the weekend. She was able to find an opening in the schedule that same day. The shop was able to address the coolant leak and some additional maintenance items at the same visit. They even washed the vehicle before we picked it up!I am grateful that Kiki and the repair shop were able to help us on such short notice. My family was able to enjoy quality time together and they were able to drive back safely home at the end of the weekend. Thank you!

Rocco’s has great service and is run by absolutely amazing people. I took my ‘06 Range Rover to them for the first time for service, and unfortunately I got a call shortly after that it was beyond repair. But here’s the kicker- it was from years of rust damage that no one had told me about before Rocco’s, not even Rover dealers. I was basically driving a death trap and wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for Rocco’s. They were honest with me that it wasn’t worth paying for any service or repairs, and they let me keep my car on their lot for a week while I was figuring out what to do. They even set me up with someone that would buy it off the lot for parts. Rocco’s never charged me a penny. All in all, Rocco’s was so kind throughout the process and had safety and good service at the forefront the whole time. European cars are a whole other animal, and you’ll get the best service in Atlanta here.

I payed $4493 just for me to drive off the lot and the engine light come back on the very next day including a problem that wasnt there before (car got worse within a week). I then took my car to a BMW near me, which they had to replace the same thing Roccos Garage said they fixed ( fuel injectors). Then they had to replace a mass air flow sensor, and a oxygen sensor. My whole thing is if you specialize in a car why did I have to pay so much for it not to be fixed then turn around and have to get the same thing you supposedly fixed done again. Im deeply upset that I spent so much money just for me to have to put my car back in the shop. Now, after I came across these issues I discussed for them to take a look at my car again but I felt as if they were going to charge me more money than they already had.
Took my Benz sprinter van to to Roccos’s to have oil leak fixed it it was the oil cooler a boost leak turned out to be a more serious problem after taking off the turbo u can see where the turbo has been grinding found out metal shavings was in motor after buying parts spending $8400 Hold time I needed a engine and alternator guy must had sold me a limo who I bought it from I had very Lil more money left to spend Roccos’s put me a new engine in from Mercedes for $16,300 thts me paying for engine and new parts they didn’t charge me for labor and they bought me a new alternator out their pockets I love this shop Roccos’s the owners are great peoples and knows how to do business and treat customers i will continue to keep doing business with Roccos’s European garage #go Roccos’s
Roccos did an excellent job of diagnosing a particular stuborn engine light. Other shops were not capable of diagnosing this issue. They gave me options of what repairs were optional and which were critical. They were easy to work with and were very patient with me. I always have a lot of questions. They had all the answers. I totally recommend Roccos to repair your vehicle. They will take care you as if you were family.

Took my 2013 Porsche Boxster S here when another shop couldn’t fit me in. They were able to accommodate me into a tight schedule and the service and work was impeccable. Great communication and notification they have in place. Will be taking my car here from now on.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They tried to charge me $816 for a Schedule A service which only cost $149!! The also told me I needed over $2600 worth of work!!! Took my car back where I have taken it in the past and was told NONE of the repairs were needed and there is NOTHING wrong with my car!!
I took my Jaguar XJ to Roccos for the first time some months back to have both sets of Brakes replaced and a vacuum hose replacement. They kept my appointment, they were prompt, sent me an estimate via my email and I was able to approve or deny the services all right there online. They were done with my car the same day. Great Job and professional staff! Cant say it was cheap but I did opt for a foreign car!! Id recommend them for sure!

I moved to the neighborhood about a year ago and decided to give this place a try since it is literally walking distance to my home.They were excellent. They did a great job of evaluating the service needs my 2004 Jaguar. Its in great shape for its age, but had a few service issues. They were able to fix the oil pan leak and did a few other service items that, quite frankly, I should have done before.I found their prices reasonable. The amount of time to get the work done was great as well. Also, and most importantly, Cody was very easy to work with and he kept me informed as to what was going on and why they recommended certain things. No pressure to do things (some I declined to do). He was professional. A lot more professional that the service department at Hennessy Jaguar. Every time I went to the dealership for service it was a high pressure sales job to do repairs that were not really necessary. The difference in price between the dealership (very expensive) and Roccos was staggering.I highly recommend Roccos.

Having recently moved from DC to Atlanta I needed to find a reliable & reputable shop to maintain my old Merc SUV......from the minute I made the first call to schedule an appointment Rocco and Cody were so accommodating and helpful. They worked me in, ran the diagnostics, reviewed the priorities vs items that could be scheduled for later and set my mind at ease they were not in the business to rip their customers off and understood the importance of building a long term relationship with their customers. Great experience- Cody was very responsive and helpful and even reached out a few times after to make sure that things were running well on our Range Rover, and to our satisfaction. Excellent work and expertise at Roccos European Garage! I am a repeat customer. I recently had my 2012 Range Rover Sport in for several items to be completed. All the work was done effectively. In addition, they installed new running boards and they look great. In essence, they gave me back a new Rover! Cody has been extremely professional, attentive, and friendly with me from the beginning. That goes a long way for me when establishing and maintaining a professional relationship.
They took my car in without an appointment about 45 minutes before they closed. Rocco’s’s did a extremely thorough inspection and gave me a detailed list of everything that needed attention. The Online Repair Estimate Approval System works really well and it’s super convenient! The repairs that I chose to have done were completed the next day. Rocco’s will be my default repair shop from now on.
After I attempted to install a new headlamp in my 2018 Land Rover Discovery (and causing quite a bit of damage to the front bumper), I contacted Roccos and asked if they could help ASAP, as the headlamp and front grill were now uninstalled on the car. Rocco said bring the car in and he would take a look. He teased me in a good natured way about my DIY mishap. They installed the headlamp and fixed up a few dings in less than an hour. Heres the unexpected part: Rocco said it was no charge and refused to take any payment!It is unusual in todays climate for such a generous gesture. Roccos skill and overall decency have earned our business for years to come. I encourage you to support Rocco and his team. Now more than ever, our communities need to support great local businesses like Roccos.

They advertise better service cheaper than the dealership. I had a tire rotation with a service. Tire pressure monitoring light was on. They told me it would reset itself. It did not. Come to find out they didnt add air to and take air out when they rotated as the front require less than the rear. Mercedes dealership would never miss that detail. Also the service engine reminder wasnt reset. Ill go back to the dealership and gladly pay more. Dont believe the advertising on wsb radio..... No its not a fake profile... I was a customer.
Best Service in town, hands down! My husband and I brought both of our vehicles to get serviced and they did an awesome job on both. Before I found them I went to the Maserati Dealership and they caught things that the dealership didnt mention; and the cost was also a fraction of what the dealership quoted. I will always recommend them.

Roccos is the BEST European garage I have ever encountered. The staff are extremely professional and the shop was immaculate. They provide (and exceed) dealer-level service without the dealer pricing. I was quoted $2000 for my 40k service on my 16 Macan S -- Roccos performed the service for around $700. Dont waste your money at the dealership -- Roccos is a garage you can trust. Cody was my service advisor -- very knowledge and helpful; ask for him!

Met two of the owners and they were great guys...talked about the issue I was having with my car and was told about their COVID relief special they were running (20% off the total). I’ve been taking my Volvo SUV to Rocco’s since they opened and have always been happy with the service. Their work is very thorough and I don’t feel like I’m being “sold” problems with my car. Cody is very experienced and explains the issues in a way that I understand. I know their prices are reasonable and in line with dealerships and other auto shops. The staff is friendly and they wash the exterior of my car/tires - huge bonus!!!
We have had such great service at Rocco’s!! After dealing with a problem with our Jaguar for YEARS, we took it to Rocco’s where they immediately and correctly diagnosed the problem. We are thrilled! It’s been months now, and the car is still running great. Also, when they had the car, they fixed a problem with the seat that we had been told would cost several hundred dollars at another place. Rocco’s charged less than $100 and told us that the charge was optional since they had taken the initiative to fix it. How often does that happen? We are so happy to have found these guys! Don’t hesitate to take your car to them!
Needed and AC compressor on a 2010 Volvo replaced several months ago. I waited to post a review to see how the AC worked through the summer (it worked great). 100% satisfied with Roccos price, the A+ level of service from Cody and the cleanliness of the place. This is not your grandfathers auto shop. Very professional. We will be back... no more dealer service for us!!

I took my 2016 Maserati here 3 months ago because my car felt like it would cut off and the engine light came on while driving it. I was told that they couldn’t figure out why the engine light came on but they did notice two belts that needed to be changed. Since they couldn’t figure out why the engine light came on I had to pay for the diagnostics since that was the reason I brought the car in. So for the diagnostic an to change the two belts on a car with 34,000 miles on it cost me $900. Now a few months later the car has done the same thing and the engine light is back on so I’m back to square one $900 later. I decided to take my car here because of the great reviews but I’m so disappointed.
Everything was perfect and professional from the initial call to driving off the lot. Cody kept me informed throughout the time my car was under their care. I especially liked receiving the quote by text, as well as email. My car is now in impeccable condition. I will definitely return and recommend Rocco’s to anyone wanting a top tier experience.

My latest trip to my go-to garage I(Roccos European Garage) was as expected. Cody was courtious and efficient. My Volvo was in their shop for one day and everything I expected to be done had been completed. I never have to worry about the level of service as it is always excellent. I recommend anyone who has an older Volvo to take it to Roccos for any needed service.
I am pretty new to Atlanta and was looking for a place to service my 2008 VW GTI. It has the less favorable FSI engine and so I needed someone who understood all the potential issues because something def wasnt feeling right with the car. These guys were great in digging into some of that with me and gave me a list of everything that I should be paying attention to. I ended up needing a new fuel pump which wasnt fun to pay for but the car is running like a dream now. When I got the car back and the check engine light came on, they took it right back and fixed it up no questions asked. Cody is great to work with and Rocco was also very kind and helpful. Will definitely be using them going forward.

I recently needed a new car emblem installed in the grill of my Mercedes. I found Roccos European Garage on Cheshire Bridge in Atlanta through a internet search for Mercedes service locations. My interactions both on the phone and at the service center were both friendly and professional. Cody was particularly responsive and knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions. I found their service facilities and the customer waiting area to be clean and comfortable. The installation of my car emblem was completed within the estimated time and the cost was reasonable compared to other service providers that I contacted. I will definitely keep Roccos in mind when I need future service for my Mercedes.

I was one of the first customers to this newly opened location and have to say they do amazing work, provide honest advice, and are completely focused on taking care of their customers service and repair needs. Rocco and Cody and their service team are great folks and are phenomenal at what they do and I trust them implicitly as I have gone back now three times for work I have needed on my low mileage but older model SAAB. They stand behind their work and have earned my business to provide me service on whatever vehicle I own as long I live in Atlanta. Give them a shot they will win you over too.

I was looking to swap my kidney grille today on my 5 series BMW and when I called Roccos they were so friendly and had no problem squeezing me in. They did a great job no problems. They had a Bentley on the lift and a audi A8 being picked up amongst other cars but these 2 just stood out to me...so definitely a place that will take care of your car. I took my car into Rocco’s for the first time after visiting other auto repair shops because several of my car service lights were on and previous shops had told me to replace my sensor. Rocco’s was reliable and truth worthy; they told me that I didn’t need to replace this and were very timely and efficient - I didn’t feel like I was being toyed with or taken advantage of. Next time I run into any car issues, I will for sure be going back to Rocco’s!! Highly highly recommend.
Overall it was a great experience. Brought my Porsche in and the team provided excellent service. Really satisfied with Roccos and Will be bringing my car back!
