These guys are the most trust worthy and talented around! NEED-A-MOTOR (theyre no longer Bens and havent been in years) does so much more than just motors. I highly recommend!

Been coming here since I was a freshman in college (2017) very affordable and reasonable for me. I thought they would try to scam me bc I’m a young lady but they were nice and got right to work. I consulted my parents with everything and so far for the past 3 years they have been doing great for my little hooptie.

The worst and most horrible experience Ive ever had with any company. This company should be shutdown permanently for rip offs and fraudulence. The manager is rude, very condescending and unbelievably deceitful. I had my vehicle towed here and decided to have it re-towed elsewhere due to the unprofessional experience. The manager did not relinquish my car keys. I literally had to call authorities. I offered to pay him the towing fee, but the manager was dissatisfied and decided to increase my service charge. He charged me for diagnostics services that was never done. After the long hassle of disputing the charges. I decided to pay using my credit card. The manager then tells me he does not accept credit cards. I had to pay cash money to spare me the mercy of the unprofessional agony. I was ripped off intentionally. they refused to give me paperwork of the services they allegedly completed. I left and never looked back. Please drive past this place and spare yourself the burdens.

Spare yourself the hassle and problems that may arise from using Bens auto services. I had some repairs done here and was overcharged. The owner does not do the work he uses random guys from the parking lot just like auto zone. Arrogance doesnt make it any better. I would not do it again I was charged $350 for something that costs $150. Never again.

There were Alot of people walking away from this service all because of him.
