I asked for dip powder full set, the price list on the wall listed the price for that service as $40. I chose a color and waited a bit. They were busy, so I didn’t mind the wait. They tried to skip me in line, but the woman who they were going to skip me for corrected them. I didn’t think much of it, I thought that it was just a mistake. The man who did my nails actually did a pretty good job from what I can tell, even through it’s only been 5 hours, and he made them the correct length and shape that I asked for. I was planning to pay the $40 and tip $10, because I was actually really pleased with how my nails look. One of my pinky nails is wonky, but having done a full set with dip powder on myself, I know that it’s difficult on that nail because it is crooked. When I go up to the front to pay, the woman tells me it’s $53. I asked why, and she said it’s $50 plus tax. I said that I got dip powder full set and the sign on the wall says $40. She said that he charged me $50. I repeated that it wasn’t what the sign says. She said that is for short nails, and I got long nails (they aren’t long). Again I repeated that it wasn’t want the sign said and that I was planning to tip on top of the $40. She took off the $3 for tax and said it was just going to be $50. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I paid and left without leaving a tip. In the end, they got less from me than if they had charged their advertised price. Had he told me it would have been $10 more when he asked the length, or if the sign had specified different prices for different lengths, that would have been one thing, but that’s not the case. The woman who took my card also tried to get me to sign without filling in the tip and total portion of the receipt. That really bothered me after the discrepancy in price. I did fill it in, but will definitely be monitoring my card for fraudulent activity.

Ive gone there for years and was perfectly pleased. After covid I go n talked my friend is not going there instead of her regular and our nails are horrible. Toes are fine. Polish on fingernails crackled the next day !!! It was a french mani ... On my real nails. I hadnt done anything except laundry n run dishwasher . Ill never go back .. I noticed the next day he did a very sloppy job .. me not knowing what they were giggling about.. then Ill left a good tip. Im very disappointed. And shocked . Horrible job on my nails

They charged my card $279 for 2 pedis & nails. & my 10 ur old daughter got regular polish. 2 days after getting nails done, they started coming off

4 of my daughters nails were still bleeding 40 minutes after damaged in salon. the painted nails were uneven, had fuzz, gouges, missing on sides; looked like 5 year old did them. I can’t believe they charged us.

My nails were absolutely nothing like I asked. The woman who did my nails was sloppy and acted like she was rushing to get them done instead of spending time on them (I got a full set of acrylics and was done before my friend who got regular polish with a design). I was very dissatisfied with the outcome of my nail design and just the way the nails were applied in general. The woman glued some of them on crooked and the paint job didn’t even go to the edge of my nails. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.

My girlfriend got her nails done here and they looked completely different than they should have and she had used this place before and they turned out fine. When she said she didnt like them he wanted her to pay the 40 dollars and then charge 10 dollars more to remove them, they didnt charge the 40 dollars but still charged to remove it. The older guy who works there, or maybe is the owner I am not sure, was very aggressive in his manners and how he spoke to her and even made her finger bleed from aggressive scratching off the paint after it soaked after talking aggressive and being visably mad. I talked to the man after and he insisted he knew what he was doing and she didnt know what she wanted. Even said if customers dont like the nails he nornally clips them off and sends them on their way. Horrible experience, get your nails done somewhere else because if you dont like the service, you either pay, or get the paint scratched off so bad you bleed.

Went here because Hannahs is closed on the weekend. Worst nail job Ive ever had and the guy gets angry with you when you try to explain what you want over what he wants to do. My nails have jagged edges and theres not even color on parts of my nails. The clearcoat is missing in patches which looks horrible over black. Over priced and bad quality.

I asked for purple.. came out with dark red. The guy that did my nails did ok but he was rough as Ill get out. When he was buffing my nails he hit my finger and it started bleeding. If my finger was in the way. He would smack it. Do not get your nails done here. Waist of money.

There was a new tech named Gina. Very professional, went the extra mile, took her time to listen to what I wanted. Great job and great price. Be sure to ask for Gina when you go in. Wont be disappointed!

Worst nail job i have ever had i havent had my nails 2 weeks and they gave already poped off i paid 50 dollars for gel nails and didnt even get that i will never go back there again.

After I got my nails done here, because my regular lady was booked, my nails were not done correctly. My hair got stuck under the nails, which means they werent done right. Waste of money. Find somewhere else to go, you deserve better!

He was fast but that is the only positive. Nails were unevenly shaped. One is jagged. One is crooked. Gobs of acrylic left under the nails. Paint job was terrible. One nail is already falling off after just a week. My niece got gel polish and one peeled off after just 2 days. Don’t waste your money.

I went to your location and got dip powdered nails and a pedicure with gel nail polish. The man that did my nails did a poor job. They broke in 2 days. I came back to fix the broke nail that snagged my clothes and the lady did not do a good job fixing the broke nail and it broke and several other nails broke in a day and a half. It was terrible, my skin was sticking to the nail. They never cleaned off the excess dip powder around my skin and cuticles it just was a poor job the pedicure was good except the colors I wanted you didnt have. Also the other person that does pedicures got in an argument with a client and talk badly about her after she left.

Went in for a full set and a pedicure, She cut my toes nails super short and rushed to pain them didn’t bother putting the things to separate the toes nor give them time to dry, My full set was dip powder, She also rushed with those, all my nails fell off within 24hrs . After I spend 74$ here, they are cheap and a bunch of rip offs . Worst place I ever got my nails done !! I’ve been getting them done since I was 16 .

They wouldn’t give me the length I wanted and they cut almost all my fingers. The person that done my nails was very nice. But I have never gotten my nails done and it hurt that bad!

I have been coming here for years purely because of the atmosphere and the price. The nails are rarely, if ever, what I ask for. They are usually pretty chunky and gross looking when I leave, and start falling off by the two week mark. But, if you’re on a budget and aren’t too picky about your nails, this is the place for you! Sunny is a great guy and he does mine and my mother’s nails when we go there. They aren’t the best, but he does care about his customers and that is why I’m giving it 3 stars. If they could make them more natural looking and find a way to make them not fall off after a week and a half, I would give them a 5/5. Also, the lady owner is kind of rude.

I went for a pedicure, and my experience was great. It wasnt my usual salon, since mine was booked for the next few weeks, but the kady that did my pedicure was nice, professional, and very accurate. She was thorough and my nails turned out perfect, just like my normal salon. For $30 I got my cuticles clipped, nails trimmed and filed, painted and polished, a foot massage in a massage chair, and my feet pomiced. She was very hygienic. Overall, my experience was pleasant. Worst manicure Ive ever had.

I had my nails done. Within a week they was coming off breaking. I was even able to take them off when they became lose. And acrylic dosent come off that easy. That was the worst place I have ever been to

I can not believe how rude these people were, and with absolutely no regard towards client satisfaction. I asked for a colored acrylic nail, instead the lady gave me regular french tipped. While I was drying my nails the other lady kept asking me to pay, to which I proceeded to explain my nails were not completely done yet. During this conversation the initial lady that did my nails started work on another client and kept saying I was finished. Also the price was dramatic and not worth it. Word of advice: DO NOT GO THERE EVER.

I would give negative stars or zero, the woman who had done my nails took over an hour just to do acrylic nails, I repeatedly told her I wanted them painted and she just kept saying white tip, so I just agreed because I didn’t know the difference, she kept saying they were long, like she was judging how long I wanted my nails to be, when she started to put a clear coat over the white tips I told her I wanted them black and she looked upset saying I said white tip not color and I had to explain to her that when I said I wanted them painted I meant color. I actually wanted to get pink and black but didn’t want to be difficult so I just picked black, to be easier, so then I told her I just wanted regular black polish, she then painted them with dark glittery purple GEL polish. So then I was over charged. The sign in the store say acrylics are 25.00 and to add gel is 5.00 more which would be 30.00, well she ended up charging me 40.00. Then a few days later the gel was already chipping off then maybe a day after the gel was chipping off TWO nails came off! I didn’t even want to go back and have to deal with all this so I just removed the remaining nails off and will never be returning. Dianne I think was her name.

Yesterday was probably the fourth time I’ve ever had my nails done. Decided to go to this place in the mall since I was already there. TERRIBLE decision, never again. He would not make them short, nails are uneven and woke up today to them having ripples.?!. Now I have to wait until a day off to go have these ugly things fixed. Negative stars.!.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Made 4 trips back because my gel polish started to peel within hours of leaving. Then the man named Sonny told me there was nothing wrong with my nails, told me he was gonna charge me extra for fixing them!!! This is the worst place to go!! On the last color change, I asked for regular polish, to avoid the peeling he cut my fingers in two places, because Im pretty sure he was mad. This place is HORRIBLE!!! Now I have regular polish, with bubbles, and my square nails are all messed up from him throwing a tantrum. NEVER go to this place. I wish I could post a picture of what my nails look like. Worst set of nails I’ve had. One nail wasn’t even connected to the top of my original nail, so the tech just trimmed my original nail down so you couldn’t tell-that nail popped off after a week along with another one. The guy was rough. I almost got up and walked out in the middle because the pain was too much to handle.

Worst acrylics Ive ever gotten. I decided to treat my mother so we went out to get our nails done on me. No joke the next day both of our nails had broken in places. These acrylics are paper thin and terrible. I had them pick the design because I normally like when the nail tech gets creative. She no joke put 2 dots and some weird clumpy glitter coat. 60 bucks for both sets. They need to change their name to bottom nails.

I wouldn’t even give them one star! Worst nails I’ve ever received ! They should be reported to the better business bureau. My daughters acrylic nails broke the next day! There are gaps between the tips and my natural nails its horrible.

Wish I could give a -5. I went to get my nails done in Ashland.. a 30 minute drive from me. Was gonna go here cause I was already at the town center... I went in and they told me I’d have an hour wait, so I told them I’d put my name on the list and come back in a hour. I go back and then they tell me I’d have a 5 minute wait. That I could sit and wait. Then told me to come back again tomorrow and get my nails done cause there was just a walk in that got there before me.. I told them I wrote my name down and went shopping for an hour and I came back before the hour was up. And they still refused to help me. Worst customer service. I went else were who took Me in 15 minutes before they closed.

Verry choppy! I had my nails done by the man named Sonny. Went to get almond shaped nails and some of my nails are not only crooked but also the tips of my nails are uneven. I was charged 40 dollars for the Crystals to cover one of my five nails and not only did the guy not cover the whole nail but a couple of my crystals are upside down. Plus to add on that my nails have bubbles in them . very displeased with my service and definitely will not be going back.

My experience, sadly to say wasnt at all to my expectations. One of my nails are crooked, all of them are crinkled/rippled, they never asked the shape I wanted, and most of my nails dont even have all of the top coat on them.So of all the places Ive been, unfortunately, I dont think this was worth my money given.

They do not do very good jo.,i took my friend there and her nails were scratched,different shaped,and the one she wanted to do her nails,refused and let a unqualified person do them,and messed them all up,it was definately not worth 30.00,and i will never go back to Top Nails,i would Recommend China Hpuse in Grayson,Ky,they are much more qualified and do a great job....much better than top nails at ashland town center

A complete waste of money and time! The most expensive fill and pedicure I have ever had and the worst. Paid extra for the gel which after two days is all peeling. The pedicure was terrible, no soaking, no massaging and no scrubbing of the feet or even lotion. Ridiculous!

There is no way every I would go back to this place. They lied to my mother. She uses gel nails. She went to them and asked if they did gel nails, they said yes. They then proceeded to use a dremal to remove her old gel (needs to be soaked off in acetone) The dremel became VERY hot as they left it too long. They then proceed to put product on her nails. Normaly gel nails last 2 weeks or longer. They only need to be redone as your nails grow and leave the space. HER GEL JOB LASTED 3 DAYS !!! I took her back and said Do you do gel nails? To which they said, We do gel shellac, same thing. NO IT ISNT !!! I am reporting them to the state and have requested my money back from American Express whO is happy to do so. DO NOT GO HERE- DO NOT GO HERE -DO NOT GO HERE ....oh and by ohe way DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
