Assistant Manager Reggie Moore does a terrific job. He is enthusiastic, realistic, and respectful and patient with all of the many kinds of customers who come through the shop.

My first visit to this Triple AAA locations at Chastain Park and I will be back as the service was excellent! I had a front end alignment done to my truck and they use the latest technology to make sure it is aligned correctly I received great customer service from the Service Advisor, James as he got me an appoint relatively quick and is just a professional at his job! I highly recommend using Triple AAA at Chastain Park Car Care Plus!

We had issues with our Honda Odyssey van while in Atlanta. Reg Moore, the Senior Service Advisor at the AAA Roswell Rd. location, went above and beyond our expectations to insure our van was fixed and we would have no problems on our trip back home to Virginia. I originally heard about this place from a coworker and decided to try it out for my power steering issue. The issue was resolved professionally and quickly. After this, I decided to bring our other vehicle in which has not had properly working AC for 3 years. The AC repair was not as straightforward but Reggie and his team went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem, even bringing in outside mechanics at times to make sure our car got the best service possible. Even though the repair took longer than expected, Reggie was so helpful and kind. He was always staying in communication with us for updates and next steps as they worked to fix the car. His professionalism and customer service made the experience so much better.We were very blessed to be working with Reggie as our service provider. I dont think I could have received such service anywhere else. Thank you, Reggie!

I will only see Reggie at AAA to get my car serviced! Always friendly and happy, he takes the time to educate you on what’s going on with your car. He will tell you if you can hold off on some services and will always search for coupons for you! I appreciate his willingness to help every time I go in!

We walked in with no real idea of what was wrong with our car. (we still dont know) But were greeted with a fantastic spirit in Retanza Grier, who walked us through everything with clarity and understanding. Shes fantastic, give that woman a raise!

On the fence with this. I only wanted a simple oil change not a 1 1/2 to 2 hour car assessment. Another lady came in after me and was told the same thing. She asked why it would take this long for an oil change. The customer should be asked if this is what they want not told this is what AAA normally does. I had a patient to get to across town so I could not waste this amount of time. It also started raining really hard which slowed traffic down. The guy who registered me said he would make sure the tech knew this but it appears he either wasnt told or ignored what I wanted. I had to tell them to simply do the oil change and release my car so I could get to my patient. I found this disrespectful.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer service i was provided here. I’ve been to quite a few service places and never have i been treated so well. I felt like i mattered not just another oil change . Mr. Moore was very helpful and attentive, he let me know what was going on with my car w/o trying to constant up sell me. I will definitely be back !

AAA Chastain gets all As. Making an appointment is quick and convenient and if you do need a walk-in they will get you in and you can hang at the comfortable waiting room. The AAA Chastain team is professional and top notch. The service advisor Reggie Moore is my go to guy. He communicates very clearly so you can understand your diagnosis with no upsells or tricks. I always enjoy walking into the center and being greeted by the older ladies that work in the front, they are always very pleasant.

The customer service at this location is just superb! Service Manager, Reggie, took extra care to help with my car and his friendliness is just infectious! (In a good way:))....I will recommend and return!

Writing this about a week later because the service was memorable and should be recognized. Everyone who helped me here was so nice and professional. I didn’t get his name but the man at the customer support desk who was giving me my keys and paperwork (wears an Atlanta hat) was so nice and made a frustrating car situation better just by being his friendly self.

My wife has been taking here car here for some time and she trusts them but being a ex mechanic myself I was a bit upset when she took her car in because one of the rear brakes was severely worn and rubbing the rotor. I knew that rotor would likely have been damaged enough that it couldn’t Be resurfaced imagine my surprise when they said all four rotors needed to be replaced! I called them and asked why a newer vehicle getting it’s very first brake job would need all new rotors, I’m quite sure they could be resurfaced and still be within minimum specs. (They gave me the machining could make the rotors so thin they might vibrate routine)But still let them go ahead and replacedeverything in the front and rear brakes.So fast forward a year and she takes it back in for a shudder feeling when she accelerates.They call back and said she needs new brakes and rotors! I called them and said you know you all just replaced the brackets about 8,000 miles ago and then they call back and say it needs brakes and also motor mounts. Quoted almost 800 for brakes that’s the under warranty price by the way and 1800 for motor mounts . Decided to take to Nissan dealership and they agreed cheap parts used on brakes and needed a motor mount total cost 1200 and they washed the van too. Will not ever be back here. So if you like poor quality work with not much of a warranty to speak of and have lots of disposable cash this place is for you.

Got my international drivers license here. That whole system is a scam, but this location did a good job of getting me what I needed.

Hello everyone now let me tell you about what AAA Chastain Park car care oh boy this is the greatest place I have ever been to for a oil change first I joined AAA 11 years ago let get back to the welcome place in the world I went for a oil change and they did much more than a oil change they gave my car a warm check up they had my tires with a wire on each tire it looks like they were giving it some blood 😲,then they checked the engine, transmission, wiper blades, steering wheels, etc. and much, much more for free the oil change was only 23.09 what a deal they were so friendly, professional, and so welcome you can see your car from the waiting lounge window, then the restrooms are so beautiful and clean on the walls picture of beautiful flowers of all colors the light is soft. A place where the little girls, boys can play in a security area you can see them since the store is mask please for all 6 feet a must. Get what you need & keep it moving.I have been to other AAA locations & they make you feel like you are a family member.If you are in need of service when they are available they got you if not just sit & wait until its your turn.

***TL:DR - Took my car in because it didnt start. The shop kept it for a week even though it started after trying it a few times. I was told the car needed a new engine to run. They never told me it started even though that was the reason I brought it in.My car wouldnt start. I left if for a day and tried again and again. After a few days I finally called AAA on Feb 14th. AAA roadside jump started it but that was no go. Damon of AAA suggested that it could be electrical - possibly the relay or the fuel pump. He then asked where I would like it towed, just having moved here I asked for suggestions. He said How about the AAA service center close by? Sure! I said. Calling them the next day they told me I would know on Thursday. I finally got the call on Friday from Craig and I was told after their diagnostic that cylinder #2 in my engine had low psi. (below 100psi) My engine needed replacement to run again. That was a crippling $5,700 cost to get my car running again. The car has only 95k miles and ran well on a trip across the country and now suddenly it needs a new engine? No way! I told Craig I needed time to see if that amount of $$$ was worth putting into it which he said to take my time in making that decision. Nowhere in that call did he say that the car had been starting each and everyday they had it in the shop. I ultimately decided to have the car towed to a service center Christian Brothers (also on Roswell Rd) to get a 2nd opinion. I was called by the AAA service center on Feb 25th and asked what I wanted to do, I payed the diagnostic fee and said that I would have the car towed the next day. I had a ride to the service center on the 26th to pick up the keys to give to the towing company. After the cashier passed me the receipt, Craig brought me the key and then I asked for the quote. I honestly wanted to see the breakdown. He said, Oh, most people just throw it away. I then asked him about my car telling him some of the history and he pointed over to the mechanic (Tim) whom was just passing by and said You can actually speak to him yourself! That is when I found out that the car actually started each day. Tim told me that after a few tries the first day he swapped the spark plugs and checked other things it couldve been but then he got it to start. So he let it sit for a day and tried it again. It started again. He told me that it was idling rough though and then took it for a test drive. It was still running really rough, he said. After doing this song and dance for 4 days he finally ran the diagnostic and found the low pressure in the #2 cylinder. I was so confused, IT STARTS? Why was I not told this on Friday last week?! I have a towing company on the way to tow a car that runs?? Mind you, every google search I did on a low firing cylinder said that the car should run/start but it would run pretty rough. They left out a VERY important piece of info that was the entire reason I brought it in!!! I was too confused to be furious though. I continued speaking with Tim who was a nice person throughout the exchange. I then called the towing company to cancel the tow. And proceeded to drive my car the 8.8 miles up the road to Christian Brothers Auto. The car ran FINE. No issues. I hard pressed on the gas a few times to see if the engine would struggle at higher speeds. Nope. It was FINE! They lied to me, straight up and down. CB called me back Monday asking the history and I told them everything that happened with AAA. After checking for two days no issues and that it was likely electrical, wouldnt even waste my money for a diagnostic. In summary, AAA left me thinking I needed to pay upwards of $5,700 to get my motor running leaving out the key detail that it already was running. If I had not asked Craig about this I wouldve had to pay for the tow and possibly a diagnostic at another shop or eat the $5,700 and still come across the same issue. AAA Chastain Park Car Care Plus was dishonest from the beginning and is not to be trusted. I want my money back for the ripoff diagnostic.

Had a very bad experience here. 2 years ago I bought tires here. Last week I came in for a tire rotation, balance, alignment. The lady there told me I need three rims because they were bent and all four new tires. A total of $3,000 dollars. I was really shocked. I told them I would pass on that and went to a dealership instead.The dealership was also shocked and they found nothing wrong with my rims or tires . I will not be going to this AAA location again and warn the public they need to be careful when dealing with them. Perhaps they need to stick to towing and leave the rest to competent and honest folks.

I went to AAA to obtain a international drivers license. It was a very pleasant experience. I felt welcomed and even shared a few laughs with the lady helping me. She asked me of my travels and told me about their promotions. I felt welcomed.

This is my go-to place for car maintenance. They are always friendly and courteous, and I never feel like they are trying to pressure me into services that I dont think (or am not sure) I need. Prices are reasonable. They typically do a good job of communication too to keep you informed. I typically drop off and dont wait on my car there, but if you need need to wait, they have a clean waiting room.

Chris Janson did an amazing job fixing my car. I felt I was in trustworthy hands the whole time. They explained what the issues were without ever selling me unnecessary repairs.

My daughter and I found ourselves 50 miles from home with a dead battery and had no idea the battery decides to stop at the right place and time. I was just outside the parking lot of AAA with a new battery in my back seat and no clue how to get it in my Ford Escape. With no hesitation,a mechanic name Shiheem calmly assessed the situation, and assured me I was in safe hands and he would take care of the battery with no problem. He was kind, honest and kept his promise.Today, when kindness and integrity seem to be in short supply Shiheem was a breath of fresh air during a very frantic moment. Super pleased with the service here! Chris not only made sure my car was taken care of but that I got me a good deal in the process. They installed a set of new tires for me and he diagnosed a hole in my muffler. He advised I go elsewhere and have them do it because it would be cheaper. He even sent me off with a self drawn diagram of exactly what I needed done so there would be no confusion. My family has always trusted this AAA and we will continue to do so, they really do care here.

Amazing customer service. This was my first visit and I went on a friends recommendation. They were not going to have the tire replacement that I needed for 2 days, but due to scheduling issues on my part, they went to go pick it up, drove back with it and installed it in a jiffy. And this was their walk in customer day after Thanksgiving!

Had my alternator go out near Chastain Park and luckily for me I was close to the AAA Chastain Park location! The AAA Chastain Park team was very friendly and gave me the most professional service that I could ask for! The price was very reasonable to get the part replaced, it was completed in a timely manner, and I fully anticipate to come to this location with any of my Car Care needs in the future!

Member services was quick and friendly. They immediately knew what to do and helped out with every thing requested. Parking was ample and facility also has free air for filling tires.

I went to this location today promptly after work to get an international driver’s license (before AAA closes) as I have been doing for past several years every year Before going out of the country. I printed my passport photos at home as I always do and took it there. A really friendly lady at the front desk started helping me, and this other lady named Mary intervened and started being very difficult to deal with.Mary said that the photos aren’t acceptable as the photos weren’t printed on a ‘photo paper.’ I printed on a matte-finish paper instead this time and I’ve used my passport photos that I printed at home to apply for my passport and international passport at this AAA location for years. Nobody said anything about a photo paper being an issue. And Mary interjected herself when the nice lady was helping me already.Mary looked at the paper for a while as if she was trying to critique an art piece. The nice lady’s face said it all, like, ‘Oh, here we go again’ but she seemed like she didn’t want to confront Mary and cause a conflict in front of a customer.There is a CVS nearby for me to print my photos there, but it was almost 30 minutes before closing and there was no way I could make it back to AAA in the rush hour traffic.It could definitely be a quick and easy experience but Mary made it so much more difficult than it had to be for some reason. The nice lady eventually told me she couldn’t help me either.I’ve never experienced this here before and I just wanted to address the issue here. Now I have to go back later and I waste an hour to get here after work. It would take me another 40+ minutes to get home. I would have to repeat this all over again to come get this done, and I hope Mary doesn’t treat anyone else like this.I walked out of AAA and then I walked back in because I felt like this isn’t right. I asked Mary for a manager, and she said there wasn’t one there then with some attitude. She seemed to enjoy making things difficult. She voluntarily wrote her manager’s name and gave it to me. I will definitely be contacting this person or whoever is in charge of AAA Atlanta area.

Wow! After quite a few years the Car Care staff at this location has given me the best service, information, price and smiles that I have ever received dealing with car repairs. The estimates are always right on or less, the turn-around time is always based on my schedule and the wonderful people make me feel like family. We were on the way to get a new car, when my old car started running rough (the car is on its last legs) . We pulled in, and were initially told that they were booked solid, the earliest we could be seen is Monday. However as we were about to leave, a technician came running out, and pulled the car into a bay to do a quick diagnostic. Turns out the car was burning oil. They ended up doing an oil change and coolant refill for free, just to get us up to Roswell. It was a small act that made all the difference.

They did a great job with fixing my tire quickly. It only took them about 15 minutes to get to my location and replace my tire.

Chris and Anthony took great care of me and my car today! No more squeaks and I feel so much better knowing my car and brakes are happy and safe! Another great experience with AAA Car Care - I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

My truck engine light and service light came on at the same time. I called AAA to tow my truck to the AAA care plus center and within 5 mins the tow truck was there and I was shock an amazed how fast this happened. Since it was after hours and center was close, it wasn’t anything that could be done as far as service. The next day the service department diagnosed the problem and told me the cost and let me know that they will order the part and have truck ready the next day. Again early the next day they had the Truck ready to go. What great service and great communication happened at this location.

1 Star is too good for these people. Jim is horrible and treats women like they are mentally challenged. Poor dumb girl what do you know. I visited this shop with 1 issue and before I got home the car broke down, I had to have an additional repair right away so within 2 days, I had 2 visits. Avoid Bo, he is not a good technician. Parts over priced also and they lie and claim they sell to you at cost, cost plus margin. Now, 6 months later, the new radiator, has begun to run hot, and the fan assembly now needs repair, with less than 1000 miles from the initial visit, now the fan assembly just stops. I think this is a disreputable shop with the goal to take your money by essentially destroying your car. For the inconsistent and less than reliable service you would do better visiting your local dealership. I abhor this shop!

They ALWAYS took excellent care my old car, and today they serviced my brand new car for the first time. I came into this location for the first time and Chris Jansen was so helpful. I had no idea how to proceed and was upset. He was calming, informative & helpful.

Just over 2 years ago, I had my car towed by AAA (being an almost 20 year member at the time) and the driver asked if I wanted the car to be brought to the AAA Care Care Plus location in Buckhead. Having trusted AAA for so long, I agreed to this. It turned out I had a blown gasket, which necessitated a replacement engine being installed, which cost $5,800.00Although AAA Car Care Plus now performs work this complex in house, at the time it was something that was outsourced. The work was performed and seemed satisfactory.Fast forward 2 years and my local mechanic noted multiple engine leaks that they were unable to perform and recommended that I bring the car to the dealership. The dealer recommends a full engine reseal, which cost roughly $3,000. While performing the reseal, the mechanic from the dealership is befuddled by my engine having wrong hoses, brittle hoses, hoses connected to wrong areas, many missing and loose bolts and pieces, and an incorrect engine harness being used. At this point, I connected that the engine leaks were due to a substandard repair performed by the Subcontractor that AAA Car Care Plus used.When I presented my concerns about and documentation of the above to the current Facility Manager of AAA Car Care Plus, Marion Brown, my concerns were taken seriously and Mr. Brown submitted to a repair claim on my behalf. Throughout the process, I was kept apprised of the status, which was resolved within 4 - 6 weeks after being referred up to the Area Manager. The remedy that I asked for was to be reimbursed for the expenses that AAA Car Care Plus would have incurred had I brought the car here instead of to the dealership when the multiple engine leaks were discovered. Although this refund was significantly less than the Engine Reseal cost incurred by me at the Dealership, that was my fault for not making the connection between the engine replacement and the multiple leaks and bringing the car to AAA Car Care Plus first.I was extremely impressed with how AAA Car Car Plus handled the above situation, especially because I was outside of the 2 year warranty on the Engine Replacement. With AAA Car Care Plus now performing more complex auto repairs in house, the above situation caused by the Subcontractor could not happen to a customer who brought their car in today for a repair.This facility truly embodies and exemplifies the trust that I have had in AAA Motor Club for now over 20 years. AAA Car Care Plus stood behind their work and acted in a manner that is synonymous with the good will that AAA has earned with generations of drivers. I highly recommend that you place your trust in them as well.

I can’t tell you how amazing Chris and his team at AAA Chastain Park Car care plus are! They are fast, honest, kind, and respectful. As a young woman knowing NOTHING about cars, I tend to feel taken advantage of, but Chris and his guys are hands down the only people I will ever see about me car.Car troubles are inevitable, seeing a terrible mechanic isn’t.Go see these guys, you won’t be disappointed!

My 2012 Nissen Murano needed a new compressor. Chris was my service rep- he was very articulate about each item I needed and the labor charge. He went the extra mile to get me the best price for this pricey work.I left the shop feeling confident about the work and high level customer service.

Every time Ive come here they provide a great service. John and some of the other guys there are fantastic and great with following up and offering a 5 star customer service experience.I have been there several times and never felt like they ever tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars or try to pressure me into buying something I didnt need which I have certainly experienced in other car care centres. Even when I had misunderstanding with them, they were extremely reasonable and understanding. I admire when a business is able to own up to a mistake, apologise and fix it. I am so happy to have this amazing care care centre with a fantastic team near by.

My car was slow to start and I thought it might be the battery. I stopped by this store on my way to work. They were so gracious and worked me in, tested my battery (it was leaking acid and low charged) and replaced it all in a very reasonable amount of time. I am so thankful and appreciative. Good guys.

Ive been coming to AAA Chastain for car service since they first opened. Awesome job they do there. Even on the RARE occasion there is a hiccup, they make things right. All of our familys cars are serviced there. Highly recommended!!!

Got a bolt stuck in the tire on vacation traveling though georiga. Although it was a 2 1/2 hour wait they completed it and help as quickly as they could to get us on the way. The inside is very nice and would be handy in Florida .

My grandparents and parents have always preached how wonderful AAA is with service and putting the customer first. I couldn’t disagree more. The GM assured me my car would be serviced today, it’s been 5 hours and it is untouched. This is the THIRD and FINAL chance this place gets from me. As you can tell, the last two visits have been similar. Time is not important and the technicians at the front desk are disrespectful. Either the GM is out of touch with how much work his techs have or the techs need to step it up. To be honest, I am sure it is a combination of the two. An attitude adjustment would do the front desk reps some good. Drop the atttitide. You are in customer service. If you don’t like your current career, get a new one or learn to get in line. Way to defame a classic reputation AAA Sandy Springs!

Always helpful people, shop is clean and they give reasonable prices. I went in because my lights werent working and instead of overcharging some operation, the employee gave some great advice on how to fix the problem for cheap on my own since the technicians were out. Just really great people, very happy!

Not very professional. I wanted to give this place a try as I had never been there and it was just around the corner. I went in for a brake job on the front, which I know I needed by the mileage and to have the belts changed. I knew what the price should be, as I have this performed many times. The sales rep/ manager gave me a price that was high, I told them I would just take it somewhere else. So they came down 100.00 on the price. I said fine go ahead. I had to bring back my car 3 times to have the belts adjusted each time I was not given priority and had to wait 4 hours. The mechanic could not figure out that the brand of belt that they used on the alternator was just a little too big, which was causing the constant slippage. The sad part is that the mechanic new the belt was slipping as it slipped on every crank up, but I guess he was hoping somehow that I was not going to notice, they called me and said the car was ready for me to pick up. The mechanic could not have drove the car out of the bay with the belt slipping when he cranked it up but still tried to play it off. Next to offset the price reduction that they gave me they used inferior brake pads. I have never had my brake pads last less than 30,000 miles but the ones that they put in only last 20,000. I looked at the pads when I took it to Firestone and they had nothing left on them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I need an International Drivers License and carefully set aside time to get one today (a Saturday). But AAA, with no notice at all, closed all of their stores in the Atlanta area for the entire Saturday for a meeting. I sure hope it was important, because it caused me lots of trouble.

Took our manual here when the clutch went bad. They quoted well over $2,000 which anyone with a manual knows is just absurd. As I started calling around to find a more reasonable quote, they immediately offered to do the work for $1,200 saying they could have it done tomorrow, clearly just trying to get my business. After reading these reviews, there wasnt a chance I was risking my car at this place.

Really amazing customer service. Theresa is one of the most pleasant people Ive encountered, and she gave me great prompt service. Dont often walk out of business establishments with a smile on my face, but here it was all I could do.

Chris Jason & Craig Silverman are the best guys to do business with at AAA. Finding a trustworthy environment to repair your car, and maintenance maintenance is extremely important. The AAA Chastain Park location is the best.

AAA Bucchead is my go to place whenever I want to book a quick get-away; and my personal contact at this particular location is Claire Murdock. I just recently booked the ultimate vacation to Hawaii and of course my go to person was the Fabulous Claire Murdock. This trip was for the ultimate vacation, my honeymoon. Claire took care of everything that was needed for this very special trip...airfare, transfers, hotel stay and so much more...all my husband I had to do was show up and the rest was taken care of for us. If you ever need assistance with booking a trip, please give her a call; yes the internet can help you, but their is nothing like the personal attention of a travel agent...Claire ROCKS!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE AND PATRONIZE THIS POOR SERVICE CENTER the manager Jim talks in circles and is completely unprofessional. They had my car sitting in the shop never diagnosed or looked at it. I had to follow up just to get a response. I’ll be writing to corporate about this incident. Glad this happened and I didn’t get to the point of them touching my car at all. And I will be getting on social media to alert other potential customers to bring their business elsewhere

Chris Janson welcomed me as I showed up early for my appt and guided me through the process since this was the first time I had service done there.
