A flagged just tried to stop me while I was moving n make me stop in the middle of I40 on ramp off Haywood St. I wld have blocked the intersection!As I drove off,he shot me a bird...The other flagged said he told him to stop traffic.They need some mote training! I have driven Handicapped vans for 5 years n you DO NOT block an on ramp I better not have any problems from this man...Veteran just trying to live.
