They are never on time- showed up for an 1130am appointment and was told they needed “at least an hour” as they were still working on people who had 10am appointments. The literal point of an appointment is to be able to plan around it- which you can’t do if they are constantly running behind. Quality is great but not worth the frustration of never being able to get in when you’re scheduled.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Hank gave me my beautiful hands back after I had been Karened by another shop. As a newcomer to the area, Im thrilled to have found this salon. Clean, friendly, beautifully decorated, highly skilled and creative techs who listen to your preferences. This place has it all.

I went here for about 2 years but GUESS WHAT? I stopped going because every time I made an appointment and arrived, I ended up having to still wait a good 30 minutes AT LEAST before being seen. The last time I went, I waited over one hour. That was my last and final time.

I have went there before plenty of times and my experience has never been so bad. i had the girl do my nails this time and she was on the phone with someone the whole time nor even paying attention to me not to mention completely stopped in the middle of doing my nails so she could check her phone, i paid $58 ans she gave me the wrong shape, the wrong design and i’ve had these nails on for two days and my pointer finger nail already popped off. Below i’ll add a Pinterest picture of what i asked for vs what i got.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Two times that i’ve gotten my nails done here the color of the polish has been totally different from the color i picked out on the nail sheet. This last time was the very worst. I wanted almond shape nails and they weren’t completed rounded and my hands have two different nail lengths, one longer than the other. I wanted pink tips but the paint job is sloppy and uneven and see-through in some places because they only did one coat. some of the nails are also lifting already or just have thin sloppy acrylic peeling off at the top and i got them done just yesterday. If this is your only option for nails i would suggest recommending Hank when you make the appointment.

I got my nails done by Hank and 1000000% recommend. I love them, this is the best set I have gotten but far. He promised Pinterest quality nails and that is exactly what I got. I know the picture isnt the best but i am no photographer.

Just got a manicure, not sure of his name a nice guy but his work is not so great, made me bleed. My daughter had him las time did the same to her. The lady that works there is great.

Had an apt waited over 45mins. Got up to leave and was the first question asked of me the entire time, You cant wait. I replied No,because Ive already waited almost and hour and I made an appointment. Wont go there ever AGAIN!

Hank is hands down the best, I did have to wait an hour after my appointment to get my bails done but we’ll worth the wait!! They even stayed open later to get my nails done. I don’t go anywhere else

I always have great experiences at this salon. The staff are friendly and welcoming as soon as I walk in the door. Hank, however, is amazing! He makes me laugh, hes so friendly, and hes also a talented artist. I will be seeing him again for my next Mani/pedi! Thanks Hank! (Check out the awesome ombré he did)!

Got nails done Monday may 24th and on Thursday may 27th some of them started chipping, I was out of town for a few days and couldnt go back to have them fixed so tried to call twice today and no answer to see if my nails could be fixed. Im very disappointed as I paid alot of money to have these done, I will not be back. Place was beautiful and people were nice I just got poor quality

Hank is absolutely amazing he takes his job very seriously he takes so much pride in what he does he did my first ever ombré nails and I couldn’t be any more happier with the results I got high quality nails for half the price I would most definitely recommend hank to anyone who wants amazing service I will always request hank to do my nails!!!

Worst experience I have had at a nail salon. Guy who did my nails was clearly in a rush. Was sloppy with polish and was all over my hands and around my nails after he was done. Completely butchered my cuticles to where he actually cut my skin. Cut WAY too deep when trimming my toe nails on the sides to where I was actually tearing up in the chair. Is entirely too rough when dealing with the skin around nails. Will not be visiting again. Paid 100 dollars to get a very mediocre job done and get jabbed on my hands and toes

Love this salon! It is clean, efficient and professional. Yet the staff are personable, friendly, and funny! I love coming here. I feel like Im hanging out and relaxing. Hank is awesome and my go to guy to do my nails now. I just got a set today for the first time in years. I came here previously. Once with my best friends. Two of us got pedis and the other got acrylics. My friend that got acrylics absolutely loved Hank so I am very happy I got to have the same experience today. He is super chill and loves to make you laugh. When getting pedis they really take concern in the care of your feet. They are very thorough with cleaning, shaping, and honestly taking care of your overall foot health. Never have I experienced such service before. I am so happy that they are local and I now have an awesome place so close to me.

I made an apt with Hank and he was ready for me when I showed up 10 minutes early! I always enjoy the work he does on my nails! I get acrylic and I can go a good two and a half weeks without getting them refilled! Highly recommend this place and HANK! Love my nails and this salon! 😁

Wonderful place with great people! I get acrylics; let me tell you, these bad boys stay put for 2+ weeks and show no sign of breaking. Hank does amazing work ombré, marbling, gorgeous designs, etc. 10/10 recommend

UPDATE: Had to edit this again. I went back after having the gel polish issue. The same person who did my gel nails said they didn’t last because my nails were too thin (even though she’s the one who originally did them). She said to try powder and now 2 weeks later one has pooped off. I wanted to like this place because it’s so nice inside, but 2 strikes now after spending a decent amount of money is discouraging when powder is supposed to last even longer.Kind of torn about this place. Had a pedicure this summer and it was wonderful. Had gel polish applied recently and one nail started to chip and soon after 4 nails had cracked. I’ve never had this problem with gel nails although this is the first time I’ve had them done here. Everything is very clean though which is nice.Added note: I will certainly go back and give it another try. I did find that everyone was very nice and cleanliness is important. Maybe it was just a one time occurrence.

It was very clean. We were welcomed and offered mask. We both felt like the nail technicians took care of us. They were funny and pleasant to talk with. It was our first time and we will go back.

I came today with two other girls. They got pedicures and I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish. My technician Hank was amazing. super friendly and funny and he did very thorough work on my nails. The place was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. All the staff seem super friendly. My friends love their pedicure. I definitely will be coming back. I think I found my new favorite nail salon.

I had a gel manicure and it wasnt even 5 days old then it cracked and peeled. At least three fingers. For the price they charge I figured it would be more sustainable.Also they do not do a soak for acrylics, they peel them off of your fingers. :(

Got in right away. He was honest about shapes and such that wouldn’t look right at the length. Did a great job. He was extremely easy to talk to and funny haha.

Got my nails done two days ago. My technician was very rough on my fingers and even made one of them bleed. I got a matte top and it is very bubbly and already peeling after two days.

Have been going to this salon for years for both nails & pedicures. Never disappointed, they do fabulous work. Very friendly & beautiful salon.

I first got my nails done about two weeks ago and they looked wonderful and everyone was very friendly. Very beautiful salon as well. I came back today for a fill and fix on one of my nails that had broken off... it was about 7 o’clock because I was running behind (I hate being that person who comes in close to closing) im unsure of his name (he was the one who did my nails the first time) but he seemed very rushed and not until I got home did I realize that he never top coated one of my nails... I will be back but hopefully next time i don’t feel so rushed.

From what I understand about this nail place, you only want the two men who work here. I had a lady (she did not have name tag or tell me her name). The woman made me feel bad about not getting gel and was overall not the nicest person to talk to. I tried to be nice, but her answers were so clipped, I got the feeling she did not like me or thought I was not valid in not wanting my acrylics to have gel. (I change my nail polish at home all the time and my nails grow super fast so spending an extra 5-10 dollars every two weeks when I get a fill or new set adds up!) I had to change my color three times because she kept from me that the polishes I chose were gel until I eventually asked (thank goodness it was before she polished because I am thinking she wanted to trick me into getting gel when I said at the very beginning I want regular polish). And honestly I was not happy with how my nails looked at the end. Also it does not say anywhere that different shapes are extra (which I am technically saving you guys product by getting a thinner shape because you are using less monomer) and I did not find out I had to pay extra until after everything was done:). I am really sad I had to spend $50 to get a set of nails that I did not like and that I felt terrible the whole time I was there.

I took my 8yo for a mani/pedi for her birthday. We went on a week night and it wasnt busy. We had a really good time. Clean and sanitary. There was a lot of booths and chairs for pedicures.

Im not satisfied they do cleaned my nail.never clean much also the dry skin in the the side of my nail,and i dont want like that have a gap between the acrylic and the side of my skin nail.then so expensive...i never come back in this place again..

Do not set appointments if you can’t manage your time to keep them! I made an appointment at 10am for noon, show up and was told “be about 40 minute!” Umm appointments are set for a reason! I will take my service elsewhere!

Will never go there again they tried to say 3 full sets of Acrylic nails was a $145 but I told them that was wrong so they said it was a $127 I paid it but I will never go back there again..
