This salon has the best stylists in the area. Its usually hard to get a spot in but when you do, itll be a great haircut/styling/coloring. Whatever you need!

Visiting from Chicago and was recommended to go to Identity. I have medium long length hair, and was recommended Wes. Probably my favorite cut, super fast and very professional. Highly recommend Wes if you want a high end modern cut. Will definitely come back again when I’m in town.

I have been a loyal client at this salon for nearly three years and have referred two other clients but regret it after a recent visit. These stylists are not following covid-19 protocols at all. Flaunting mask-less faces, not insisting on clients wearing a mask, or stylists sporting chin-strap masks (at best). Not sanitizing common areas after each client, or after each stylist and not accommodating clients who have identified themselves as having compromised immunity. How they’ve managed to skirt the protocols set forth by the government for this long is a mystery.

I got this acrylic put on my thumb nail to see if it would help with damage I have from putting a drill through it.Im a male and this is my first time getting an acrylic but I dont think it should lift and crack after one day. I got it done Thursday at close and by Saturday morning the whole bottom has lifted and I have a giant crack down the center. I tipped 50% because it was a special job and at close but I wish Id known more before I went. :(

The haircut experience I had at this place was terrible, don’t get me wrong, they’re nice people but they can’t cut hair. I had long neck length hair when I went in and I asked for a shorter haircut, I explained that I still wanted some length on the sides and back but I wanted it to be shorter. They ended up cutting the sides and back very short and leaving it unfaded, unlayered, uneven, choppy, and very bushy. The hair on most of my head is now about 1/2 and inch long when I asked for it to be shorter but to still have some length. This is by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had.

Bad eyelash extensions! Do not waste 150$ go some where else!!My only reason for the one star is the salon itself was cool and the stylist was extremely nice. However the services are more than disappointing!I was in town for a vacation, went to salon based on the good reviews...bad ideaI left feeling as though one eye wasnt quit right. But since I am new to extensions I just wasnt sure. Now here I sit back home one week later with one eye fine and one looking like a cat with the mange! Over half of the extensions hace fallen off. My real lash is still there bit extensions have fallen off. I am so disappointed! Lesson learned!

Their makeup artist was a joke. She used terrible drugstore makeup and used her fingers to apply things, everything seemed unsanitary and I refuse to ever get my makeup done for an event here again.

There arent many places around here that you can go for a trendy haircut, and of the couple there are, Identity is by far the best. Professional, efficient, and great ownership. Not a better mens stylist in Ashland than Wes.
