I went into the September 3rd to buy the Fire 10 for my grandchildren. They had the Blue one on hand but not the Lavender one. I ordered the Lavender one and the guy said Youll get it no later than September 8th. Well here it is September 18th and still NO TABLET!!!! I called, what I thought was the store to find out its a call center. The guy on the phone was very unconcerned. He said It shows on here that youll only have to wait a couple more days and youll get it. SERIOUSLY??!!?? He basically told me it is what it is deal with it. So I told him I was going to give a bad review, I will NEVER buy ANYTHING else from Best Buy and I will tell EVERYONE who will listen about my experience!!!!! This is very unprofessional!!!!
This store is selling FAKE MISSLABELED HP ink cartridges that ARE NOT HP. And they don’t even fit. The box says 952XL and in the box was 951XL I will contact the BBB and the office of the attorney general.DO NOT BUY COMPUTER INK AT THIS STORE.

I would normally never go to Geek Squad as I typically use Charlotte Street Computers as my computer repair store (I highly recomend Charlotte Street Computers however I had to use Geek Squad in order for my warrenty to be eligible. I waited for 2 and a half hours just to drop off the device even though I had an appointment made and they said it would take max an hour, and on top of that when I went to go and pick them up they took another hour to get to me. Dont use Geek Squad, they are uneducated and overpriced.

So very frustrating! On a Monday, my daughter dropped her phone and needed repair. She called around to numerous places to check pricing and availability. Apple sent her here to the Geek Squad- an hour away. BIG MISTAKE! From day one, they took her money as fast as they could, sent her off with promises of a new refurbished phone the next day or at the latest 48 hrs. When that did not happen, she called multiple times (from work), followed the track my repair link, and got no where. No one returned her messages (mind you she had no phone and could only email from her computer). 4 Days go by, and the only update to her repair was that it was assigned to someone. Nothing else. So I called on Thursday and get told that theyve encountered multiple hiccups and had to over-night the phone to California. Not once were we informed about this before they shipped it! When I found out, I was furious! No one bothered to return her call or update the system. They just sent it, and said This is a new service we are doing with Apple, and they did not send us any phones to give out. I asked to speak with the manager, but he was on vacation that week. They hang up on me after I demanded that someone give me an update. I called back to speak to general manager, who was very kind and understanding, but could not offer me any other information except that the phone should arrive on Friday to California. She also offered my daughter a pre-paid phone while she waited for hers to be returned. Again, very kind. But here we are, 10 days after the phone was given over to Best Buy, and still no resolve. No one will return my calls. Ive called daily only to be put on hold or asked my # for a return call that never happened. Tried to track the repair on line all week, and finally today it acknowledges the phone is now in repar. I called to the Apple Depot in California, they told me they didnt receive the phone until Monday at 3:51pm (I guess over night isnt over night). Again, no phone calls returned, and the Geek Squad manager wont return from vacation until Saturday. Thats almost a full 2weeks from when the phone was taken to them. My problem is that promises were made and expectations were not met. Run away with someone elses money, but dont live up to your end of the deal. Now if this happened in any other place of business, someone would have lost their job or heads would roll. Again, no return phone calls, no follow up, and not even an apology! Thing is, the phone couldve gone to any other place to repair her screen and it wouldve been fixed in

Insuring a phone is cheaper than others but their quality control on phones is awful. For the second time, GeekSquad shipped a defective phone. The first time, it had a cracked screen . . . not something you should miss. The second instance involved sending a phone that went black with 2 hours of use. Fortunately, I did not send the old phone back yet.BTW, they say they dont do next day delivery however, I called on Sunday and had a replacement on Tuesday.
I was having a computer meltdown. I brought my computer in and the geek squad help to me on the spot. Amazing service!

Horrible. Suggested an easy solution to my problem and then three days later and having charged me over $350 to tell me they couldnt transfer data from one hard drive to another.
This has to be the slowest department I have ever dealt with.
