I purchased a new I-phone at another Corporate location in town. My old phone screen was damaged to a point where transitioning to the new phone was seemingly impossible. The corporate store gave me about 5 minutes of help then sent me off with new phone that was not set up and with a sheet of written instructions and ...24 hours later still without full use of my phone I show up and Despite not being a customer at this particular location the Rep. there took the time to help me and made sure I was going to be able to successfully get up and running. I was very relieved and appreciative of the time and effort the Reps there took to help.

This store went above and beyond for me when I lost my phone in the French Broad River. Jarren worked with me for an entire week in order to restore my original number. He checked in frequently and made sure I got what I needed. I am a very happy customer.

I went into Verizon to simply upgrade my phone with the sales associate Andrew, I ended up running into a number of issues which resulted in a total of about 4 hours on the phone with Verizon customer support. It was a terrible situation that NO ONE with Verizon customer support able to help with at all. Andrew the sales associate at the store that was helping me through this whole process stepped in. He was more then amazing. He was able to fix my whole situation. Andrew was able to do what customer service couldn’t. He made a horrible experience easy. HIS customer service is the reason I am staying with Verizon. I highly recommend Andrew for all of your Verizon needs. Andrew gets the job done quickly and efficiently!

Very slow service. At first, I thought it was because of great customer service. However, it was actually because the employee did not know how to do a trade-in.We waited 45 minutes for service, and when it was our turn, they couldnt find a pre-paid phone to meet our needs, didnt bother to look online, and tried to sell us a plan we didnt want.We also noted a recent promotion on the website, showed the promotion but was told it was not valid.Reminds me why I stick with Straight Talk.

Andrew Allen is a rockstar! Came in to the store with my dad and my wife after New Years to upgrade phones and to switch my wife to our plan. Andrew was very helpful and most patient with us as we spent close to 3 hours in the store setting up our new phones! Couldn’t be any more happier with the staff there. In previous years we would go through “Tunnel Rd” location and the customer service there was always so terrible. This new place on “Smokey Park HWY” is by far 1000% better!
This store is amazing. Hands down the “red carpet” treatment. I was greeted at my car door with a gentleman holding an umbrella. He walked me in from the rain and introduced himself. I had some issues with my phone and didn’t understand how some of the features worked. After showing me how to use my phone he looked at my plan and realized I was paying more than I should be. He also disconnected a line that I had forgot about and saved me even more money. Thank you Clint for being the best.

This is not my usual Verizon location and my experience at this location was very unusual compared to my past experiences with Verizon stores. In all my past experiences I can say that my Verizon representatives have been warm, welcoming, helpful, and try to make a connection. However, I cannot say the same about my experience today at this location. The man who greeted us was very cold, rude, and unhelpful. At one point we even asked if he could help us with an error on the Verizon app and he just rudely said “no” as he avoided eye contacted and stared at his tablet screen. I totally understood if he couldn’t help. It was just bizarre and rude behavior. I was surprised when we got up and said we’d just go to a different location and see if they could help us that he didn’t try to help us further to ensure good costumer service. I was a bit startled when I found out that he was potentially the distract manager. We ended up going to a different location. The representative was friendly and helped us with adding another line.
I have had issues with my phone for a long time, I have tried tech coach and while they were nice I never had my issues resolved. Today I decided to walk in to the Verizon Cellular Sales off Smokey Park Hwy just to see if they could help me. Within 10 minutes Matt LaVigna and Megan Ramsey helped me with all of my issues quickly, friendly and professionally!!!!! I am ecstatic!!!! Will recommend this store to everyone!!!!!!

First of all, I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years. In addition to my personal account, I also manage a commercial account with 15 plus lines. Bill Richardson (formally at the Hendersonville location and now at the new Patton Avenue location) provides nothing but the very best customer service. Always available and positively eager to help with my questions and phone service needs.
Kevin was very helpful and installed my new screen protector for me. I will definitely ask for him next time I need help with my phone.

Very disappointed in their lack of concern for customer safety. We called ahead to see if it was busy and were told there was only 1 customer in at the time. When we arrived the employee we were told to ask for Matt was with a customer and neither Matt nor the customer had masks on and both were sitting very close. I asked them if they dont wear masks and he replied that he does but just didnt have one on right then. There was no mask even anywhere near him. As a ICU nurse who has seen way too many bagged bodies from covid I think this is so disrespectful and dangerous for customers. Its also a state mandate for masks. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Friendly and very professional. Close to my house so its convenient. I needed help setting up my insurance replacement phone. Clint Towe moved all my pictures and contacts over and hooked my phone up to my car. I highly recommend this location for your cellular needs.
My three daughters and I went into the Verizon Smokey Park location to get some additional information about upgrading two devices. We were dismissed rather quickly by the first salesperson who seemed very uninterested in answering our questions. We were heading out the door when Jarren asked us if he could pull up our account and see how he could help us. He provided us with information that we could have never gotten online, was extremely professional and patient, and truly had our best interest in mind. We ended up walking out with four I Phone 12s and a cheaper plan than we have had in years due to his excellent salesmanship. He spent approximately three and half hours with us, making sure we were all connected correctly and that we understood our new plan. We even had a question the following day, in which he responded to our text message and issued what we needed immediately..Jarren has restored my faith in Verizon and I hope he is valued for his expertise and knowledge within the company. To be very honest, we have worked with another Verizon provider the last several upgrades because the customer service has been lacking for years. We have been customers for 15+ years and have never received such excellent customer service from a Verizon store rep before. Thank you Jarren!
I cannot speak more highly of Jarren Rogers at the Smokey Park Verizon location. My sisters, my mom and I went in a few afternoons ago, not really knowing what we were looking for but wanting to upgrade our phones. Jarren pulled up our information and found every way he could to save us money on our family plan. He was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful and truly restored my faith in Verizon customer service. Im very pleased with the customer service here. All employees have been super nice, and go above and beyond to help you with everything. Unlike the Tunnel Road location, they dont take the money for a phone, then ignore you after, they actually help you afterwards with anything you need. I will be recommending them to everyone.
My daughter, son-in-law and I worked with Jerrin at Verizon at Smokey Park. He was patient, knowledgeable, persistent and very fair. We were there for a long time because we were working with multiple phone exchanges and he was excellent! When we are ready for another exchange or when we have any need to work with Verizon, we will go to this location and work directly with Jerrin. He was great!Also, this is during COVID and I felt that safety was taken very seriously... which is very important to us.

This is only the second review I’ve ever done. I usually like to tell managers in person about the experience I had with representatives of the company. The manager was not there so I wanted to make sure Jarren was given the BEST review he deserves. He was multitasking, we were getting two new phones. I thought we would be there for hours! We are so happy that wasn’t the case! He wore his mask the whole time, I was not belittled for being ignorant about cell phones, and Jarren went out of his way to make our visit flow so easily.
