Ive been going here for pedicures for about two years now. I have a few favorite technicians, but all of the techs do a great job when I dont call and make an appointment with someone specific. They always offer wafer & hot tea which is nice.

Been there for years now. They have a lot of regulars. Always so clean. Everyone who works there is professional and polite. They always give you water when you arrive and they have great choice of nail polish. All very good brands. I honestly dont even have a favorite manicurist since they are all very good. The man in charge runs a tight ship! Keep it up I love that place

Usually paradise nails is great, but this time it was a different story. I went in to get a fill in then a manicure. I wanted a design on my nails, they lady that was doing them said that it wouldnt be a problem. Unfortunately that was not the case. I wanted pink flames on the tips on my nails, I even had a picture of what i wanted. They turned out horribly, it was messy, not colored in all the way, and it looked nothing like the picture. I highly recommend that you dont get a design from there.

Great experience! This is my new nail salon! I read some previous reviews from Yelp and was a little nervous to try it but since they are open on Sundays I gave it a shot. I’m so glad I did! I had a great Mani/Pedi, I got SNS Dip and I’m glad they took the extra time to smooth it out so it looks natural and not chunky. I’ll be coming here from now on!

I wish I took a before picture to show how horrible my acrylics were. I had a wonderful experience here! My technician took her time to remove my old set. She recommended trying Dipping nails and I was not disappointed at all! Not to mention this is probably the first time I was able to show a picture of a design and it actually came out better on my nails! They are super meticulous and the place is beautiful! Lastly, making an appointment via yelp was so easy with an awesome response rate.

After just under 24 hours I broke two of my nails and when I came back in to get them fixed, they were fixed swiftly and carefully. I truly think the service there makes you feel comfortable and even though I was very embarrassed to come back in and get my nails fixed, I was greeted with great customer service. Thank you.

First time here and Im very impressed. I got a gel manicure and neck massage. The owner did both and she did a great job! I was in and out within an hour. The staff was very professional and courteous. As soon as I walked in, they started my nails and gave me some water. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I will definitely be back. Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience!! I have been coming here for manicures and pedicures for a couple years and they have great customer service. I have felt very safe since returning after the quarantine. My technician is absolutely amazing at what she does!! Super happy to have this place to come to, for a break from everything.

My techs were very friendly, not pushy like at other establishments. I went fairly early, so I was able to park in front, so parking wasnt an issue for me. They have a very good color selection. I just had to settle on a color, it was so many and I loved them all!!!

This was my first pedicure EVER . Amazing experience. The most important part for me was it didnt smell like chemicals. The massage was amazing. I will definitely be making this a monthly ritual.

I came her for a spa day with my best friend. Kevin and Tim are the best. They listened to what we wanted and providing us with such a great time. We will return for sure!

I was excited to find somewhere open on a Sunday so I called for a reservation which was accepted over the phone but when I arrived they were very busy and told me they dont accept reservations on Sundays. Nevertheless, they got me in rather quickly and got me right back out just as quickly. My $60 pedicure lasted less than 30 minutes, not at all worth the money. If youre looking for a quick in and out this place is for you but if you are looking to be pampered and treat yourself, in my opinion, this is not the place to do so.

They are rushing to get everyone in and out. Someone else was saying how old nail tips were all over the area and they did not even get them up before having her sit down. When I walked in they were smiling to greet and then as soon as I got in the chair the lady was on her phone grabbing it and talking! One of the guys very sloppy asked if I wanted him to do my nails. I wanted to just leave but decided to stay. They were chatting so Loud in their language I could not even think ! My nails did not last but two days! Very poor customer service I went by and they wanted to charge me again. Don’t go there are too many good clean places. Oh, and the man was coughing like crazy!!

Massage was great polish was horrible..I will be getting a new pedicure somewhere else tomorrow.

My Sister went to this Place and were heavily disappointed with its Service. The people who did the nails were barely understanding their instructions and barely spoke understandable englisch and when my Sister was deciding what color she wanted, the Person who did their nails Got impatient that she needed some time to decide what she wanted and Got annoyed at her and told her to hurry up. Will not recommend to anyone.

When I got home and looked at my nails they were poorly painted. Two of my nails were not even painted all the way. I will be having them repainted somewhere else tomorrow. There is even polish on my toes. Looks like my child painted them. The guy that did my toes was also sick. He kept sniffing and even pulled his mask down several times to wipe snot and then wiped it on his pants I hope to God he doesnt have covid. He did cough several times. My family will not be back.

This place will do any nail design you ask. The staff is accommodating and extremely personable. While getting your nails done, the atmosphere is very relaxing & swift. I am never rushing (and Im from NYC, where rushing is my middle name)- because Im in & out and back on the grind in no time. I found this salon through ratings and reviews after my nail tech of 4 years moved. I honestly am extremely particular and the owner made my experience an unforgettable encounter!! She was professional, precise, fast, and did an excellent job. I already made my next appointment!!!

The manager always does my brows and Im in and out! She hasnt messed up or failed me once and Im thankful!!! The staff is friendly, and they even kept my favorite tea mug safe when I left it on a busy Friday. Went back the following Tuesday and got it with no problem!

I drive an hour to get my nails done here, every two weeks! I always have acrylic nails and pedicure done. They both shape really well and polish looks clean. No matter how long I get my nails, they never break.

I Took my 12-year-old daughter in to have short gel nails put on her fingers as we have done at previous places to help her stop chewing her nails. When we arrived they were busy so we waited patiently until a man called her over. I sat and waited while she had them done (I thought) but noticed several times that she was talking to him and assumed it was about the color, etc. when she was finished she came over to me and looked upset. She showed me her nails which had simply been painted and that was all. I walked up to the register and the man told me it was $35. I looked at my daughter and looked at the man and paid him and walked out as it was almost closing time. She explained to me that she told him three times what she wanted, showed him a picture, and that he had also made fun of her chewing her nails. I was furious I called the next day and talk to I’m assuming the manager who said we could come in next weekend and try again. We will see what happens but I am one hot mama!

The experience was great until I was forgotten, when a new customer walked in,while my toes were drying. I was overcharged by $20 for what I thought was a $50 pedicure. I also feel like my feet couldve been scrubbed more because they feel kind of rough to have had a fresh pedicure.

This unfortunately will be my last visit at Paradise Nails. Even though I made an appointment my visit was still rushed and the employees that attended to me unfortunately left to help other clients, Leaving me waiting for a simple top coat. There is no point in making an appointment here they take walk-ins just the same. It is not individualized.Quality work here is inconsistent and I am tired of being cut and bleeding when I leave here.the price value for the work done is not worth it my nails are misshapen, different lengths And not what I asked for, they are not capable of doing any designs. They lack the materials to do designs like foil etc.My pedicure was sufficient. However for the price point of 65$ it is not worth it. It lasted approximately 15 minutes.....Some of the employees are very friendly, provide consistent quality service and generally helpful but it seems you can’t make specific employee appointments due to the walk in policy.

I had 2 pedicure appointments scheduled for noon on a Sunday and it was absolutely packed. Even though we had appointments, we didn’t get in until 12:10 and 12:15. While everyone was wearing masks, there was no social distancing being practiced. They had us in pedicure chairs that couldn’t have been closer together, I was basically touching the next person’s elbow with mine. They did a good job overall, but I would not suggest going on a weekend.

The place was packed the moment we arrived and there were people in almost every other chair/seat getting a pedicure or manicure, or both. They even offer drinks to better your experience. Both manicurist and pedicurist were kind and very helpful in giving me what I wanted.

I was not impressed with my acrylic set, but the pedicure was wonderful, and my toes look great. The atmosphere and service was very good. Though I don’t really care for how my acrylic nails came out, the gentleman that did them was very kind and made sure I had a good experience.Update: It has been less than a week and polish on both my acrylics (gel) and my toe nails have chipped. After noticing how the French tip has almost completely chipped off, I discovered how one side of the nail is rounded and the other side is square. I’ve attached a picture. I’m very disappointed and do not recommend. I have given two stars only because the staff were so friendly.

My pedicure was great on that part but the attitude of their employees and how they speak to customers isnt appropriate and one of techs was coughing their head off and didnt wash their hands

Today I decided to go to this nail salon because of all the great reviews on here. Front desk fit me in right away even though I had no appt and they were quiet busy. They checks everyones temperature and make sure everyone followed the CDC guide lines.I had a shellac mani and pedi.. Im very picky when it comes to my cuticle cutting and polishing my nails. She was AMAZING at both!! I found my new nail salon in Townl!!

I really love this place! Im the kind of girl that needs her nails and pedicures. I have tried mainly different places in town but out of all of them this place is my favorite. Its always busy so its best to call and make an appointment first. And of course the early hrs are best to stop by if your trying to just walk in bc by the evening they will be way busy.

I’m new to the area came to this place because I didn’t see that many bad reviews. Customer service was lacking big time!!! The ones I came across had bad attitudes, mean mugged as in they made facial expressions like they were irritated. Got there at 3 and didn’t get out till 6. I didn’t even do any crazy design on my nails. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first time coming to this shop. They did a full set for me with extra designs and it was absolutely amazing. Super precise and took her time. My pedicure was very delicate and took her time as well. Prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. Ill be back.

Going to this nail salon was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The place is not clean and the nail tech accidentally scratched my wedding ring while using the metal nail tool that spins. When it was time for me to check out, the owner (or manager), was aware of the situation and didn’t even care. He got really mad at the nail tech and sent me on my way, without any kind of discount or accommodation. I also made the mistake of going back to get my acrylic nails taken off and the owner assigned the same nail tech that scratched my ring to complete the task. She took off the nails but here I am 2 weeks later with leftover acrylic overlay on my natural nails. I’m going to another nail salon to get any remaining acrylic off my nails and will NEVER go back to Paradise Nails.

My favorite place in town for nails almost for a year. They have incredible massage while you are having your nails done. Its amazing!

I highly recommend this place! Everyone was sweet and down to earth. They will educate you about nail care and growth. Ever since Ive been here, my nails have lasted much longer.. one time I was embarrassed because I went over a month--okay maybe 1.5 months.., however, the nail polish never lifted or chipped! They always does a bomb job on my nails, so make sure you call in advance for an appointment.

Service was good but prices are not posted and no communication on upgrades.I walked in and asked for a gel pedicure.They sat me down and got to work. Expecting to pay $50 max (usually what I pay at other places) went to pay and they said $63 was my total.... Come to find out the Gel polish is a $20 upgrade!When I questioned why they didnt notify me before hand or have it posted the lady said $20 extra for gel.

The place is clean, the service is great and they give such good attention to detail. Even still I go out of my way to go back here (when I get frustrated with my westside nail salon search) sometimes, which is really out of the way.

This was my first nail salon experience because I live in Denver but I am visiting my boyfriend and I cant say enough great things about this salon. Loved my Apres nails Super cute place got eyebrows done as well . They do waxing. Great pedi I took my toddler and they were very attentive to him. Made sure we are comfortable the whole time Great service Lilit is the sweetest angel. Always make sure you are happy.

The people who work there seem nice enough. The place is clean enough. The guy who did my manicure didn’t even cut my cuticles and file my nails into shape. All he did was run the cutter across the nail after putting the cuticle softener on. The one time he opened it enough to cut, it made me bleed. I stopped him before he made it to painting. The pedicure was alright. Nothing to write home about but at least my toe nails are cut.

Let me tell you that I moved and I came back to the area just because of their work! The place is really good. To begin with, they are very punctual, so you will not be waiting hours as other places. After picking up your color, the nail estheticians do whatever you need (acrylics, deep powder, gel, regular or gel manicure, and pedicure) very fast and efficient. They got this massage chairs which makes your experience even more relax. They do other services as well as waxing, which Ive never tried before but I bet the service will be the same if you are thinking on having it. Additionally, they offer you something to drink for free during your session. Lets talk about how clean these ladies work, yes, they are very clean and use a lot of disposable tools which keeps me in peace lol. Prices are not as cheap as other places but just for a couple of bucks and it is worth it.

Honestly the poorest pedicure I have ever had, not convinced the tools were cleaned, they went through the motions and left jagged nails, everything was rushed and employee complained the entire time about being tired. I will not be returning.

I went to get a pedicure with my wife for Valentines Day. Mine took about 15 minutes less than my wifes. When we got back to our room i seen why. My feet were still in really bad shape. I called the next day to get it fixed and they told me to come in. They gave me another pedicure and i left. Once my feet hardened back up they were still rough. This is absolutely the worse pedicure ive ever had TWICE

I used to go to another nail spa that had many many locations but after finding this place Im hooked! Id rather drive a little more and have my pedicure done here!!

I was months overdue for a pedicure and was attracted to the reviews here. I called to see if they accept walk ins and was told yes. I got there about 45-50 minutes before they closed, which was about 20 minutes after I called. They have the best pedicure. If you want the best pedicure I would say youve found your shop!

I called only 10 minutes before showing and they were able to take me and my daughter. I haven’t had my nails done in years and was nervous about the experience at first. My technician was an artist and when I suggested I liked nude colors but also French tip, she accommodated me with a beautiful mix of the two, nude to ombré white tips that look flawlessly natural, while also adding a square but rounded tip to each nail which make everyday work easy - no snagging and complete fullness and form fitting to my nail bed, without ever over grinding my original nail down, and shaping for a natural fit. I don’t think I have ever had my nails done, when in the same day, I never felt bruises or soreness in my fingertips, or had to work out “strange crust from underneath the nail. I went home and proceeded to do chores without a snag or discomfort. I feel renewed! Thank you!

After not going to the salon for a few months, I decided to go back and try it out again. I asked the girl at the front desk who was the best and she found me exactly that. The pedicure was perfect and relaxing! The salon is clean and relaxing. Prices are the same youll experience in town. The color options, atmosphere & the customer service are bar none.

I had my nails done here less than a week ago. I got dipped nails, and left with extremely lumpy and uneven nails. I wanted acrylic, and the nail tech INSISTED that I do dip because it will last “2-3 weeks longer”. Today, on day 6, one nail broke in half while I was picking up laundry.I’ve been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for almost a decade and I have NEVER HAD A NAIL BREAK OFF LIKE THIS, this soon!

It is very hard to find a good nail salon, and I definitely searched around. I was very happy when I found this place and have been going ever since I did. I always get as a pedicure. If you can try to make an appointment it is probably beneficial, but they do take walk-ins. I truly love all the staff there, they are very kind and nice. I would most definitely recommend this place.

Love this place. I drive 30 minutes just to get my nails done here. Very clean facility. They have a lot of experience technicians that can do just about anything. They really care about your experience and make sure that you love whatever youre getting done. You wont be disappointed. Worth the drive.

Terrible experience!! Got there and 4 people asked me what I needed..told them pink and white acrylic. An hour and half later the lady did an awful job my nails are uneven and rough all over...and I paid $50 never going back would not recommend them at all!!

I loved my nail technician Kevin, but the owner argued with me angrily about his not wearing a mask. He yelled at me. He insisted he was 6 ft. from me but other times he was walking back and forth for 2 hours without a mask close to me. Another woman (owners wife?) also didnt wear a mask. Small shop. They forgot customer service.

Im from out of town needed a good nail salon in the area. Read some reviews and decided on this place. The place was clean and charming, staff was friendly, and prices were competitive. The nail and pedicure technicians did a fabulous job. Super pleased with the results. Id definitely come back the next time when Im in town!

They provide complimentary water, have a huge selection of colors for gel, Nexgen, and acrylic. Also theyre very good about cleaning and keeping their tools and seats sanitized. Very disappointed with my gel pedicure. The guy didnt want to paint them the color I wanted, then messed up the design on one because he didnt use the UV light in it, even after me telling him it wasnt dry. Then when the design was redone, it didnt match the other foot.

I have gotten my pedicure done here three times and in comparison to the salons Ive ever been to in life, I really like this place. The place is sparkling clean, new, updated, and beautifully decorated. The massage chairs were amazing and I have never seen so many pedicure options in one place.

I came in with my mother to pamper her. She is wheelchair bound, the technicians were so kind to her and I. Nam was her technician and he was so attentive and kind. My technician also took his time to pamper me. I was so happy with the patience, time, and skill they showed us.

Last week I decided on a whim to get a manicure and pedicure done and I came here since it was the closest place and everyone said it was good. When I walked in I was quickly greeted and asked what I would like to get today, then handed me some color swatches to choose from. From there I was shown where to sit and asked if I would like anything to drink, the whole time they made me feel extremely comfortable. I had two men doing my hands and my toes so I was in and out very quickly. They did an excellent job with my nails, making sure to get every area so none of my nail was showing. Overall this experience was really positive and I will definitely be coming back. Their attention to detail and their friendliness is definitely something that a lot of nail salons don’t have. Yes, it’s a little bit more pricey than other places I’ve been to but I can say that it’s 100% worth it.

I was comfortable here and got a quality service as well. Even though I live a little far from here, I will most certainly come back. This is the sort of place that I look for when Im looking for a nail salon!

My group and I went here after having a horrible experience elsewhere. We were greeted by the staff as soon as we got there. Christian did my nails and took his time. He was thorough and made sure i was happy the entire visit. I enjoyed my experience there and now have an ongoing commitment to visit Christian. He also kept his station organized and clean.

I’ve been searching for a new nail salon since I moved back to WNC over the summer. After reading many excellent reviews left by other customers I wanted to try Paradise Nails and see for myself how good they really were. IMO, this place is by far the best nail salon I have been to in the Asheville area. The staff were all very friendly, the environment was warm and inviting, the establishment was very clean, AND I got EXACTLY what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back. The 30 minute drive for me to get here is definitely worth it.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. Ive been to other places and they rush me, they dont take their time, I end up unhappy and I pay 40 dollars for something Im unhappy with. Here, Im greeted as soon as I walk in the door, and everyone is willing to help. Christian was fantastic. He took his time and made sure I was happy with his work. He made sure my nails were evenly filed, and he assured me there was no rush in picking my color. I recommend Paradise Nails every time anyone wants to know where they can get their nails done.

I live in california, and i came to visit to see my family. i came to get a pedicure and manicure and this place is the absolute best in Asheville. i love how it’s peaceful in there and the vibe is so calming. i definitely will come here again.
