Fantastic Service! Went out of their way to fix my bike in a few hours when I lost my rear brake while I was visiting the area. Other shops had told me it would take a week. Literally saved my holiday! Super convenient to Bent Creek.

Beyond expectations service - saved our bike trip to the Asheville area by going above and beyond to find a Scott part for us! Other shops might have given up when they didn’t have the exact spare we needed but Jeff found a kit and called out to another customer to ask if he’d split it with us. Really didn’t expect the call back but super grateful for the exceptional service.

Had a great experience purchasing a gravel grinder from Jeff today. He took a lot of time with my husband and I addressing both my sensory experience of the bike and my husband’s technical consideration of the components. He listened well and explained things clearly, making the whole experience comfortable. When I shared that I didn’t know how to change a tire, he took lots of extra time to show me the whole process then watched and helped as I did it myself. Finally, he did a thorough bike fitting to maximize my comfort while riding. A fantastic experience start to finish.

Jeff does a solid job and focuses on your particular needs. He had better pricing and turn-around times than where I normally get my bike maintenance. With one service I will be sure to take my bike to Jeff first.

Fantastic experience with Jeff. Purchased a bike for my son and had a few things done to my older bike. The only regret is that my wife wouldnt let me buy that Genius 900 Ultimate. A well stocked shop with friendly, affordable, and competent service. If were ever in the area again well be stopping in.

Very customer-oriented and super friendly vibe. I needed a cable and a spoke replacement on a Sunday and MustAsheville Bikes was the only nearby shop open. So happy to have found this shop and Jeff, the owner. He had my wheel fixed same day. Ill be back soon for a more extensive service as his prices and turnaround are quite reasonable. First time the storefront is a little hard to spot from driving by - just park in the handy lot right across the street.

What an overwhelmingly positive experience we had at MustAsheville Bikes. We encountered the owner (Jeff) on our 3 visits to his bike shop. He was always very knowledgeable & never ever pushy. Our 1st encounter with Jeff was summer 2018 as newer residents to Asheville. We stopped in because we were having difficulties with our bike rack & Jeff, without any hesitation, came out to assess the situation & realized the rack needed to be tightened up. We were going to be in the market for mountain bikes so we looked around while we were there. Not ready to make a purchase, we left and over the course of 8 months visited a few other local & big box bike stores.We went in for the 3rd time last weekend & purchased our 2 bikes....what a pleasant experience!Jeff asked us to give him an hour to install a couple of accessories that we had purchased & to check out our bikes. Upon arriving to take our bikes home, the skies broke loose....heavy rain & wind as well as intense lightning, making it impossible to take our bikes home. Jeff offered to bring our bikes out to Leicester where we reside....who does that???? I highly recommend this shop for bike service, I had an issue with a used bike part, and though the long process of finding out what the issue was, Cody, the mechanic and Jeff the shop owner were very informative, patient, and helpful.

I am a beginner to the mountain biking scene, and Jeff was excellent at helping me understand all the things I should be looking for in a bike! He stayed late twice when I visited to provide me with all the service I need, and provided excellent discounts on the bike and additional components I bought. I brought my bike in for a tune up / a few adjustments and I must say... incredible all around bike shop! Super friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I’m a beginner to intermediate mountain biker but Jeff made me feel like one of the pros! The mechanics at other bike shops are decent folk but MustAsheville bikes definitely transcends the bike scene. They truly exceeded my expectations!

MustAsheville Bikes did an expert job fixing my brakes on my bike. They have a huge selection of pretty much any bike you are looking for. They are also extremely knowledgeable to answer your questions. I highly recommend them.

Just got my flat tire fixed up here. Very efficient and friendly service. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He also added some bar plugs, free of charge. They also have an awesome greeter, Ogden the bulldog.

Walked in to MUSTASHEVILLEBIKES on 2/9/2019 looking for a new bike. Jeff spent over an hour with me fitting and listening to the kind of riding I do and guided me to the bike that was right for me. I went back this Saturday 2/16/19 to get the bike and he again spent almost an hour to make sure the bike was ready to go. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable about Scott bikes. Taylor and Jeff are outstanding guys. I came up from FL and just wanted to rent a bike for a few hours to burn some calories, and these guys took great care of me. The outfitted me with everything I needed, plotted out a map of the parks and breweries I could visit along the way, and offered to stay open late in case I couldnt make it back by closing time on Saturday. First class.

Just went in here for the first time today just to take a look at their used inventory. The guy who ran the place was incredibly nice and helpful. Even offered to look over a bike I was considering from another place. I wound up calling him up and talking over the components and he was incredibly helpful, in spite of me not doing or promising to do any business with him.This guy knows how to run a shop, cause he just earned my future business with his behavior.

Jeff and Taylor are great. They put up with me just sitting and shooting the breeze for hours on end. Plus they have the best deals in town for new bikes! My wife and I love our mountain bikes from Mustasheville!

I took my bike to this shop because it is very convenient to my house. I wanted a tune up and new handlebar tape. I asked for a price for them and was told $65. I also had a ride planned for Sunday am and was told that my bike could be finished before 2 on Sat. as I had plans later in the day. I got a call on Sat. at 5pm telling me my bike was ready, well it was too late. I was too far away to make it there to get it before closing. So I go to pick up my bike on Monday and was told the total was $114! I asked why and he told me that the handle bar tape was $42! I feel very ripped off by this shop. I wont be going back.

This shop is amazing! Taylor and Jeff go above and beyond for their customers. When they didnt have a very particular bolt for my bike, they went out of their way to get the bolt. They had my bike done on the same day. Very clean and organized shop with a great selection. Highly recommended.

Rolled into Must Asheville with an out of sorts rear derailleur. Despite being a walk-in, Taylor set my bike up on the stand and provided an adjustment. Did a great job too. He also provided an excellent restaurant recommendation - Sunny Point Cafe. Solid five stars for quality and friendly service!

We were in Asheville for a weekend and stopped in to get a couple supplies for a day of riding. An amazing bike shop! Jeff was super friendly and informative in helping me select my SCOTT mountain bike. Once I popped in for a quick check after riding and he was super generous with his time helping me with advice and pro tips on biking. I also stopped by today for their new “Maintenance Monday” session. Cody took time with me, showing me the in’s and outs of my bike. From changing a flat on the trail, to mending a broken chain, to regular preventative maintenance and optimal lubrication practices. These guys are so generous and have such a cool bike shop here in West Asheville!

MustAsheville bike shop is so awesome! I was looking for a bike for my son and Im not educated on bikes in general. Jeff was super helpful, offered a great deal and even customized a kick stand for my little guy. Jeff is one of the most awesome people ive met in the bike industry. I was on a 3 week mountain biking trip which started in Asheville. Literally the first day i cracked my Carbon Frame. Ive never met Jeff and i live over 800 miles away. I called the manufacturer and they told me they would only let an authorized dealer handle the transfer of parts. My bike shop at home handled all the warranty information and had the part sent overnight to Jeffs shop.Not only did i crack my frame but the derailleur hanger looked mangled as well. While he didnt have the part in stock. He offered to take on off a brand new bike he had in stock to get me back riding the very next day. Within 40 hours, I had my bike back and was back off riding and enjoying my vacation. The Labor cost was very good for the amount of work that needed to be performed.The day i was without my bike i rented a scott 710+ from his shop. Literally his rental fee was the cheapest i found in the asheville area. The bike as in good condition and was a blast trying a plus size bike. Literally it was worth the rental fee just to try the bike. Awesome!Jeff and Mustasheville Bikes has earning my business for life in that area. Im in the area a lot and tons of times id rather fly without my bike and rent one. I will come back every single time i need something. You saved my trip and couldnt be a nicer guy! I know this review is a month past time, but it needed to be written!
