Friendly, professional staff. Beautiful, inviting and well-appointed store/lounge area. Receptionists are always knowledgeable and accommodating. Immediate sense of peace and serenity upon entering and always greeted with a smile. Had one of the best massages EVER (and I have had dozens over the years) with Cora. She listened to what I wanted done and designed and implemented a perfect integrative massage to address my needs with perfect pressure and special touches designed to leave me relaxed and healed. Cannot recommend enough! Well worth a visit!

My cousin and I got massages here and they were the best! We were accommodated in every way, from parking recommendations to an expedited check in since we were running late. We never felt rushed despite being there until a few minutes past closing. Jesse is an incredible massage therapist with an intuitive and attentive flow. My cousin said that Addies massage technique had her blissed out and was perfect for her needs. I will absolutely be returning next time I am in Asheville. Great pricing and amazing products i couldn’t help but purchasing after. I had a Swedish massage and a facial and they were fantastic. The candles they sell are AMAZING. Would make a trip to Asheville just for this spa.

Lovely little shop with all of the daily essentials for pampering and luxurious self-care. Several massage rooms and the manicure/pedicure stations (with no harsh chemical smells). Friendly staff and attentive service. Deep tissue massage wasnt the best Ive had, but was certainly relaxing.

My husband and I came here for an hour massage back in December for our anniversary. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The massage was so relaxing my husband fell asleep! Prices are very reasonable compared to others spas in the area.

Great place! I took my girlfriend here for a couples massage. We loved it! Its a nice place and all the employees were very professional about everything. We were more than pleased with our experience here. If were ever back in the area weve already decided were making another visit! We got the deep tissue and the hand,foot and scalp treatments. I recommend trying them both.

Visited Sensibilities today with my mother in law and my mom, and we had amazing services! Two of us got deep tissue massaged and they were fantastic. Loved the addition of the heat, the massage therapists were top notch. The other got a spa manicure and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff took care to accommodate the three of us on short notice and got our massages in rooms right next to each other. We will be back!

This place was exceptional for me and my pregnant wife of 30 weeks. Best massage facility Ive ever been into. I asked for deep tissue and for her the prenatal massage. Both experiences were A++++. Way to go Sensibilities!!

This is one of the best spa experiences Ive had. Ive been to many spas and this one has great people. The person who greeted me was warm and friendly. The facial was the best Ive ever had. I left there not only totally relaxed but with glowing skin and great advice. Ive tried the products for awhile since and they really are working. They carry Eminence. I got a great facial with sweet people for a lot less than Ive been charged at other spas, and frankly, they did a better job than some of the pricey destination spas.

Amazing! Cora did my massage and was the BEST EVER! I also had a facial and a mani/pedi which were also great! The spa is comfortable, and clean. The store was not pushy with add one which I really appreciate! There was a lot of different items I was able to choose from, I will for sure come back!

I had a great experience on a Sunday afternoon at this spa. I was offered tea as I walked in and waited for a massage. The 75 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones (heat) was amazing! SO relaxing and perfect. Very comfortable room and the masseuse was very kind, professional & comforting. I will definitely be going here monthly. The prices are very good for the quality of service and great atmosphere.

Nail techs were extremely nice. Hand massage was decent, but my nail polish wasn’t applied evenly and started wearing out 2 days after I had them done. A little over priced as well.

Had a family issue that caused me to be about 10 minutes late, they were very understanding and worked with me to get the best massage, in the remaining available time. If Anne is an indication of how their staff operates, you will be in great hands. Highly recommend

Cory is AWESOME. While traveling in Asheville, I thought a massage would be good for my achy back. Im so glad I did because I had one of the best massages of my life! Cory and his hands are amazing. He used just the right amount of pressure for me. I knew his hands knew just what to do- even when I hadnt told him a part of me was achy. My shoulders and entire body felt great after the massage. Next time Im in Asheville, Ill be back. Just one thing for the business. Seriously? Single use plastic water bottles? We know hydrating is important. Please consider switching to paper or reusable cups.

I could not be more pleased with all of the ladies that I worked with and I highly recommend any of these services. Very friendly staff and I left feeling brand new. Always a lovely experience when I get facials. Though my prenatal massage left me wishing Id gone someone with a pregnancy bolster. My hips had been killing me and were the sole reason I was there. They werent massaged at all. She did do an amazing job on my neck. But I left in more pain than I came in with because of laying on one side (on my hip). Now that Ive given birth Ill make another appointment for a massage and hope its better.

My friend and I had a spa day at Sensibilities and had a wonderful experience. The hot stone massage was incredible. I have never had someone do range of motion with massage on my arms before, and Im going to be disappointed from now on when they dont! The mud wrap was the best Ive ever gotten because I didnt feel claustrophobic while I was all wrapped up - instead of leaving me for 10 minutes or so, I got a neck/scalp massage that was heavenly! We also got facials, and my lady was so good that she literally put me to sleep TWICE!!

Drove to North Carolina from Florida for our honeymoon in December only to have them call the night before to tell us our couples massage would not actually be together and some of the services would not be provided. I had made the reservation months in advance only to receive less than 12 hours notice that they were overbooked. Really disappointed in our experience and will not consider booking here again. Considering I had reserved over $600 worth of service, I wish I had been notified at the beginning of the week so I could have made plans with another spa... not at 6pm the night before when most other spas were already booed due to the time of year and/or them being closed by 6pm.

I just left this wonderful place, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it! I had a maternity massage with Christy (sp?), and she was absolutely amazing. She was very accommodating, making sure that I was comfortable and that she was hitting my problem areas well enough. She was also so friendly, and talked to me about many of the worries I am having as a first time mama at 32 weeks pregnant. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

Im so happy with the services I recieved today! At first I was a little skeptical because the entry into the spa doesnt have much of s zen or spa like vibe. Also, it was a bit loud with a lot of chatter which is also not common for a spa. However!!!! My 90 minute integrated massage with Bex was out of this world. She worked some serious magic into my upper back & neck. I couldnt believe how great every minute of my treatment felt. 100% one of the best massages Ive received. She was focused and attentive, checking in to make sure the pressure was fine. It was truly awesome. I then went in for a European facial with Skyler and she took great care of me as well! Ive never had a facial before so I didnt know what to expect / had nothing to compare it to, but I can say with confidence it was a fantastic treatment. Products smelt & felt great and the atmosphere was comfortable and luxurious. Will definitely go back again & reccomend anyone to their facility. Dont forget to request Bex for a massage & skyler for a facial!

I had a wonderful facial from Gina today at the downtown location of sensibilities day spa! The spa is beautifully and simply decorated which I found to be very tasteful and well thought out. It is kind of a turn off when places have stuff everywhere because i find it makes the environment feel stuffy and unclean but Sensibilities was perfectly decorated and arranged and I found it to feel simplistic and higher end.I absolutely love the Eminence Organics skin care line that they carry. It is an incredibly wonderful product line that has helped my skin a lot and I include it into my own self-care regimen. I came in because the pores in my t zone and nose have been feeling a bit clogged and it has been agitating me. I love getting eminence organics facials because they use a lot of different products from face cleansers, masks, peels, serums, exfoliants, and moisturizers and the experience is just heavenly. I am a busy holistic practitioner and life coach. I see a lot of people weekly and so treating myself to these types of things I find to be nourishing and revitalizing to my skin and my spirit!Now as far as estheticians go and the professional that does the facial treatment; I am verrrry particular. I am probably one of the tougher clients to have because I have been in this field for 13 years. In my early days I worked in spas, and now own my own holistic healing arts practice. I really know the ins and outs of the industry. I have very high standards for anyone that works on me. I expect them to hold themselves in a very good quality all around.I have to say that Gina was wonderful, she was very friendly and also very professional. She did not talk too much in the treatment which i really appreciated and she was very respectful to my experience. She answered my questions when i wanted to know about something that she was using, but for the most part she held quiet and a space for me to relax and just enjoy the treatment. This is essential! Her technique was great I really enjoyed the whole treatment, the massage, the facial itself, the extractions felt thorough, and overall I felt very pampered. She is a nice person and it feels that she is very seasoned and professional in this whole realm and that allowed me to feel at ease and know that i will be well taken care of.The worst is when you have a treatment and I have to instruct or give too much feedback to the person doing the facial or massage because they are not really that experienced. That is not really that fun which has happened to me a few times. Gina was not like that at all. She was A+ and I will absolutely be requesting her again in the future.At the end Gina also helped me pick out a few more eminence products to add to my face care routine and this was awesome to have the advise of a truly knowledgable person to ensure I get the right things.Overall my experience was great and I enjoyed my time there today!Only constructive criticism would be:1- Front desk staff, when i first walked in to check in and fill out my initial paperwork, you guys were on the phone scheduling other clients, it would have been nice if one of you made really brief eye contact with me and smiled so that I felt acknowledged. i found myself standing there awkwardly for a couple minutes, and it is always nice to just get a quick glance and smile to make the client feel welcome.2- Gina did a fantastic job overall truly, only area i would recommend a tiny bit improvement was when she was doing the massage part on my neck or the removal of product from around my shoulders or neck. Just be a bit more gentle and slower in the way you move the clients head, because it can be a little disturbing for the neck to be moved around too fast, especially when you are in a deep relaxation.Alright overall A+ and thank you again. i will be back!!

Amazing, high class people run this place. I received a facial, massage, mani and pedi and it was the best experience. I struggle with acne and she handled my skin so well. The mani and pedis were the best Ive ever had in my life, and they even use an organic sugar scrub! The massage was wonderful and she was very attentive to my needs and kept asking if I would like anything to drink. Definitely go here! It was the best spa/ salon experience Ive ever had in my life. Youll leave feeling like a new person and a super model.

Best facial I have ever had.

After hearing a lot about this Massage Center from my friends and colleagues, I decided to give this a try and find out for myself why my friends are raving about the place.There are a couple of things why I want to gave the place a review because of three things.First, it is a walk away from where I work so it is very convenient to have my massage. Second, the people are very professional and seems to truly care for the people who walks through their door. Third, I never had the best massage in my entire life in years. I have MPS in my neck and thoracic region. The therapist really hit the right spots in my neck and upper back body and I could hear the nodules in those parts popping. It is so relieving to hear those because these are one of the common characteristics of Myofascial pain Syndrome you want to go.away.Overall, I hope to keep coming back here for more in the future when my MPS starts acting up again.

We were staying at a cottage in Hendersonville and were searching for a place to get a couples massage. I looked and looked and sifted through the homemade websites and spas online and found nothing in Hendersonville that looked appealing...until I widened my search to Asheville and found Sensibilities in Downtown Asheville. My girlfriend and I had the best massages of our lives. I believe my therapists name was Suzanne. She was amazing. Spring for the hot stone massage and dont go anywhere else. This place is money!

Awful!! Basically kicked us out because my 3 year old was talking to loud. Was told very bluntly and we were buying candles but I wouldn’t give them a dime! Spend your money somewhere else!! Jen the owner is who kicked us out!
