Absolutely amazing customer service, super friendly and chatty unlike other local nail salons I hv been to in our area. Thea sid a gorgeous job on my nails, exactly what I wanted. They take the time to be sure you like them. Ill for sure be back.Oh an another thing they are so mu h cheaper what I got dont there tonight Id have paid probably around $20-30 more anywhere else in Ashland/ Russell area.

Yes you did give me my money back. But you was rude and handle the situation wrong. I didnt even ask for my money back. I did however asked you to apply the money toward a new set but you wanted to argue with me on it. I know regular color doesnt last long like others but you up charge me more money for regular nail polish that looked awful and I even said to you that wasnt good. I know your work is better than that I am strongly disappointed on the professionalism and I wasnt happy. Like I told you before I wont step back into your salon! I wish your business success and hope you and thea take care

I love Kim Nail 2 and I always get special treatment. Good products, lots colors to choose from. I have always been treated like a queen. If I break a nail, they fix it no charge, if I chip one, they fix it. I Would highly recommend Kim Nails 2 to anyone.

Awesome experience. I have been to 3 other shops within the last few months. It depends on the area we are working in, on where I go. I can promise you I won’t go anywhere else, very happy with the dipping powder they did on my nails, and my pedicure was great. 5 stars all the way

They do a fantastic job every time. I have several salons near and allows drive a few extra minutes to them. Sometimes I simply walk in with a picture, David and Thea make it happen. Won’t go anywhere else.

Every other Saturday I am here to get my nails done. My SNS nails always look fabulous for a great price.— and they’re quick to repair any time I break a nail. I am always happy with the service and atmosphere. David and his staff take care of me every time I am in. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for my nails for a couple months now and I have loved every set they have done! They work hard to make sure you are happy with your nails. I love that I can show them a picture of what I want and they do their best to recreate it! My last set is my favorite! Thea did an amazing job on the puzzle piece design I asked for! I couldn’t wait to show them off! If you are looking for a new nail tech I highly recommend trying Kim’s nails 2 on 13th street! I went twice and showed her a picture of the design I wanted she said she could do it & when she finished it didn’t look like the picture what I want at all. My pedicure was very bad too. The pedicure chair was dirty and old. Never again for this place

My fiancé and her family love this place! The environment is nice and relaxing. They are always accommodating to the type of nails and designs. My fiancé is pretty picky with shapes and colors- they have a great options for colors too. I got a full set and pedicure. Very nice hospitality and they made sure there was no dings in my paint!

Called ahead to see how much a full set cost was told $25 however was charged $40. Ok, so... Had my nails done on Monday before I left for a travel nurse assignment. By Wednesday I had a nail come off it was frustrating but no biggie theres a nail shop right in front of my hotel had it replaced and now Im set. I go to do my shopping for the week and get back to my room and look and see ANOTHER nail is off... Smh ..i just went and had this one replaced also. Never again will I come to this nail salon. The woman with the baby did a subpar job and pretty sure overcharged me.
