I needed a tire on short notice before I headed out of town on a road trip. Wheel City Tire had the tire in the next day and mounted and balanced it for me so I could make the trip. Each time I called, the phone was answered promptly and even though I spoke to two different associates, everyone was on the same page and organized. Very helpful and friendly staff, as well as prompt quality service. My old “tire and wheel” lost a 12+ year customer because they wouldn’t answer the phone after three days of calling. All of my tire/wheel business will be with Wheel City Tire from here on out!! I recommend them highly to anyone!!

Had a flat on my ex wifes car. I put the spare on went here because it was closest place. They were able to patch her tire it only had a couple hundred miles on it. Costed me 10 bucks and I tipped the guy that done it 5, so 15 bucks when I was scared Id have to buy a new tire. Great service, friendly techs.

Great customer service. They tried to remove a nail and after they found you was too much in the sidewall of the tire to treat they didnt charge me even after putting in the time to try and make it work. Now thats honest service. Thank you!

The staff at wheel city is great. They installed a lift kit and new wheels and tires on our Wrangler. After the work there was a constant right pull even though it was in alignment. They tried many different solutions before discovering the tires were the culprit. They replaced the tires and the pull stopped. They didnt charge for any of the additional work and kept us informed the whole time. They stand by their work!

Not sure what the lower reviews are about. Maybe anomalies you see with any business.My experience was great from start to finish. They identified and fixed an issue another auto shop left me with. They were thoroughly knowledgeable, responsive and honest in their pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone.

My wife called and made appointment for tire patch. She left work 15 minutes early to get there before 5pm. She walked in before a male that works at Sam’s and Dave’s Car Sales did but the keys for his car (tire to be patched)was taken back before her was even though she was in line before he was. Now she sit here waiting for her car to be taken back running the risk of being late to pick up our daughter at child care. Great customer service in the past but should not put car salesman from local car dealerships that you know ahead of other customers.

These guys were able to do some miracle work on a suspension job that another local shop botched. They assessed and corrected all of the issues, while also giving me the best alignment that Ive had done since the truck was lifted. Definitely believe in their work! Ill be back 👍

My daughter and I were on vacation and I made the mistake of going to Walmart for a oil change and tire rotation. They didnt get my front wheels brake dust shields back on correctly. The car sounded horrible. Went to Wheel City and Alignment, they took care of us in less than an hour and we were back on the road with no worries enjoying our vacation. And Ill add that this was 4th of July Holiday week and every single place was extremely busy and didnt have time for us except Wheel City Tire. Highly recommend them.

A flat on the way back from our honeymoon & felt like we were stranded there. Not where I wanted to be. People were not too friendly except to local familiar faces it seemed. Made us feel in the way while waiting on work to be done.

I do not know why this place has a 4.8. I called a week ago to have my sub frame bushings replaced (they suggested I replace them). I text one of the employees where I parked the car and put the key (they texted me before so I took that it was OK to text them, apparently not). I call them and Trent had no idea the car was even there. They pushed out the date, ordered the wrong part, and had the gumption to ask if I wanted a reschedule. Nobody ever gave me a written quote, so they probably up charge regularly. Unresponsive and not true to their word. Will make promises that they cant keep.

Went in for an alignment and they charged me $40 to tell me they couldnt do it because I needed new tie rods and control arm. Tried to charge me $900 to fix it to a point where I could get it aligned. Absolutely ridiculous. Mr tire on patton will look at it for free and if they cant do the alignment there is no charge. Will never go back to Wheel City

Had an alignment appointment with them. I walked in and let them know Im here for my appointment. That was all, they didnt say anything. No acknowledgment or letting me know how long Id be waiting. People came after me and they were taken care of right away - it seemed like they were regular customers. Since I was new there, no one paid any attention that I was there waiting. After waiting for my appointment for about half an hour without any word from anyone, I decided to leave.

I made an appointment for 8:30 and they said it would only take an hour, I dropped my truck off and walk home. I came back at 10:00 and they hadnt started yet. He told me they would get started right away and it would be another hour. I walked back home and came back at 11:30. They still hadnt touched my truck. I asked to get my keys back and he actually had the balls to try and schedule me for another appointment tomorrow. Im glad I missed a half day of work for that, at least I got 4 miles of walking in.

Had to have a rim switched out that I curbed that Firestone said I needed to buy a new tire. They did a great job and had me in and out within an hour.

They work on trucks and cars doing 4 wheel drive lift and other customizing to your car very nice staff and knowledgeable Jeffs a really nice guy.
