So appalling I walked out and didnt even get my nails done. I went in for a specific design to be done on my nails and it would have been my first time getting acrylics. When I walked in (on time) my nail tech was getting her own nails done and had me wait 15 minutes before she addressed me so she could finish up. Then when I expressed that I dont typically get acrylics and needed help with the color and whatnot, she gave me attitude. This whole thing transpired with her not wearing mask and when I asked if she would sanitize the station prior to our appointment starting I again got an attitude. To me thats just standard pandemic or not. Gross and unprofessional.

What a treat~ I got a very relaxing facial: excellent products, Lee is knowledgeable and so sweet, great space & soothing music. Also got the best manicure of my life. Definitely what my skin and I needed, & will go again! :D

The owner did my nails and she was late to the appointment, failed to mention to me prior to my appointment I would need to pay with cash, made me walk to get cash in the middle of doing my nails. My design was uneven, poorly done, bubbles all over the nail, I went back to try and have her fix one and she was rushed and it came out worse than before. She also charged an outrageous price. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Amazing! Had a girls birthday trip to Ashland and got pedicures here! They were super nice and treated us like family. Super fancy salon massage chairs! They also got us in last minute! My toes look perfect and feet are baby soft! Will absolutely come back!

I’ve been going here for years. It’s kinda spendy but the quality is awesome and Lee is phenomenal. It’s a wonderful way to spend an hour or so; pedicure, foot massage, and champagne to boot!

Lee is an excellent Nail tech! She did mine and my friends nails in an hour. I got acrylics and my friend got gels and Lee switched back an forth so neither of us were waiting on the other.She is amazing at acrylics, she does them thin and not bulky and that makes them look cleaner and more elegant. I will definitely go here again just to have Lee do my nails!

They charge outrageous prices. And they dont do good work. My nails were uneven and clearly not done well. She literally refused to do the design I asked for. And I paid more than I ever have.

At Chloe’s salon I experienced the most friendly atmosphere... the girls are professionals and very talented artist not only I get my nails done 💅 I also get my Brazilian waxing and my threading 🧵 eye brows and my facials and Drew the new hair stylish has been keeping my hair beautiful and healthy Chloe’s salon takes care of me from head to toe, couldn’t live w out my Chloe’s organic treatments .

The owner Lee runs a very clean, always professional, business with top quality organic products. She and all the staff are always pleasant and do excellent work. I get Brazilian waxing, microdermabrasion, facials, manicures and pedicures regularly. I have never been disappointed.Do schedule a few days to a week in advance. Theyre always busy.

Went in super excited for a pedicure after a long day working on my feet. Instead I felt ignored and like I was inconveniencing my pedicurist. Definitely not worth the $61 for a massage with no pressure and a nail polish change. Will not return, nor recommend to friends.

Really disappointed!! the lady who was going to do my hair told me the way I wanted to cut my hair wouldnt look good when I have had my hair cut that way in the past and it has been my favorite haircut. So I said bye before she cut my hair. She tried to tell me how my hair was going to look when I already know how it looks. She tried to be friendly about it though

This place is the worst salon ever!! Me and my friends went in to get our nails done and in the middle of my friend getting her nails done the lady decided to stop and go get lunch. And then after I waited an hour she started working on my other friends nails and made me wait another hour. All she did was remove my nails and the wait was so long I decided I wasn’t gonna get my nails done cause I was so hungry and the lady that went and got lunch made me pay her $15 just to clip my nails... it was unfair especially since I waited so long and the lady knew I was upset after the first hour

The owner yelled at my family and I when we came with a dissatisfaction of the nails i got done for homecoming i hadn’t even left the building and the paint was smudged all over and a nail had already been cracked we simply wanted simply wanted a refund and it was refused. Well sadily we won’t be going back there
