My sister and I went here for pedicures yesterday. Im pregnant and cant reach my toes so I wanted them to look cute for spring. We choose this place because we had never been and wanted to try it out. Our pedis were done by two older men. They were nice guys, but they rushed the whole process and did not do a very good job. Its like they were ready to get it over with. We got gel polish on out toes so it would last. Two of mine peeled off today and her polish didnt even fully cover her whole nail. We paid $47 a piece for pretty much nothing. Next time Ill be going to Kims Nails so I can have relaxing experience with a 10 minute leg massage and all for $45.

Exquisite always does a nice job. Im always happy when I walk out the door. Ty do much for taking your time out to take care of me

I usually go to the location by Dunhams, which is amazing, but I decided to give this location a try. White tips with a design on the third finger. Over 1 1/2 hours later, he finely gets done. Gentleman was very courteous but very obviously new at the job, he kept shortening the nails trying to make them completely uniform. By the time he was done, my nails were very short and after 10 tries he got a design (that looked like a 2 year old had drawn it) People were coming in after me and still getting done before me. Never again, lesson learned, Ill go back to the other location.

I got a full set put on yesterday and less than 24 hours later my polish is bubbling and pealing!

Staff was very friendly but top layer of my acrylics started bubbling and coming off within a few days 😔

I literally just got my nails done yesterday. The shape isn’t even on any nails, the ones on my middle fingers are lifted up by my cuticle. Random spots in polish. Will not go back.... very unhappy 😩

Worst nails I’ve ever got in my life. A four year old could have painted them better! Not to mention how expensive they are. My day to relax and do something for myself turned into an expensive waist of time.

I can only tell you from a visitor, watching my daughter and her mother get their nails done!The people were friendly, the store was clean! It took around 30-45mins to do the two of them! It was my first time being in a nail salon, so the smell(which is probably normal) kinda gave me a headache! Great reasonable place! Their nails looked awesome!

They done wonderful. Very friendly, they wanted to be out by 3 and they never acted as if there were in a hurry. Its beautiful in there as well. Im very pleased

I went here because they were closer to where I live than the place I normally go to. I wanted a fill in with the Tiger Eye/Cat Eye design. The guy that did my nails was about 40ish maybe older which is fine. However, he was very aggressive, I understand they work quickly but the attitude and actions he expressed were not welcoming. When he finished and hustling through, he asked me if I like. I looked at them and was very disappointed to see just the polish i chose and a very, very vague hint of whiteness, nothing like the design I showed and expressed to him. But it was after closing, and even if I did complain, I wasn’t up to the discussion of him and his peers in a language I could not understand. For all I know, they could cuss me out and I would have no clue. So upon checking out, he said the price was 40.00!!! I would have been fine with paying this and did so without complaint, but a fill in, 40.00, no design I asked for, ridiculous!!! I will wait a day or so longer and drive the distance next time. Very disappointed!!☹️

Always a great experience! Reasonably priced. I recently brought my 4 year old granddaughter in to get her nails painted and they were really good with her. She loved it!

I have went here a couple times before to get my nails done for events but this time will be my last.My mother and I came to get our nails done for our beach trip. She got Acrylics and a Pedicure and i just got a Gel Manicure. The man doing my nails was an older man, not sure of age range or name. I have had him do my nails before, not particularly my favorite but had gotten the job done before. He is very cut and dry, no conversation or anything, and if he needs you to fix your hand position, he does not ask but roughly jerks your hand around til it is in a position good enough for him. He did not fix my cuticles and did not lotion my hands afterwards like the ladies next to me had gotten. He also kept coughing in my face (had his mask on but still didn’t cover his mouth, gross.) Not to mention, the GEL POLISH came off my nails before my 5 day trip was over.After My mom and I were both finished, she had paid for both of us on card. There are multiple signs around the shop asking for cash, which I find rude in a way, but neither of us carry cash. We were told by the man that did my mothers’ nails that it would be $55 for her and $25 for me. We paid on card but since there is no tip line, we could not tip and from my experience I did not want to. We thanked the men, got in the car, and was pulling out when THE OLDER MAN CHASED US OUT THE DOOR, Stating that it was actually $30 for my nails. This was EXTREMELY rude and uncalled for, to act such a way for $5. If you made the mistake and charged us wrong, that is your fault. Do NOT chase someone out the door for your mistake. My mother ended up actually taking out of our beach fund to pay the $5 and gave a tip. I hope that acting out like that was worth it to him because they lost our business and i will tell my friends to avoid this place.

Bacterial infection from pedicure. Nail required cut down. Antibiotics .Would never go back

Original full set done on July 2nd was great. Great service and quick timing. Go back for fill in and the same day I lose a nail. I come in the next morning they repaired it. The next day I lose another then the next day another. I come back in on Sunday (after having them just done the Wednesday before) and now I have to pay for repairs? The nails are popping completely off! I complain and all they keep saying is you pay for repairs, theyre not free! My response was if youd done them right 5 days ago they wouldnt be coming off simply when I am typing on a keyboard! I wont be back to this salon! I am NOT a satisfied customer at all!

First of all didn’t even have a conversation with my nail tech. not even a hi how are you. I got a pedicure after that, it lasted 5 minutes to be exact. my acrylic nails were crooked, shaped horribly, & looked nothing like i asked for. they were supposed to be ombré & instead i got two straight lines of different colors. not only did they look horrible, but they broke the next day. i paid $45 for nails that shouldn’t have costed more than $25 for what i asked for. it was ridiculous.

Use to be a great place to go, which I go frequently but seems last few times just hasnt been the same. Alil rude & rushed & No reason to be either its not been busy or longs waits. Worse part I have to repaint my nails soon as I leave..service just isnt the same. Miss the old faces around their!! I use to get great nail services!

Everytime I went there they messed them up. Shapes were always wrong and refused to do basic designs even with seeing a picture (which they said they could do). The people however were pretty nice but the service wasnt the best. I dont go there anymore.

This place is awful! I went 4 days ago to get a fill in and 2 nails already popped off. I’m 30 minutes away so I called and they said I could come in and they could fix them for me. well after I drove 30 minutes and got there they took care of both of my nails after they were done drying I got up and said thank you they said it’s five dollars... like seriously, I just drove up here after you said you could fix them and I have to pay YOU $5??? Not to mention they were extremely rude to me while they were fixing them. I explained that the lady before put white on first. The guy said “We understand ok?!” I Will NOT be going back. If I didn’t have to put a star to write this review they wouldn’t even have 1.

Wonderful place, short wait & fast staff

I didnt like one thing about this place! I had been referred from a friend but I was Very u pleased with this place! I have never written a review once good or bad but I was so upset after leaving this place I knew I had to write a review! My nails are sooo sore from the guy that did them it hurts to extend my fingers out straight! I will NEVER go back! I also will tell everyone I know to not go there! I really want my nails taken off and to get my money back! They look terrible they are crooked some are longer than others and it just looks awful! Some nails are too thick others are too thin its just a really terrible job!

My last trip today . Nails look awful. The lady didn’t want to be working at all today. Concerned about her cell phone. Was charged 43.00 for fill in. I wonder what a new set would cost ? Oh well they lost my business . They have a sign now, prefer cash . I always use card, I don’t think the lady was a happy camper !!

I enjoyed my first visit it was calm and relaxing but on my second visit I was being rushed in and out, I wished they had some drinks for while you wait or during your stay would be nice .... more one on one conversation would be liked. I am going to give it a try once more if it is the same then me and my girls friends will try another place ....

Very disappointed with my nails. i paid $35 to get my nails done here, I got a French tip and coffin shape. almost all of my nails are CROOKED. i paid way too much for 8/10 of my nails to be crooked. i do not recommend. and my real nails were left BLEEDING.

The guy was full on coughing grunting in this pandemic it was concerning and upsetting the acrylic scared me it was lumpy and the shape was awful lack of skills and concern no matter how I said I didn’t like it place gets a five,very clean,maybe I got the wrong nail tec is all

I came in for a family funeral, and I needed a fill. We stopped at a local department store, looking at candles when i dropped one and tore one of nails and it started bleeding. A former co worker of my hubbys told us arent this place, they got me right in and fixed the turn nail and applied dip power. Literally a month later were back visiting and Im for a little extra growth and Im gonna go back for the fill.

Love their services always nice and the owner is always there to ensure a great visit and youre satisfied 100% nothing better then this place and their gel polish 👍🏻💅🏽🙋🏼

I used to love this place. So unfortunate I wont be able to go back. Long wait, non speaking techs so they had no clue what I was saying or what I wanted. Never asked what level pedi I wanted, grinded gel off instead of soaking, used non sterilized equipment and the second tech doing my sisters pedi used the SAME ONES!! Terrible service. Unclean practice. Next letter will be to the health department. Caution!

I got my first set of acrylic nails here and I can say that I am genuinely suprised at how good they did! 10/10 would go back to this place

I normally absolutely love my nails every single time I visit, and I go regularly, every 2 weeks. Almost all are kind, and efficient in their work. But the last two time, the last visit yesterday more specifically, I have left unsatisfied. The same technician did my sails both times. I’m unsure if he name, but her station number is 14. I’m going to explain my last visit. When I came in I explained that I was fairly certain it was time for a new set of acrylic nails. The tech told me that she would look to see. She sat down to begin my nails when another customer walked in, from the back of the store she hurried to them (I understand customer service, that isn’t the issue) and tended to her eyebrow waxing without even acknowledging me before coming back to her station. When she removed my nail polish it was clear that all of the little remain tip would be gone once she shortened my nails. But she proceeded with a fill in dispite my reluctance. Literally every time she applied the drill to my nails she managed to burn me. My nails are visible crooked on the tip, horribly. When she applied the polish to my nails she put it on so thick that even after setting almost 20 minutes under the dryer (posted time is 10) my nail polish would shift with the slightest touch of the pad of another finger. at the point I’m over the whole service and head home. In the less than 10 minute drive home, most of my nails were smudging, I’ve been around nail polish long enough to know that no matter how long you let polish that thick “dry” it will still never stay put. So I removed the polish and re painted them myself. This morning when I woke up the tip of one of my nails has started to break away, probably from the lack of a tip. Any other technician I have used has been phenomenal, but I would not go back to station 14 if they paid me. I went to their location beside Dunham’s.

After reading all the reviews i can personally say do not come here. This place isnt the best. They rush you, dont make your nails the name length, poor mail paining, its just a mess. Save yourself the $30 and go to flatwoods

Once i got home i had to file my gel nails they did a terrible job shapeing them they had very ruff edges and under the gel was the fake nail poking out. The person that did my nails played on his phone almost the whole time. Wouldnt suggest to go to this place.

Personally, I have never felt the need to write a review. Good or bad. However, after reading the reviews on here, I believe I should put my story out there. Last year, around prom time, my friend and I went here to get our nails done. I had never been there before and I can say I wont ever be back again. Like I said, it was around prom time and it was pretty busy. Long story short, not one girl in that place was happy. My nails were not the same length, some were crooked, and I asked for ombre and I got sparkles. Also, believe this or not, while I was getting my nails done, the man who was doing it stopped, turned around, PICKED HIS NOSE, and started to work on my hands again. The nails were horrible. I was so upset. So I drove down to Nails Pro or Pro Nails, whatever it is right beside Kroger, and they fixed them FOR $10. I now go there all the time and they are my favorite place. I hate to write a bad review, I really do. But I believe I should post this to help save you all some money and time.

I went for a fill in, when done and I was home to fully​ inspect them, I couldnt there due to the polish taking so long to dry, I noticed that they were not filed correctly, at the bace of my nail you could feel the bumb of where the nail tech didnt bother to file down and make flush wit my nail, to top it off, Ill go ahead and say I am NOT blaming this particular place for this but wondering why the person I had didnt mention it, but I went to get their mistakes fixed at another nail place and when they took the polish off she told me I had fungus growing, Id noticed it when I was at Exquisites but I brushed it off thinking it was stained tye dye as I had tye dyed recently. I had to pay extra to get my nails rid of the fungus. Im not blaming them for my having the fungus on my nail but that they didnt bother telling me. I am definitely not going back.
