I was in town visiting family. My sister and I wanted to get our nails done. Went into this nail salon and was extremely disappointed. The man who did my nails was very nice, however, he rushed through painting my toes and my fingernails. My toe polish was all over my skin and cuticles. My gel nail polish was just as bad. It started peeling off just a few days later. He did not cut my cuticles and rushed through painting.My sister was also there and was getting a polish change on her toes and fingers. The lady who did her nails was extremely rude and rushed. She rushed painting her nails and when my sister was drying her nails she realized that there was pieces of cotton stuck in with the nail polish and that it was drying with streaks in it. She asked someone if they could fix it and the women came over grabbed my sisters hand and told her You did this. It is your fault the polish is ruined. My sister nicely explained that she did not ruin the polish that her toe polish is also the same way the women continued to loudly argue with her in front of other customers and told her that was rude of you. My sister was very upset with how rude the lady was and we asked for them to just be fixed. The employee stormed off and fortunately the man who did my nails was wiling to fix my sisters. But, he did not take off the old polish...just painted over...which would have been fine except for the cotton stuck under the polish was still there.I would give a 0/5 stars, but was only able to give as low as a 1.I would not recommend this business at all. We had a poor experience. Poor customer service. While my nail tech was nice...the quality of work was terrible. Below are pictures of my sisters polish.

The owner is the best!!!! She is very detailed with her work. She makes sure not to rush and makes my nails Perfect EVERY TIME! Its hard to find a place where you feel comfortable and know they care! Super clean and never have to wait long!!!

Im a 22 y/o guy and I was forced to come here by my girlfriend. At first, I thought like most guys think, I dont need to get anything done! My hands and feet are fine! Upon arriving, We were greeted by the entire staff with a warm Hello! Which was surprising to say the least because We came in 15 minutes before closing. They told us that they had stopped taking walk-ins but with no hesitation, they accepted us and gave us full service. They offered us refreshments and different things to make us feel comfortable and welcome. While getting everything done, I can honestly say that they did their job and nothing felt rushed as if they were just trying to finish and go home. This was the worst experience I have ever had a nail salon. Simple dip polish change..you can’t really mess that up right? WRONG!My nails looked like they were done by a 5 year old. None of them were the same length or shape. They were just messy and bad. I had an uneasy feeling when he asked me if I wanted them cut or just filed down and when I said filed down he sawed them off with the dremel tool.The dip powder wasn’t even covering my whole nail on some fingers. When I pointed that out he just laughed and went to the next finger. He also used a gel top coat and had me put them in the gel light to dry which I have never done for dip powder. I touched my left pinky nail to the light so he had to put another layer of top coat on it..ok no big deal. But then when it was dry he put something else on it and the next day the whole nail had a cracked look to it.I didn’t realize just how bad they were until I got outside in the sunlight. I should have gone back in but I don’t think it would have done any good.I seen other staff be rude to clients about leaving a tip..client offered tech said no save your money put it away. AND did her manicure standing up the whole time!Also another client was talked out of what she came in to have done(by same tech who refused tip) The client had taken a job where she could not have the very long nails she had and asked they be cut down and removed. The tech told her what she thought would be better and the tech doing my nails thought that was also funny.Awful experience! Will never go back!

Before I went out of town, I thought I would try out a new salon and get a gel manicure/pedicure. So I went to Asheville nail, waited for about 10 minutes, which was fine. Got a pedicure and then got a gel manicure. The guy was rushing through, did not even trim my cuticles back before painting my nails, they looked awful. Couple days later the paint started chipping and I called them and was asking if they would put on my account, for when I get back in town, so they could repaint my nails and the lady basically said no so that was a waste of $45. I will not return to this nail salon.

They were incredibly professional from the appointment confirmation call, to the way they treated you as a customer. Something else I really liked- no gossip between technicians (personal pet peeve for me- save that for your break or when youre closed; customers dont need to hear about that).

I really like how great there customer service is. Theyll try there best to get your nails and feet done at the same time if they have ppl available so that you can get out of there. They offer you water and offered to charge my phone which was almost dead. This place is really pricey I guess for the average person. But to me its worth your money. Your nails will look beautiful and last as long as they should if not longer and not break or mess up as quick as some of the other places I have tried.

The man who answers the phone there did my gel mani pedi. The massage was too light and the colors I picked I didn’t even get. When I brought it to his attention he didn’t agree. Very disappointed in the service that was given to me. I paid good money for it and didn’t even get the satisfaction of what I picked out.

I love this place! It was such a nice experience. Ive been to other nail salons in my neighborhood. But nothing beats this one. Its just like in the movies! The set up is nice. The professionalism is outstanding. My nail artist was the sweetest person ever. She helped me pick the color because Im indecisive. And told me how nice it looked. Its truly a great place. Only problem is the parking lot was full when I went around 12 so I had to park on the street which worried me a lot because Im not too sure about parking rules in that area. But great experience overall. Will definitely have to come back.

The customer service is also amazing! I was greeted right upon arrival and asked what I wanted to drink (wine please and thank you). The manger continuously checked on me to make sure I was having a good time and to see if I needed anything else. This place was FULL but the team made me feel like I was the only one there.

This is the best nail salon in town. Always professionally staffed with caring and courteous technicians. They always make me feel pampered, even if I’m only getting a pedicure. (Plus they offer waxing services!)

I stumbled across this place after doing some research for a nail salon that was close to my work. I am so glad I chose to give them a chance because I have not been going anywhere else for nail services ever since! Everyone is so friendly here and they offer a wide arrange of colors for gel and polish. I also appreciate the complimentary water bottles they give their customers. They do an amazing job each time I receive services and I can honestly say I have gotten the best gel manicures here. I want to note that customers cannot leave tips through credit card transactions so if you do not have cash.

Everyone who works here is super nice, thoughtful, and caring. The Nail Place is super clean and they offer all their guests water upon arrival. They are super attentive and its never awkward or uncomfortable if its your first time here.

Literally the worst nails I’ve ever had. They are botchy, uneven, and he made me bleed. To top it off, my boyfriend proposed and I had these awful nails in my pics. I’ll never go back and don’t recommend it.

Had to look for a nail place with appointments available to take my mom on her bday. After calling so many locations, some closed, some no availability until November, finally found this place. Never have been their but gave it a try and we had appointments for pedicures and 1 Acrylic Small set. They were polite over the phone. Once we walked in all attentive with us. The place is up to code with the Covid protocols. I was happy we ended here. Great customer service. Even ended up adding waxing and gel manicures and they were understanding, not rude. Gave us all great recommendations with colors and what we needed.

My first time here and it was one of the best pedicures Ive had in awhile. Everyone was nice and personable, and the salon was following all covid guidelines (I even saw them wipe my chair right after I got up). The owner did a great job and I will be coming back as my regular spot.

I got a pedicure and gel manicure and they did not disappoint. We started with the pedicure and she really took her time to cut, file, and scrub. She didnt rush through it like a lot of places often will. When it came time for my manicure, she did the same. She even checked with me to make sure that the shape and length was exactly what I wanted. Again, no rushing through it and making sure I was happy. Even after she applied the gel polish she made sure that the color was exactly what I wanted.

They were very rude to every customer. they couldnt do a heart design. I asked for v shape french tip and its very uneven and blotchy. they put acrylic over my cuticles and they are now sharp near my cuticles because of the way they did I asked if she could fix it and she complained that she would have to remove everything and start over. So I paid and left because I was not gonna have a nail tech get mad over me asking to fix her own work on my nails.

This is the worst dip manicure I’ve ever gotten. My nails are broken within two days. Also, with a manicure, you’re supposed to get a hand and forearm massage with lotion. I had to tell my technician to do that and she rubbed the tiniest dot of lotion on and left the table. I would never go back here

I made appointments online, called 3 times to confirm and showed up and they said they didn’t have my name down and that I would need to come back later.Incredibly unprofessional.

So glad I found this salon. The manager is my go to for Dip Nails and she does a great job with pedicures. The salon is very clean, they have great customer service, and a wide variety of colors. Also love how its so close and convenient. I used to go out of my way for nails and it just wasnt worth it. So happy to have found them.

Terrible. Destroyed my nails. Do not go. I asked them to not file my nails down too short, to protect my natural nail. I walked out of the salon like this. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been doing dip powder on my natural nails for more than 5 years and this was the worst service

Had a mani-pedi yesterday. It was great. A friendly, courteous manicurist, clean and modern salon, and skilled nail services. Lots of color choices in OPI, my preferred nail polish. I definitely will go there again and highly recommend this shop.

I am super duper picky about my nail salons. I had yet to find a good one in town. Im not exaggerating when I say this place is the best! I got in immediately on a Saturday. The customer service is unmatched. Manicures come with a shoulder massage and moisturizing treatments. And to top it all off, a gel manicure was only $40. This place rocked my socks off, good job yall!!

My experience was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place in a million years, they were rude, unprofessional, and the service was TERRIBLE! I couldn’t believe how nasty they were!

Had an appt for a pedicure and went in about 5 mins before time. I go there monthly, so I knew the routine. Was seated immediately, but set there soaking my feet in cold water for 45 minutes while people who came in after me were helped. Was never told a time when I was going to get my service. I ended up just asking for a towel to dry my feet and left. Thankfully a nearby salon (Cheri Nail Bar) could help me! Will definitely be taking my business there from now on! Do better Asheville Nails, or at least tell someone a wait time instead of leaving them sitting there with their feet in cold water.

Love this place!!! Just moved to town from LA and went to the same techs for years. Grateful to have found new techs in my new city.

My feet was not clipped and was half way scrubbed also the technician rushed through my nails and I never been to a place that charges extra for cuticle cut when your getting a pedicure or a full set. My overall experience was very very bad I will notBe coming back and the lady I was with had her toes painted like it was done by a child and rushed mail polish was everywhere and only one coat so now we have to go home and fix our nails and feet what a waste of time and money.

I never ever write reviews but the manager did such a beautiful job on my nails this morning that I had to!!! I showed her a picture for reference and she did it no problem perfectly the first time around. I will definitely request her from now on. This place has always been great.

I asked for a design on my nails (I had a full set and needed a fill). I was told by one technician that they could do it, but when it came time for me to have my nails done, I was set up with an inexperienced technician who not only botched the design, but my nails in general look awful, regardless of my request. I left and immediately tried to get them fixed, but was told it wouldcost 30$. I wish them the best, but I will not be returning.

I had an appointment at 10am when I got there he said ok and told me it would be a few minutes. It took an hour and half for them to take me back. He was the one taking appointments. He didnt right anything down and told everyone he would remember it. I got acrylic nails and I had to come back 3 times to get my nails fixed because they were messed up. The paint was peeling and there were bubbles in it. My finger nail was sticking up. I wouldnt recommend going here at all!!!!

Excellent attention to detail with lots of different colors. If youre looking for the acrylic look without the damage, ask for SNS Nails. Its worth the extra cost!

Thanks to the manager for the amazing service and work. I didnt have an appointment and walked in and she took care of me right away. I got SNS because she recommended it and I like how they came out. I will definitely be coming back.

I can’t believe I just paid $45 for a fill and it looks terrible. They are wonky and chunky. I just want to go home and soak them off now. They are filed totally crooked. The paint doesn’t go all the way to the nail bed. I tried to explain what I wanted and even showed a picture. It’s just terrible. If you can’t do meticulous art work, you should admit that you aren’t proficient with detail work. Not just go for it and make someone’s nails an embarrassment. I will never go back to this salon.

Went in today to get the gel powder dip on my nails and I absolutely love how they came out! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the manager even came by to make recommendations on which service would be best for my nails ( I have natural long nails, and some of them were broken). She put a few fake tips on the nails that were broken and they look so natural! I will for sure be back.

This is my go-to spot. They always do a beautiful job. I usually get an acrylic fill with gel polish, sometimes a pedicure. Vivian is very talented with specialty designs. Highly recommend!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to it started when I showed them a picture of what I wanted mind you it was a picture from THEIR website and they told me they could not do it because they didn’t know how so that means the pictures on their website are stolen from other artist second my nail did stay on for more then 4 days and my actual nails are peeling to were on the sides on my nails are coming of and for some reason my cuticles are rock hard like as if super glue was on them. This has never happened when I have been to other nail salons I don’t recommend them at all.

Hv been going to this nail salon since many years. But today I waited as they were busy which is Understandable but was upset as I was made to sit in the pedicure chair as I Saw they attended the customers who came after me. Had to walk out without any services done. Not a nice way to treat your regular customer. No one showed concern.

My first time here and it wont be my last. Finally found a place I like and it is consistent. Its been a week and everything still looks polished. I am very pleased with the owner she is a great pedicurist. I will be back to see her every time .

I hate to give bad reviews but I have to. The dip manicure I had today was the worst I have ever had. I have polish all over several fingers, my cuticles were not taken care of and my nails were not shaped evenly. I was so disappointed after spending the money to have such a sloppy manicure.

The owner i’m guessing was very very rude when i called and had a question. But i still went anyway to give them the benefit of doubt. The man who was doing my friends nails cut her with the drill. He put all her nail tips on sideways and the thumb nail popped off immediately. Very unsanitary. The man Dipped his whole finger in a bottle of alcohol that he used on another person before my friend. When my friend asked for longer nails He cut them shorter anyway and didn’t listen. This is by far the WORST nail salon i have EVER been in .

I was at work and needed a mani and pedi ASAP. I got on Google to look for places by my office and found this little gem. The location, reviews and pics are what got me to reach out to book an appointment. I wasnt very optimistic that they would actually be able to see me that same day, but I took my chances. The end results were great, super happy with my gel mani and spa pedicure. And the cherry on top is the cute decor inside the salon. The owner was there too, she was also very nice and welcoming. I will totally be coming back here again and recommend you stop by too!

I showed up an hour before they closed and they were busy, which is a good sign! I didn’t have an appointment so to wait was expected. I waited for about 15 mins till I could be seated with Henry. I had a fill in, took about 30, 45 mins. And he did an amazing job! There are no dips or bumps in the acrylic. They’re not bulky by any means! And the shape is eloquent! The staff was so friendly and talkative. The atmosphere is very relaxing! It was my first time every visiting this place. I will go back! Because I got everything I asked for!

I came in here with zero expectations except just to get a manicure and pedicure. I walked through the doors and the atmosphere screams sophistication! I was welcomed with a big smile by whom I believe was the owner. The prices were reasonable. Im very happy with them so far.

Second time using this salon. First time was okay and then this time I had an excellent person, I believe his name was Hung. My only problem was right before he was getting ready to paint my nails another lady took him away to do a childs pedicure and she sloppily applied the nail polish. Service and tip $40. Now I need to get my nails repainted. :-(

Never ever ever again. He was constantly pulling on my arm, he was super rough, he left air bubbles under the polish and I have nail polish ALL over my hand. I will never go back. I can’t believe I had to pay for that.

Absolutely fantastic! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and then left it up to them and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Took time to perfect every nail as well. A little bit expensive for what I got particularly, but earned by the hard work. First pictures are what they did, last picture is what I asked for.

It appears that the rush to make money outweighs the quality of work. Sometimes admitting doing a shoddy job goes further than blaming your customer. Every customer deserves the attention and service paid for and should not be taken advantage of. Gel done correctly is not wet when done and shouldnt peel off within a week. Your competitor acknowledged your poor job. Im glad to find a reputable establishment.

So let me start by saying Im very picky about my nails. Ive been going to the same one person for my manicures and a different salon for my pedicures for the last 8 years. Since the nail salons near by were closed, I went to this place and was in desperate need of a mani pedi. I came across on Google and was referred by 2 other people, and I couldnt have been happier when I left.

The establishment itself is well situated in a spot where parking is limited and very clean. Not overly congested with chairs and unnecessary seating. The prices are reasonable for the area in which they are located and a variety of services.

My wife and I just had a fill. I am writing this from my car because we are so disappointed. We had two different nail techs and both did a sloppy and chunky job. The nails are so thick they are uncomfortable. The acrylic doesn’t go down to the nail bed. There is paint on our skin. I showed a picture of the little rainbow we wanted painted on the side of our ring finger nails. They had no idea how to make a rainbow. I mentioned they needed to also use blue... that didn’t happen. Just a mess and and expensive mess at that!! I wish I could take a picture to post. If I hadn’t just spend $45 for a fill I’d go home and rip them off!!

A friend and I got pedicures and everyone was nice and friendly. The pedicure itself left my feet rough and polish on the skin. But what bothered me was when a group of five girls came in and were all over the place talking loud and not wearing masks and crowding the small space. No one even asked them about masks. Up until now I felt the salon was doing a good job with safety protocols. I left quickly and asked at the desk while paying about the mask requirement, and then they did address the group about it. Too little too late, I won’t be coming back.

They offer all your typical services: gel, dip, acrylic, tips, regular, manis/pedis. They know their colors really well too. I couldnt remember what color I got last time and lady who did my nails totally figured it out. They are very attentive and even though they stay busy they make sure that you are accommodated while you wait. Would even give this establishment 6 stars if I could!!!!

Man I wish I could just move this place up to NC. I went here during my week long trip for my sons football tournament. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well as. I was very pleased with the end result, believe me, you will want to return. I was so impressed I sent my mom the next day.

Don’t waste your time or your money went last week and got my nails done and two nails came off I called and ask could they re do them cause it’s clearly nothing I did for them to come off this early they said I would have to pay and said that it was probably time for a fill in that’s why they fell off I said check your books it’s clear not time for a fill in. ** Update: Went in to get these fixed due to the kind sounding response from the owner. The first lady starts scraping on excess seen on my middle finger, fine obviously she sees the problem. Then I sit down with I think is the owner and he was very nice. But once they brought over the original technician, phew! She got defensive and told me she didnt see any problem with my nails. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? She made up multiple excuses from me looking at them too closely to me just having short nails. We can all see from these photos, it didnt take me inspecting them too much to see the problem. Also, what does short nails have to do with how bad these look. Based on this, I will never be back and do not recommend this nail salon. Try another one.Just a bad manicure. Looks unprofessional.

The salon is clean and comfortable. The nail techs really go out of their way to make sure you get what you want and I have never ever had anything less than an excellent job. The Pedicure is my go-to favorite although Ive tried most every type they have. Prices are very reasonable. The one time I had an acrylic nail break the day after getting them done, I came back to the salon and the owner repaired it for me at no charge.

I have been going to Asheville Nails for several years and always have a good experience. I like to schedule an appointment so the wait is not so long. Every technician I have had had been very professional. I get a great pedicure every time!

Today I decided to go to this nail salon because of all the great reviews on here. Front desk fit me in right away even though I had no appt and they were quiet busy. They checks everyones temperature and make sure everyone followed the CDC guide lines.I had a shellac mani and pedi.. Im very picky when it comes to my cuticle cutting and polishing my nails. She was AMAZING at both!! I found my new nail salon in Townl!!

My friend and I went after work on Friday. They are open a little later than most places, and they were able to fit us in. This place is amazing. Quiet, relaxing, immaculately clean, and wonderfully professional, and their staff is outstanding. They stayed open late for us and never once did we feel rushed or like we werent getting anything less than their best quality service. Ive never been so happy to leave a generous tip. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. They really went above and beyond, and theyve won me over as a loyal patron.

Very detail oriented! I tried them for the first time today as the other place I would frequent was closed today. Excellent pedicure and they took their time. It was a busy afternoon, they at least allow you to sit and soak while you wait for a technician. They took their time with everyone. My pedicure was detailed, gentle and a very nice, relaxing leg/foot massage. Price was on par with most salons around town. I will definitely be returning! Thank you!

I am in love with this nail spa. Its is the perfect name to describe the experience. After one wreck of a manicure at other Nails salons, and two failed attempts to get a chair at a highly rated nearby nail shop, I am glad that my search brought me to this place.

Just got a fill and a regular pedi. My experience was amazing. First off, nail salons are tough for me to go to because of a condition in one of my legs (gets a swollen ) so Im a bit self conscious. However, Jackie was so sweet about it and didnt mind. And she did a lovely job on top of that. My fill in was great and another manicurist filed/shaped them perfectly. I would say the salon is quite small and was very busy. But they are super organized and very attentive. Im so glad I found my new nail spot here in Asheville and I just moved here! Also super reasonable when it comes to prices! Great color selection!

(Other patrons) My only gripe is that it took a while for the pedicure process to get started, but they were rather busy, and I do jot fault them for it. Fairly priced in my opinion. Moved to town a year ago...been through three salons and five techs. Finally found a place thats professional, clean, fairly priced, and with a good selection of polish. Try them out! One important tip though, try them out on a weekday or a later appointment. Its seems Im not the only impressed with them.

I was blown away by the spa. The decor is very spacious clean with modern design. My technician gave me the most amazing pedicure Ive ever had in my life. I asked for the exfoliating pedicure and between the ambience, my technicians skilled hands, and the massaging chair that I was sitting in I was in heaven!

I love coming here and getting my nails done. I like the staff here. Especially TIna, Jan and Henry. They are great at doing what they do!

I have never had my nails done worse in my life. They told me to wait 15 minutes even though there were 3 people in front of me, and clearly would be longer. I’m guessing the man in there was the manager and he could see me getting annoyed after waiting longer than 15 minutes. He put me at a vacant station and covered my nails in foil and acetone. My real nails!! The woman doing my nails got mad that I only wanted a gel polish not gel manicure. She did awful, uneven paint job, places she missed on EVERY single nail, and bumps where there was something on my nail that she painted over. She did my eyebrows decent but didn’t even do the middle. My nails have now all broken from being so weak from the acetone. This was genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at a nail place. I won’t be back and I encourage you all not to waste your money there

It is very hard to find a good nail salon, and I definitely searched around. I was very happy when I found this place and have been going ever since I did. I always get as a pedicure. If you can try to make an appointment it is probably beneficial, but they do take walk-ins. I truly love all the staff there, they are very kind and nice. I would most definitely recommend this place.

This is the calm, soothing place I have been looking for! Classical music and the ladies are very nice! They have basic drinks there which was nice! I got the regular manicure and she was so detail oriented with the whole process. I was very impressed to get this kind of service and no shortcuts were taken.

Awesome service and atmosphere!

Love this place! My mom, sister, and I have been coming here for years and years and everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. Its incredibly clean and usually little to no wait when I walk-in for a service. You can also make appointments. Im a local wedding planner and send many of my bridal parties here for services prior to the wedding. All around my favorite nail salon in Asheville!

This is the second time Ive been to this nail Salon and I love it. Their service is great. They all do excellent job! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality work with great customer service and patience!
